Filthy and smelly place. Like the national carrier. They totally damage my luggage worth over 1000USD offering reimbursement 150usd... Never ever in my life....

Very unprofessional crew and ground staff, there is no place to change babies, restaurants are crap, duty free is double and sometimes triple the price of other regional ones, I advise them to close it and route to Dubai or wake up abd work....omanair is a total disaster

Congested and confusing (and small) terminal that gets overcrowded especially when you have to go through security when connecting onwards. There is no priority for upperclass connection passengers and the shopping experience isn't much to rave about.
You will find some awesome frankincense (expensiveeeee) and their amwouaj perfume line stand out from the rest of the goods offering.

The new Muscat Airport is beautiful with lots of shops , restaurant and their lounge are a beauty with excellent service. The immigration staff, the transfer ticketing staff, the security staff all are very nice and they treat everyone with respect and greet them with a smile. Its a real pleasure to pass through the wonderful Airport and surely Oman itself is a very friendly country with humble people . Have passed Muscat Airport few times and each time it was a real treat. Good Job by the management and I hope they maintain the high standard . The facility is very neat

Keep enough spare time to walk in huge airport. Airport has three main wings A,B,C gates. Check which wing is your gate to avoid wrong direction.

A nicely designed airport. The theme of the design is very appropriate.

I had disability assistance when I visited recently and the service was excellent both coming and leaving. Thank you for your help it made my journey so much easier. I shall be back again.

A wonderful airport in every sense of the word, flawed only stupid link between car parks and passenger lounges. So he needs golf carts to get rid of this problem

The New Modern Architecture Of Muscat Int'l Airport has adopted a Higher Progressive level of Automation and Digitalisation of self-service check-in kiosks installed near the check-in counters and as usual Airport Main facilities are provided Fastly, terminal comfort and cleanliness, shopping, food & beverages, staff service, and security / immigration.

I traveled more than Sinbad traveled and saw the greatest cities and seas and met fools who imagined that they were directing the world, I entered the richest palaces and the poorest huts and listened to the logic of philosophers and delirious lovers and experienced success and failure, love and hate, richness and poverty, and I lived a life full of experience, travel, reading and meditation, but I confess that I did not discover the meaning of happiness Except during these moments that we used to find in the Sacred House of God in Mecca.

It's an awesome airport. You might not see the name of this airport among the top ten or so, but this one deserves it.

We missed a connection there and, if it wasn't enough, had a terrible experience in the airport. The staff is extremely rude, they treat everybody almost like animals, giving orders and clearly showing that they don't care at all. At the transfer counter, when asking for a ticket for the next flight possible, they gave some people new tickets while some others just received a pink paper with a flight number and time on it. No explanation was given about why we could not get a real ticket. They sent us to a hotel, but made us wait about 1,5 hours for transport while sending us to different parts of the airport with no clear information. The next day we had a hard time finding where to exchange the pink paper for a ticket, since nobody seemed to know what the pink paper was. And finally, passing through immigration we had to stand the officers making funny comments and laughing - in Arabic, but we could tell they were disrespectful, sexist comments - as women passed by the counters.

Splendid interior ,well maintained .One of the best international airports . Some of the staffs are non cooperative and not much of service . Not entirely happy with the seating arrangements as there is no sufficient seats for passengers waiting outside the gate and the available seats are uncomfortable . Restrooms are of high standard and is very clean and tidy . Airport is highly spacious .

Good Airport... Spacious... Duty-free shops... Nice views while landing... Please don't use the Mobile Charging station as the door doesn't open at times!

This is one of the best airport in the world. I love this airport very much. So clean and hygienic. I go to Oman during Diwali Vacation and Summer Vacation. I also love to travel with Oman Air.

One of the best airport in Middle east for international travelers with lots of connection flights internationally, extremely clean and well maintained. Good food courts are there, good speed free wifi available by scanning your passport

I was visited this airport on 2012....very nice experience with their... First time international arrival at Muscut... Unknowingly the process...lay over more than 5 hrs for Abu Dhabi departure..

The airport is nice but unlike you being at Bahrain or Dubai's duty free. Very quiet place. Not recommended for people who like to be in a rushy place.
