Union at Carrollton Square Apartment Homes - Carrollton, TX.

As an individual who is arguably mildly picky when it comes to assessing quality of residential services and management responsibility, I fully believe that Olympus Property Management is one that is absolutely outstanding.

Of course, no one is always deemed perfect, and one can almost never please everyone, however, from my experience with Olympus Property for the past year has been pleasant. The staff are consistent in their values, representation of company image, property cleanliness, resident activities and up-to-date information, front line responsibilities, patience, and quality of service. Union at Carrollton Square is rapidly expanding, and because of the team that holds this property together are highly responsible, I fully believe you all are taking this expansion and vision in the right direction. Keep it up!

Before I get started let me say this, I'm 73 years old and I NEVER take the time out to leave reviews "online." I barely even use a computer for anything at all. People always say, us old folks like to do everything by mail or in person. And I'm here to say........ It's True. However, when you find a place as Great as Olympus, THIS OLD DOG IS WILLING TO LEARN SOME NEW TRICKS! I've lived at Olympus Woodbridge for almost 5 years and I don't plan on going anywhere else. I absolutely LOVE the professional service I receive every single time I need assistance from the office staff. The young ladies address me by Mr. Urban as soon as I walk in the front office doors. They really make me feel like I'm a part of their family, which is really comforting because I don't get to see my immediate family very often. Also, their maintenance service is A+ . On the rare occasions I've had an issue with something inside my unit, they sent someone over IMMEDIATELY to fix it. Believe it or not, their customer service is BETTER than Chick-fil-a. Yes!! I said it,,, BETTER THAN CHICK-FIL-A!!!! They even have AMAZING ground keepers! The outside of the property and the dog park stays clean and the residents here are very friendly. I've lived a long time and I can easily say this is the best place I've ever lived. Thanks Olympus. If I could give more than 5 stars I DEFINITELY would.

It's been 30+ years since I last lived in apartment. Recently, I had to sell my house simply because it was too big and too much for me to handle on my own. Apartment searching was NOT at the top of my list, but after many many reviews, views, appointments, discussions ... I finally settled on VIVE in Chandler.

Now that I'm here, I feel as if I'm living in my own private home again except now I no longer have all the maintenance costs related to ownership. I can retire, not have to physically do repairs, not have to worry about all the required HOA rules of a subdivision -- for me, this is the way to go. Upscale living, all the benefits including pool, clubhouse, workout facility, community "happenings". I love it.

VIVE is wonderful - great neighbors, great apartment layout, location convenient to everything, and a wonderful office crew! Big shout-out to both Jessica and Takarra ... can't beat them! Friendly. Helpful. Caring.

My story is a combination of stories and experience. For a person like me who averages 9 to 10 hour work days and having to come home and walk 2 dogs, the last thing I want to deal with is inconvenience. Since moving to the complex, I ve enjoyed to luxury of not having to deal with that, allowing me to settle in after a long day of work. The front office has been outstanding, specifically Cristina Salemi, she s been so helpful to me every time I go to the front office for whatever issue. I had an issue with the AC and the crew was getting ready to get off for the weekend and she arranged for maintenance to come resolve the issue so that I could have a comfortable weekend. For me convenience is huge and this is my story/experience of being here. I m thankful for the convenience.

I moved in to The Davis in March due to an unfortunate event with another property. I had to find a place and move sooner that expected and was very nervous about the fast turn around.

I met with Jensen and Dupree who worked with me to get into an apartment that fit my needs and within a day completed the paperwork and had a move in date. They were both a joy to work with and very accommodating to my situation.

On my move in the maintenance team came over to make sure all the keys worked and to see if there was anything I needed. Any time I have turned in a request it is completed timely and they are always great to work with. - I have never dealt with a property that made sure the residents requests were a priority regardless of the work that needed to be done.

I lived at my other very close complex for almost a year and the office staff constantly changed and were not friendly, I enjoy going into the office and talking with the staff, especially Dupree- He makes my day.

