Great view, service, and location in the financial district! Would stay again

Very spacious rooms, great location close to North Beach, Embarcadero, and Chinatown.

The Omni San Francisco is a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Even one of the bellman he led me find a quick safe walking route to nearby restaurants for dinner. The hotel is in the financial district which can be very quiet over the weekend but is near walking distance to Chinatown and American Zoetrope. Overall a great place to stay.

I love staying at the Omni and I ve stayed at quite a few by now! The Omni San Francisco is beautiful inside and has the most friendly and attentive staff! I am a select member and they knew it was my birthday and I checked in to find they had surprised me with a room upgrade, free beverages and a piece of birthday cake with Happy Birthday written in chocolate on the plate. Such an amazing stay and even better because of how great you are treated by Omni!!

I've stayed here a couple times. Both for seminars and when my wife has surprised me with a weekend in the city. Rooms are good sized, beds are comfy, and the bathroom is full sized. The lobby is also good for meeting up with friends, and you can have a good drink at the bar. They have a good poor.

This place is the bomb. Customer service goes above and beyond. Accommodations are great. Within walking distance of any cuisine you can think off. Highly recommend

It's an Omni. You pay for it and they treat you like royalty. On site bar and Bob's Steakhouse are excellent. Good location in Financial District. Very clean and wont disappoint.

Nice hotel. Located in downtown and close to all major attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic with no fancy amenities.

Great beds and very friendly people working there. Good prices for top shelf drinks and a nice bartenders.

So amazing and incredible! Everything from the moment you arrive is so great. The valet is very nice and courteous, offering to assist with bags. The doorman is fantastic and pleasant. The front desk is so friendly, receiving you with bottled water and giving you great insight. The rooms are wonderful and the showers are phenomenal!

Nice loby and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and big.

Bob's Steakhouse was tremendous, great service, good ambience and delicious wine.

Not sure of the price since work is paying, but the Omni seems like a nice hotel. The staff has been awesome, and my room is good sized with a large desk. Not the best bed I've ever slept in, but decent. Alarm clock has Bluetooth which is nice. Shower has good water pressure also.

Hotel was just okay. I was expecting more based on other customer reviews. Room was out of date and smelled a bit musty. Bed was comfortable but had to have our sheets replaced since one was ripped.
The staff was excellent overall. We were not greeted promptly upon arrival by the valet but that was the only time we had issue with the staff. Everything else was easy and timely.
I would recommend this as a mid level hotel but I definitely would not call it a luxury hotel.

A more dated Omni in need of an update. Service is a bit below a typical Omni experience.

Incredibly brilliant staff, so helpful and gracious. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is just a little below what I expected for the price. Restaurant closed and amenities not as luxurious as they could be. But go for the service.

beautiful hotel, BUT, don't plan to do any filming or take any pictures because the lobby staff with stop you.

Pure luxury with cable car stop right outside the door and China Town in walking distance ... but not really cheap :-)

Just got it, but loving it so far. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is quite nice. The food in the bar is a bit pricey and on the smaller side but very delicious. Very pleased with our decision so far to stay at the Omni. The kids even got backpacks and cookies!

Beautiful hotel and the staff was some of the nicest people I have come across in our travels! We had a lovely room, very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was nuzzled is a great area of San Francisco. Starbucks was right around the corner. China town was just a couple of blocks away. You can get down to the wharf in just a 10 minute drive. The hotel looked great. The staff was extremely friendly, to include the janitorial crew. It was really a great place for a visit to the city. The rooms came equipped with plenty of outlets and usb ports. A coffee maker with complementary coffee. The bed was comfortable. The shower was GREAT!

Could be cleaner and door staff insists really hard to get a taxi even when you want to walk... A little too agressive

Great service! Wonderful concierge and friendly doormen. Rooms are older, but that is to be expected. Do note, this is in the financial district and is only walkable to China Town. Most other places require an uber.

Cheers to the housekeeping staff which were really nice during my all stay. The hotel itself is well maintained and the room was comfortable and clean. The mini bar had a key which is quite "vintage" (or very outdated IMHO). The flavored water was really welcomed after walking days.

Visited Bob's Steakhouse. Food was good, service was slightly slow. They did provide a nice toy bag for our kid to keep him entertained.

