As I entered the new Muscat airport, I did not know how to get out of it. It is more than wonderful to thank them for what they have given this beloved country. Oman deserves such a building. I wish them success in its management.

The airport still needs a lot of repairs and equipment facilities, waiting room facilities are inadequate and uncomfortable, resting places for transit passengers are inadequate. I found no hot water (drinks), to get wi-fi I had to go to a generator engine to get a wi-fi password, it was only for 4 hours. The currency is very strong, so the price of goods becomes expensive if it is exchanged with other countries' money. 1 riyal oman is around IDR 36,000 or around 2.5 USD.
This is the highest / most expensive currency that I know of at the moment.

Great facilities in this elegant airport. As a frequent flyer I can say Muscat new airport is world Standerds. Helpful staff, easy visa processing, and most importantly the new buses from and to the airport makes your day trip easy and affordable ( 1 OR for airport bus, 200 to 500 baisa for local buses within Muscat) .
Building is superior but pendamic made everything silent

This is a very nicely decorated Airport. The Lounge is the best lounge i ever see . Kidz have grate fun in the loungexas there are many more options for Kidz n for other passengers. It's a huge lounge staying here is a great experience. All the gaming items for adults n for Kidz are very nice . Foods were also very tasty here.
One of the best airports I have ever been to. The kids play area is well designed. The bathrooms are spotless. And the Omani passport control officers are some of the friendliest in the world. I can't wait to go back. (They could use a couple more restaurants or coffee shops.)

A beautiful airport and good services, and the prospect is better than that, especially with the strategic location of Muscat and its proximity to the East Asian countries and its proximity to Africa. The airport needs to develop its services and take care of transferring flights and waiting places and services to bring more travelers in light of the rapid development of Oman Air

Airport is superb, arrangement, system and services are excellent.
Amazing Airport,everything is superb but there is no seating arrangement at Gate#20 to 24..people are standing and waiting for the gate to open for boarding...I feel there should be proper seating arrangement for passengers.
Small,avg facilities.lots of improvement required compared to Bahrain nd Doha intl airports.Poor wifi .hope new terminal will cover all these drawbacks.
New Muscat airport is really upgraded with an international lavel infrastructure and services... Also with airport bus services by Mwasalat its' become easier to access the airport services for the travelers. Though there has long way to go with continous upgradation, the new airport terminals nodoubtedly provides better service.

The five stars are for the friendly staff (the Omani people). Every one has a real smile and it's really a nice start to began with. the only one thing i didn't like is the green carpet all over the airport.

The airport is wonderful and very elegant and quiet. It is the most beautiful of this airport that smells good and light, which gives tranquility and luxury to the place and the speed of the completion of the procedures for passengers, the kindness of the cadres and their fun with the passengers and highlight the authentic Omani heritage all over the airport is one of the most beautiful airports that I visited because it is a brief history and history Amman is a wonderful and good people. But one thing that we hope to modify free market prices exaggerated but otherwise everything is wonderful.
New terminal is so good... friendly staffs..easly accesable to everywhere...no cofusions..lot of parking lots at short stay parking..easily acessable from parking to departure and arraivals..parking fees are bit expensive..min parking fee is 1 rial..managing crowd also in good way
Good airport...fast transit .. check in ... Clean.. toilets are less numbered near the gates. Der was waiting for toilets
One of the cleanest and freshest looking airport. The layout of the shops in line with the various departing gates is great. Huge selection of various international brands of clothing, electronics and food items.
The Gold shops have a great selection of jewelry and the designs include some exclusive content from all over Middle East.