The residents I have met are long term and have nothing but positive comments about the property, office staff, and maintenance staff. They all seem to care and offer fantastic service all the time.

I am grateful that I walked into The Davis in March!! They made a very stressful situation easier and I have enjoyed living here. The property is clean, friendly residents, fun activities, and they have Dupree!!!

I came returned Dallas to live at the Davis in 2018, a year after the death of my youngest son. Without going into a lot of detail, my son was killed by a stray bullet at a college party Since then, my life and world has been turned upside down. I left Texas in search of healing by finding a new atmosphere in which I was not successful.
As I continue to heal, i discovered that one thing that I need is to have the right atmosphere. (It really makes a difference)
From the moment I walked into The Davis office, i felt a calmness and a peace from the staff.
The unit that I live in was an excellent choice. Maintenance at the Davis is just as awesome. The community events help me to get back into being social as before I had become afraid to be around a crowd of people because I would think of the incident with my son.This property gives me the feeling that I am on a resort type vacation.
All in all, I would like to say that the staff has been consistent in how they operate and without knowing that the customer service they provide has made a difference in my life without them even knowing.
Little things matter.
Of all f the apartments I have leased in the past 9 years in Texas, the Davis is at the top of my list!
It's very well kept and maintained. Keep up the good work in making people feel welcome and where people will be proud to say, "the Davis is what i call HOME"

Vistara at San Tan Village property.

I moved to the area about 5 months ago from San Diego and researched many properties all over the area. This place won. I had a friend of mine who lived here and I stayed with him for a few days and loved this place. Thought it was too expensive though. So I sat down, picked my top properties and wrote out everything each one included. As well as the pros and cons of the place and location itself. Once you include everything they offer no other place compares. I love everything this place offers. I walk in my door and this place FEELS like HOME. Shannon and the whole team in the office is and has been amazing and made the move in process fast and easy. I love this place. I have lived in many places all over and this place exceeded my expectations and I'm sure they will continue to do so.

Union at Carrollton Square is my first home in the United States! I feel so lucky.

It is located near the historic square in old downtown Carrollton. There are so many fun events happening on the weekend! From world foodie festival to the music festival on switchyard, from outdoor movies to yoga classes, it is the most fun and alive area I can ever imagine myself living in. It is also surrounded by great restaurants. So no matter it is just a normal night or you suddenly feel like celebrating something, you will be right there.

Only 10-15 minutes of driving and you can get to Costco, Kroger, Target or H-mart. It is very close to the Belt Line and I-35, which would probably take you to most of the places you wanna go. It is not right next to the main road, so no noises at all. The DART is just right next to the apartment too, which makes it very easy to travel to downtown without any worries of the traffic or parking in downtown.

I have access to two lovely pools. Their staffs really do a good job maintaining the pool. It is very clean all the time. The barbecue area next to the pool is just perfect for cooking burgers or ribs with friends and family(this is literally my favorite thing to do!). There are plenty of parking lots outside and in the garage. Fob is needed for getting in the building, elevator and the garage. There s a decent gym and it is clean all the time. It is never too crowded, which is perfect for doing some basic workout routine. There are cable machines, cardio machines and the dumbbells are up to 50 lbs. Every Monday there is a free fitness class to get you motivated for the entire week.

Office staffs are so nice and helpful all the time! They take really good care of my packages. There s once I needed to find a dog sitter and the assistant manager helped me right away. It is so easy to make a service request on my phone. Whether the bulb is out, tub is not draining well or fridge is not working, everything will be fixed before the next day you walk back in. Mr Mouses, Jarvis and Brandon are the most friendly handymen and they are always so nice to my puppy. When they come in to fix things and I am not at home, they will always bring dog treats and now my puppy has made friends with them!

It is all the details that make me feel like I can call Union at Carrollton my HOME!
I am all new and unfamiliar with this country, but this place, I know I can always come back and find my comfort. I love it.