The staff and location are the best in the City. We go to San Francisco several times a year. We have stayed at numerous 4 and 5 star hotels and the Omni is our favorite.

It's very elegant. .people attend you kindly. .clean. you feel privileged.

I had never been to the Omni before this week. Such a wonderful experience. Each person on staff was the utmost in courteous service. Truly the visit is one I will not soon forget. I know it is not cheap and as soon as I got there and looked around at all the placed nearby to visit, all I could think of is how soon can I get back here.

Lunch at Bob's Steak & Chop House was FANTASTIC as usual!! (Even when it's a "working" lunch.) The Filet Oscar is soooo good. Glad to be a carnivore!!

Great location, quiet, not touristy, classy and great service.

I wish I could leave a better rating. I was in SF in January for a business conference and stayed overnight at the omni. Check in was easy, hotel itself was nice. However, my suite wasn't cleaned properly. Sheets were stained, room smelled dusty, hair was all over the bathroom. Staff wasn't surprised to hear this and they were quite unapologetic. For the price, I expected more. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I enjoyed their steakhouse and bar. I won't be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Went there for drinks with colleagues after a conference. The drinks were quite tasty, but very expensive, $16-$19 for cocktails. Service and atmosphere were good.

Room was well sized, clean, and furnished well. Desk space is ample, the bathroom was standard sized but outfitted with some nice embellishments. The desk service was personable and efficient. The lobby restaurant is worth the price - 12oz Filet Mignon was definitely larger than 12oz, if you like Manhattan's get one here. Conveniently located to BART, and central for access to the business side of the city.

Bob's is a ghost town, but drinks at the Omni bar are cheap (for SF FiDi), and a good place to wind down.

Plesant rooms, lovely building with spacious lobby. Was a bit disappointed by being forced to sign up to their loyalty program to access wifi. Also did not enjoy extremely overpriced mini bar. Staff very polite and helpful. Probably would stay again.

Great location. Great views from the top floor (17) over the bay north. Comfortable bed, quiet, and good desk for working.

Hotel was centrally located to everything we needed. The front desk workers provided dynamic service. Everyone we spoke with had a smile and was enthusiastic when assisting. There were so many great people that identifying them would take all day. If you want a perfect stay, I strongly suggest you consider staying at this OMNI property. I can't think of anything that I would change about the hotel.

I don't know if there is another hotel in san Francisco that matches the service at the omni. I know I've never stayed there. The omni treats its guests with respect. The staff acts with class. They are quick, helpful, and friendly. There is a hotel restaurant and bar. This is a great place to stay for the Chinese New Year parade as it goes by right up the hill. Dog friendly.

Great service (milk and cookies every day), very clean and an overall luxurious feeling. The only bad thing is the very pricy hotel breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel. Good service from everyone, lovely interiors, nice quality furnishings and decor. I get to stay at some expensive hotels/resorts for work, and it's hard to find a place that doesn't just LOOK nice but actually holds up under the abuse of many guests--the shower doesn't leak, the carpet isn't stained, etc. The Omni is a class act!

The location is in the Financial District; we chose it to be convenient to Chinatown and Embarcadero / Ferry Building (a must-go for weekend breakfast!). It wasn't too far from the theater district and is easy for getting around via Metro/ BART. Definitely not the most happening place on a weekend night, but that has the upside of being relatively quiet for a city center location.

They offer some nice amenities (which we didn't use) like a town car service within a mile and a few free tours. What I mostly care about--a comfortable bed and a quiet room! Checked both boxes. :)

The location left something to be desired. I have stayed at the Omni in Dallas many times and have always been treated really well. The concierge staff always checked in on me. At Omni San Francisco, I felt like I was bothering the staff when I asked questions. Really could improve on their customer service. To top it off, it took over a month to get our final bill which I was expecting the next day as they had computer issues the day I checked out. Won't be returning to this lication.

I travel quite a bit and have stayed at some wonderful hotels; but the OMNI in San Francisco has really outdone them all in customer service. Every staff member we have encountered has been kind, helpful, polite, and extremely nice. The hotel is very nice, our room was gorgeous and the pillows are incredible. The bathroom had all the amenities plus luxurious robes. Our view was not the best, but we weren't here for the view from our hotel room. They have one of the best fitness centers I have ever used at a hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to San Francisco!
