Very quiet airport, its infrastructure is good, clean washroom, nice praying areas, free wifi available, plus you have a very good view of parked planes from both sides. There are hardly 5 to 6 restaurants. Best is subway. No macdonalds, KFC or burger king or any other fast food branch. Its a boring place overall if you don't have internet.

Nice and peaceful stay here at this airport..
Its not so busy,enough duty free shop to browse , play area for little ones, don t forget to buy traditional perfumes from souvenir shop its great ...airport staff is so nice and welcoming, they go extra mile to help you ,

London Heathrow staff sucks, and font make the excuse for being busy and talk rudely to people ..people miss the flight because of your rude behaviour at Heathrow London...

Modern, nice airport with latest migration technology, if resident or national just need to go through self service gates, little to none queue, lot of nice restaurants and amenities, smoke rooms and VIP lounges, waiting rooms are very comfy. Counters enough in numbers to satisfy a huge flight demand for future growth.
Access was and road are fast and easy to go. Its really a top class airport.
Nice architecture and local tradition touches on wall photos. You can enjoy a very corner of this beautiful airport.

The immigration counters are very slow not sure if it's the obsolete systems or more training required to train people. People are so nice and polite but the slow service is frustrating. I hope the new airport will be much improved experience

It's good. But still on shakedown with facilities hoarded off and duty free area is not fully open yet. Transfer gate for security are very time consuming at busy periods.

Waiting for the new terminal to be completed and opened soon for a new experience

The most beautiful airport in the Gulf and the global airport terminal has a VIP lounge, which I consider to be one of the most beautiful galleries I have seen.

Lovely place to pass through and exceptionally clean. Everybody is really friendly too which is a huge bonus.

Small but clean and nice airport. 10 times better than Dubai airport. The immigration is nice and the lounge is nice.

Really excellent airport. So clean and relaxing, and very efficient. Loads of space to sit, right through the lounges to the transit area. They even thought about relaxing lighting and soothing sounds.

The check in was amazingly smooth and we literally just kept walking right into our plane seats - no queues, no hassle, just smiles and great traffic flow.

My first trip to Muscat was in 2011, it was a great trip, I loved Oman and the airport too,
I would love to visit Muscat again soon.

Waaah. Super design. Very spacious passages. The security check is at the centre and the gates can be easily access from here. Nice duty free shops.

Oman has strict religious disciplines, but at the airport a Christmas tree is built and surprisingly tolerant

A very clean and full of services airport. It has a smoking room in the international transfer area and free wifi requesting the password to the kiosks scattered around (need to scan the passport).

Very new, efficient and spacious terminal with all the amenities you can think of. The only complaint I have, is that the rental car return is horribly singposted and a real mess.

Rawaa Airport is the main airport in the Sultanate, but the restaurant section is tired with only one coffee shop.

Airport Decoration is Very good But very expansive for Transit. Food is so expansive. Duty free shops Prices is almost double . Exchange rate on duty free shops is too low Compare to London and Mumbai. Toilet are old fashion and water everywhere , Unhygienic.

It is one of the best airports i have been to. Lovely and comfortable seating for travelers. Clean bathrooms. It's a lavish airport. They have free wifi. There's many coffee shops.Some of the photos i posted are from the flight when i was traveling with Oman Air from India to Muscat.

Really beautiful airport. Very interactive and easy to understand. Staff are very helpful. Plenty of stores to go shopping at. Free wifi available. Easy walking access to each gate. Duty free stores have great deals. Variety of restaurants available.

One of the best airports that i have been to. Very clean and tidy. Washrooms are super clean and well maintained. Immigration process is very quick, they dont waste your time. Free WiFi is available, you need to get the wifi key from the information centre. After immigration, once you come out there are plenty of sofas if you need to wait for someone. Also there are a plenty outlets if you want to buy sim cards. Would recommend you to go buy a sim from the Ooreedoo outlet, the process is quite faster. This airport looks just like any mall. One the first floor is a food court, with reasonable number of eating options. And plenty of space to sit. The food court is huge. Felt really good visting this aiport as the locals are very kind and friendly.

We traveled with a baby during COVID, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A new airport with modern and comfortable designs. Sittings are spread all over, with a comfortable and diversified transfer diversion area.

It is just a suggestion for policemen to take a course on how to deal with passengers, specially while doing the procedure, I was really surprised while they checked my luggages without explaining or taking permission from me..its totally unprofessional and my family felt embarrassed the way they were looking at us.

One of the best airport... staff are also helpful.Airport WiFi facilities are getting difficult to access.

The airport is beautiful, clean and new.
Spacious bathrooms have all my buttocks injections.
A comment to the satisfaction scores for touchscreens.
But the restaurant still has a few options to choose. See just kfc, mac that Thai people can eat right.

I loved the spacious/large airport but the check in counter should be made better and efficient for smooth running of flights.