The Essence of a Home
As the sun beamed over Sachse, Texas on a humid afternoon in May of 2014, I pulled into the visitor s parking space at the Olympus Woodbridge Luxury apartment complex. I had been out all day apartment hunting. The temperature had soared into the mid 90 s. Exhausted and hungry, I was ready to call it a day before I had arrived at Olympus Woodbridge.

I stepped out of my black Honda CRV and was immediately captivated by the facade of the leasing office. The architectural design had grace, style, and beauty. It was, to say the least, impressive.

I wanted to explore the complex grounds alone before going inside the leasing office to speak with an agent about an apartment. As I strolled around the complex, I was struck by the pristine grounds, manicured lawns, trimmed bushes and trees. The management and staff here at Olympus Woodbridge make an effort and take pride in keeping the complex clean and well-taken care of for its residents.

I continued walking amid the beautiful townhomes and apartments against a backdrop of clear blue skies. Then I came across the pool area and I was awestruck, blown away by the resort-like layout. I thought about times I could spend mingling with residents at the pool, barbecuing, or just kicking back in one of the lawn chairs, relaxing while reading one of my favorite James Patterson novels in such a pleasant atmosphere.

Isolated from other apartments in the area and nestled in a quiet and peaceful community, surrounded by brand new homes and other amenities, I was beginning to be sold on Olympus Woodbridge without having spoken to a leasing agent about pricing and floorplans.

I finally ambled into the leasing office and met with one of the leasing agents. The agent didn t have to do much of a selling job to convince me to sign a lease. I was already sold. I wanted to sign at that moment. I was done with apartment hunting. Olympus Woodbridge had won me over and I signed a lease before I departed.

The leasing agent was professional, courteous, respectful. The Olympus Woodbridge has been my home since 2014. And that same professionalism and service carries over today with the current staff at Olympus Woodbridge. I feel safe, secured, and satisfied living at an amazing complex. It is truly the Essence of a home.

I've lived here for almost 3 years and have never had a problem! The entire team is SOO wonderful, always responsive right away to any problem and very very kind! I'm impressed they always remember my name when they see me, and especially that they've come out on a Sunday once when I stupidly clogged the kitchen sink (darn potatoes). You can't go wrong!

Great looking apartments with staff personal very friendly and professional!!

My husband of 10 years came home in November of 2018 and said he no longer wanted to be married. We had a large, beautiful home. In the process of trying to figure out what to do, I was living upstairs with my children and grandson. I wanted to go ahead and purchase a new home closer to where I worked but, with the way the divorce was moving along (slowly), I was not going to be able to do that any time soon. I dreaded moving into an apartment but, started looking anyway. I looked at over 16 apartments in the Murfreesboro area. I wasn't getting the warm and fuzzies inside about any of them. At Olympus I was greeted kindly. The property was clean and spacious. The apartment itself was well kept and stylish.
#1 fear: my kids and grandson would hate it, and it wouldn't feel like home because we are used to the country and spacious living.
I was wrong. Here we have found a home. One that feels like family. Here at Olympus there are monthly activities the kids and grandkid love to participate in. My grandson loves going to the playground where everyone knows his name and tells him goodnight when he leaves. The pool is a favorite of his, he is still begging to go when it's 20 degrees outside ;)
What eases my mind the most is my girls are grown and work odd hours like I do. There is no hesitation of going outside at 2 in the morning to warm up your vehicle. The property is very safe and you might get a "Good morning" from someone else warming up their vehicle or coming in late from their own jobs.
And to the maintenance department- I am sorry, we have never had a garbage disposal (hehe).
So, Thank you Lucy, for that 1st sincere smile because without it we wouldn't be here and, it didn't hurt that you had my favorite grandmothers name. <3

We have lived in our apartment for a few months now and have never been happier! The staff at our complex is SO friendly and hard working! They are always having events for the residents and it's been great for making friends. Also having a dog park has been life changing!! Everything we need out of an apartment, The Davis provides and we will be staying for a long time!

I've been living at the residence for three years I moved here from California to Texas to take care of my dad that hadAlzheimer's disease moving to the residence my dad and I met Danny that worked in the leasing office at the time. After moving to the residence my dad would offered go visit Danny and other employees in the leasing office always took the time out to listen to my dad and I often look out for my dad. My dad recently has gone to be with the Lord. Danny no longer works in leasing office but I do appreciate Danny and all the employees that looked out for my dad. That's why I decided to renew my lease. You don't fine caring employees.

The staff at Olympus Property are extremely helpful and support each other in achieving excellence at work but still maintaining a work/life balance. The company is vibrant, and dedicated to successful property management across all their portfolios. Good opportunities for advancement and rewards for performance are widespread, and staff are encouraged to excel. A good company to work with

Vistara at San Tan Village: Friendly staff, easy application, wide variety of floor plans, plenty of amenities, quick maintenance and great location close to many of the popular areas of Gilbert. A few fees and services that i'd like to opt out of, but some come in handy in certain situations. Billing portal could use some work and some charges are unclear, bringing a pet in will cost almost 600 dollars, so be mindful of that. otherwise not a bad apartment property by any means.

Moving to a new city was stressful but finding the apartment at Olympus helped relieve that. The apartments are surrounded by woods and there is it s own little park with trees and swings around a fire pit wonderfully lit at night. These both create a little oasis where you can feel like you're away even when you re home. That's what I love best. The apartment is spacious with generous room in the bathrooms. The complex is well kept with pretty gardening and flowers at the clubhouse which has great amenities. Meet any of the staff once, from the office to the grounds, and they ll remember you and they re all super friendly. I love living here!

Olympus Property acquired the townhome community I was moving into at the District on South Jordan, Utah a few months ago. At the beginning the transitioning pains bothered me, but now I am really happy with the change. The new staff is understanding and quick to fix any problems... and what I like the most about them is that they always demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

After owning a home for the past 14 years, I was planning to live here for just 6 months while I purchased a new house, but the experience is going so well that I am now contemplating staying here for much longer.

My spouse and I are residents at 4343 at the Parkway, in Dallas TX. We are coming up to our very happy one year anniversary here on the property. The girls in the leasing office and the maintenance staff have been more than outstanding!!! My spouse and I travel constantly for work across the country. The girls in the office not only keep all of our packages safe for us when we're not home but often place them in our unit as we often don't make it home to collect our many packages during business hours. Many of our packages are time sensitive and we are just so thankful and appreciative that they take such good care of us. We also have never lived at a property where the grounds are so beautifully kept and our maintenance man (Praxedis) is so so prompt at fixing any items that need attention. Shalandra, Vivianne and Shamika recently gave us a beautiful thank you card which I would attach if I could. It was so amazing to receive a thank you as tenants. We try to show are appreciation for their constant help in small ways when we can. They are always so kind and friendly and pleasant to deal with and FAST!! Couldn't be happier living at 4343 at the Parkway!!

Cadia Crossing in Gilbert was the first apt. complex we checked out upon arriving in AZ. We were so taken with it that halfway through our next appointment with another complex, we left and came back to Cadia Crossing and signed our lease. We have not been disappointed. We love the location, we love the friendly office staff, and we really love the amenities. We use the gym every day and love the convenience of having it just a few steps from where we live. We have been here 6 months but still feel like we are at an exclusive resort when we use the pool and hot tub as that well kept area has such a tranquil feel to it.

Been at Sedona Ranch for 8 months! The staff is super friendly and the apartment gym is amazing!!!

The one thing that I love about living at Olympic Solaire is that the location surrounded by many restaurants and the mall.

I live at the Olympus at Ross property. Service requests always handled promptly and thoroughly, leasing office staff is helpful and friendly, I wish I were around more for the community events, they look like a lot of fun

My story begins when my husband came home and told me we had three weeks to be relocated for his job
In those three weeks we had to drive 17 hours to Georgia from PA look for a temporary housing and pack up Our home.
We came to Georgia for three days to look for temporary housing unfortunately we had two 18-year-old cats and a one-year-old German Shepherd
Upon looking for a house so my boys could go in a yard and play we were told time and time again that German Shepherd s are on the list that you cannot be rented to .we had to find a place to live and I would not give up my kids they are my fur babies
Plus everyone wants no more than one cat one dog I was so depressed / scared and worried that my husband would relocate and I would stay in PA until my home sold and then I could buy another home in ga.
On the last night of our three day trip with no home in sight we stopped at a beautiful entrance to savanna quarters .
My husband suggested he go in and get a brochure so that while I was still living in PA we would look to have a home built in this area which I did fall in love with
I waited in the car crying because I didn t want my husband to be here without me just then he came out with the brochure and my first angel appeared her name is Janice Hoffman she works for Savannah quarters and the builders we told her our story .
she was so nice patient and understanding she felt so bad for us we told her my mom had just passed away and we were going to move as a family with my sister her son and his future wife she wished us the best of luck . She said she wished she could help and as we started back to Pennsylvania about 15 minutes into our drive she called us and asked if we could turn around and come back to ga.
she found someone who would help us .
next came my second angel Elizabeth smack
We went to the office at Olympic Carrington met with three angels Elizabeth /Mara Aligo and Julie Williamson
Not only did they find us a home immediately treated us like family excepted my pets as family and even helped my sister find a townhouse in a great area I could never thank these four angels enough for they changed our lives . They treated us with courtesy / understanding / respect and within an hour we had keys to our apt.
Without these four angels this move would not have been possible this Christmas would ve been very sad for all my family would ve been separated instead I am grateful and look forward to having a Thanksgiving with my family and my new friends will be forever in my prayers
I would recommend Olympic properties not only for the staff /the maintenance / and the maintaining of the properties here you are treated as a family member and friend.

I love Vistara at the San Tan in Gilbert. Moving here has been such a great experience for me. The alarm installer Javier was so professional & helpful. My apartment is so beautiful & looks west & faces tree tops so I see gorgeous sunsets from my "Tree House"!! Holly & Christina in the lobby office are so friendly & helpful every time I call or stop by! I have used the gym & know that it is top notch equipment, as good as my LTF club!. The pool area is so nice & relaxing which I use often & in 3 short weeks I have also benefited from the business centers' computer & printer. Moving can be a hassle but this place has been a pleasant & enjoyable moving experience! I feel have definitely made the right move to the right place! I tell all my friends about it and invite them to see it every chance I get! I am happy I moved here and look forward to "coming home" every day!

Ever since I moved here I haven t had any major issues. If I do need help with anything in my home, it gets done the same day. The location is very convenient for shopping and going to work since I m in the military. I would recommend this home to others to move to.

I've been at Olympus for close to a year now. I chose this apartment because of the great location. Valerie made our move-in process effortless. She was with us every step of the way and followed up with us on move-in day to make sure we were okay.

We were the first tenants in our apartment. It was brand new. As the months passed, we watched the apartment fill up and along with that, Olympus was able to host bigger events to bring the community together.

Maintenance has always been top-notch and quick to responding to any problems we've had. My only complaint would be the lack of parking. However, we do get free garage parking and reserved spots if we pay a fee. When I say lack of parking, I mean having to drive up to the top. Rest assured, you'll be able to get a spot, it may just be on a different floor than your apartment.

All in all, I love the aesthetics of the apartments and I'm most excited about the new gym class offerings.

I just want to say my family has loved living at the Legends. We recently relocated from Indiana and had an entire weekend of houses and apartments lined up to look at. The Legends was the first on the list. Let me just say we never went anywhere else to look. The wonderful staff had us in our apartment the same day. We spent the weekend enjoying the pool and grilling out instead of house hunting. We love it and have never looked back!

I live at The Slate in Savannah, GA and could not be happier about my decision to move here this year. Everything about this place in wonderful. Management is always kind and helpful to any of my needs, as well as the maintenance staff. The amenities are great, especially the beautiful clubhouse, where enjoy hanging out. There are so many community events always going on. The grounds are always clean and the apartment designs are gorgeous. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the Savannah area.

I have lived at The Ranch at Shadowlake apartment complex in Houston, Texas since 2000. I have lived in 5 different units at the complex. I really enjoy the staff that have worked here over the years. The maintenance staff is superb with Jose and Oscar and the other guys that I've met. Everyone of the staff that I have come across is very friendly and greets me with a smile. I love the location in west Houston since it is near where I work and socialize. My work office actually moved further away from The Ranch at Shadowlake in 2010, and I was tempted to move nearer to work. One of the reasons I decided against the move was I did not expect to find a nicer staffed property than this Olympus property at The Ranch at Shadowlake. This is a great place to live. Thanks to all the staff for providing me with an affordable, safe, and exciting place to call my home.

Absolutely love the location and the people are amazing. Between the management and maintenance staff, they all are wonderful. They work hard to keep the community together with quick resolve of issues, plan fun activities, and resident breakfast. I know if I have any questions the front staff is always there with the answer. I could not have chosen a better place to call home.

Jade made my application process so smooth. She was very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door to inquire, to the point of dropping off my deposit. I haven't lived in apartments in several years. The maintenance is minimal and I love every sq ft of my new home!

Recently sold my home. Had not even considered an apartment. Then I toured one of the Olympus Properties, Mirador/Stovall at River City. I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff was more than kind starting from the application process to moving in. The maintenance team has been exceptional (not that I needed them very often). Great personalities and always smiling. It has been a wonderful place to call home!

I moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area by myself in February 2017 for my job. Olympus Las Colinas has been my 3rd apartment and so far, my favorite. I never planned to move to Irving as my primary goal was downtown Fort Worth, however, Las Colinas and my apartment have been a pleasant surprise. My apartment sits on a lake in the middle of a major metropolitan area, the neighborhood surrounding my place is fast growing and the restaurants/night life close by are welcoming. It's nice to live close to other people who have dogs as well! A lot of positives in one small area! I have never really met or made friends with my neighbors until I moved to Olympus. My experience has been positive so far with staff that is helpful and receptive any time I have a question. I feel safe and secure with the Las Colinas security and Irving Police department close by. The complex is well kept and modern. I currently have a two bedroom/two bath with plenty of space with a partial lake view- so the sunsets, for the ones who appreciate the smaller things, are spectacular from my balcony. It really can't get better I don't think. If anything, this is more of a thank you that this place exists.

Olympus is a great management company. They have beautiful well-maintained Class A properties. The staff at their corporate office and on each property is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The owners and managers at their corporate office truly value their employees and partners. I would highly recommend Olympus to anyone looking for a place to call home or an investor looking to partner with an excellent management company.

Wow! The first house I got married! How carefully did I choose?

In conclusion, this is our wonderland.
I m very happy with living in [Olympus on Main]. There are many reasons.
1) The apartment is stylish and nice, so I m very proud every time my friends visit. Eventually my friend also signed up for this apartment.
2) The staff at the apartment is very friendly. Also, whenever I meet my neighbors in an apartment, they always look gentle and happy.
3) Parking lot is safe and convenient. Especially, the gate gives us the entire protection to our previous car! That's why parking lot is my pride to my friends too.
4) Fun and witty apartment events are held regularly so residents can enjoy them and build a community. So, I am always waiting our next amazing events.
5) Elevators and hallways are always super clean! Our maintenance team does not allow the dust.

Before choosing an apartment, there were five candidates. First, when I saw the apartment, I liked it and signed up without seeing the others. The apartment had a lot of things that took my mind away.
There is no regret for that choice, and we are having a happy honeymoon each month. Here are some pictures of my happy memories in this apartment. If you are looking for an apartment, there is no reason not to choose it.

Me and my husband had been looking all over the place for a place that was nice and worth the price. We had recently been renting from a private owner who wouldn't fix anything in the home.With us having little time and little to no credit we were being shot down or given outrageous deposit prices. We walked in to the management office sat with brandy a leasing agent and received quotes. We were so worried we would get denied. But by the end of the day brandy called us and said we were approved with no deposit and had a set move in date! Our move was smooth, any issues I found on move in day were corrected that day. The community is quiet well kept and clean. We love it!

I really like the sense of community at Olympus Willow Park. They hold community events that bring neighbors together. I also appreciate Doug. He opens up the office for the kids in the morning and helps them get on the school bus. What a blessing!

4 1/2 months ago I started the search from Atlanta via the Internet. Determined to find a safe haven for my son who attends college. No one could have prepared my son and I for the ride of our lives. The tranquillity, the desire by the entire management too make his living experience like no other. There are so many things that Olympus Fenwick Property does right to let me know that this was an excellent choice. There were other apartment homes that the rent was less however, I am a firm believer that you can not sacrifice quality for quantity. I love how each employee exudes a level of professionalism wanting each tenant to know that their appreciated. From the fabulous events such as Wine down Wednesday's, Trunk or Treat, National Nacho Day, Cookout/Pool party too nme a few. This place is a diamond in the ruff, Creme de la Creme, a wonderful sanctuary that he gets to call home. Thanks Olympus Fenwick for exceeding my expectations in setting the bar so high! My son is already winning!

It all started when I moved in The apartment was so filthy I was shock! took me 3 days to clean but on my first day of my lease I turned on the wash machine and jump in the shower after cleaning all day I came out of the bathroom and the wash machine discharge hose was not connected and flood the apartment. I could stay in the apartment for 2 nights because of fans running 23/7. I had requested a garage and when I arrived they said they were taking it would be ready soon. A week later and then I had to carry things to the garage from my apartment. There were several times I called the office to report different problems I saw, like one day a car hit a girl riding her bike inside the apartment community while the lady driving the car was speeding and talking on her phone ... thank god the little girl wasn't hurt. Broken down cars, people parking in handicap parking with permits, trash everywhere except the dumpster. The security gate hasn't work in over 2 months and recently some one stolen the hub caps off of my truck plus several door dents. Wished I never moved here and can't wait to get out of this lease!

The Ranch At Shadow Lake is the ABSOLUTE WORSE!

The day I was scheduled to move in the apartment was NOT ready. It was filthy, the carpet was SUPPOSEDLY new, however stained were EVERYWHERE, the fridge was old and outdated and dirty, the plumbing is a mess. Can t shower without sewage backing up. The face basin is rusty, I m afraid to wash my face or brush my teeth in that restroom. And the new manager Enrique is worse than the old manger, he s rude, disrespectful, unconcerned about any issue you try addressing with him.

These people are only concerned about getting your money & NEVER fixing anything. Which is everyone is moving out.

I stay at the Davis and I can say it has been a wonderful experience. I recently renewed my lease because the staffs are very responsive and customer service is on point. The Davis is the first apartment that truly treats every request as urgent. During the summer I came home from work about 8:00PM and noticed my AC was not cooling. I called and a technician was in my apartment within 5-10 minutes to get it to work. That was a wow moment for me. I love the Gym and all the fun activity they plan for us residents. I recommend it to anyone:)

After successfully surviving this world long enough to make it to middle age, I found myself tired of trying to find the perfect soulmate to share my life with (as well as the sharing the time-consuming rigors of home ownership by myself). Being a single man with a job that required a fair amount of business travel, I sold my house in Weatherford and looked for a nice apartment complex. After doing some research and asking my friends for recommendations, I heard the Olympus at Willow Park apartments were not only newer and well maintained, but also very close to the new location of my employer. I decided on a two-bedroom apartment there and drove to the leasing office to write a check. The leasing desk was in the open area of the community center and an apartment sponsored function was going on, so at the main table sat four folks about my age, drinking mimosas. One of them (a stunningly beautiful lady) explained she was a resident and that the leasing agent stepped out to show an apartment and would be back, so I took the opportunity to get their insider feedback on living there. She did an incredible job of describing how happy she was living there and how well Olympus managed the complex which really set themselves apart from other complexes around this area. Our conversation continued until the agent returned and based upon my newfound knowledge, I immediately wrote a check and set my move-in date. That conversation led me to now renting a wonderful apartment and also led me to an incredible friendship ..which led to realizing that renting at Olympus had introduced me to the perfect soulmate that I had spent my whole adult life searching for. This last month I asked her to marry me (which she accepted) and we will forever have a special place in our hearts for these apartments.

Imagine living in a spacious apartment among lush and beautiful landscaping with modern amenities such as a beautiful pool with cabanas, a dog park, playground, a fantastic clubhouse filled with ping pong and video games. At Christmas time, goodies are offered in the Club house along with a gift wrapping session! In the Summer, movies are offered by the pool outside projected on a big screen! The staff have fun activities constantly offered from wine tastings to the adults to pajama breakfast parties for the kids. They create such a great community-not a complex! The other weekend I accidentally left my back window in my truck open and went out of town! Not only did I have a purse in the back but there was a very expensive bose speaker in the front seat. I came home to find that someone had taken the time to put a plastic bag to cover my window and nothing had been stolen! That's the kind of community I live in! The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to help fix every thing and it seems it is done almost as soon I report it. I love my apartment at Olympus at Stone Hill. Why don't you come visit? I bet you'll love it to!

Sedona Ranch is in my opinion the best apartment complex in Odessa. If you have been to other apartments in Odessa, you know how painful parking is. At Sedona, you don't have to have a sticker for yourself or guests, there is plenty of parking spots for everyone and you can rest easy you won't get towed like so many other apartments in Odessa.
The complex itself is very clean, maintenance responds quickly, reasonable pricing as it compares to its competitors, and the nicest staff. They are genuinely caring and always host a monthly get together of sorts from Wine Canvas to Casino night.
Sedona Ranch is by far the best complex in Odessa.

I ve been living at Olympus Woodbridge for a little over a year now. The staff is very helpful and is always happy to answer any questions that you may have along the way. The Olympus maintenance team is also always on the ball. They are timely, and always get the job done right. The apartments are beautiful, and the property has great amenities! My dog loves the dog park! They also consistently host events so that you always have a chance to get to know your neighbors. Overall a really nice place to live!

I live at The Redstone San Tan property. The staff is so friendly, the community is clean and well cared for. I love the maintenance team! I see them all day everyday working hard to keep our property maintained and any service request I have submitted has been handled within hours!! Love living here!!

I have been living in Stovall Apts at River City in Jacksonville, FL for almost 2 years now and I must say that I have not one complaint. I chose to live here because I travel with work for a living and the location is perfectly located 5 minutes from the airport but also right beside River City Shopping center where there are many close shopping and dining options. From the daily vallet trash pick-up, the very useful and well kept clubhouses, the attentive and speedy maintenance staff I am totally 100% in love with where I live. All of the members of the leasing office are nice, pleasant, and very personable. There are always fun events thrown by Management like grab n go breakfast, picnics in the summer, Free wine night, and even food truck days. I never want to move and am already thinking about my upcoming renewal period.

As a newcomer to the state of Texas, nothing has made me feel more welcomed than the staff at Olympus on Main and the warm, amiable community we have here. Although I ve only been living here for 6 months now, this is by far the best apartment complex I ve ever experienced.

The staff really does care about everyone s safety, concerns, and well-being. From our friendly courtesy officer, who is always around to check up on us, to our amazing leasing professionals who work hard to make this a fun and pleasant place to stay, I must say, I have been very impressed. We have many social events and opportunities to meet people within the complex, which is both great for making friends and relaxing. Additionally, the complex and its amenities are always clean and in good condition.

Thank you, Olympus on Main, for always listening to us and providing thorough feedback when we express our thoughts. I would also like to give a very special thank you to the maintenance crew for always exceeding my expectations when addressing service requests. I had submitted a request to have my fridge serviced when I noticed it wasn t working after a power outage and the following day, my fridge was evaluated and replaced in such a prompt and professional manner.

Honestly, I can t say enough good things about this place. It really feels like home.

Me and my husband moved in a few months ago and Olympus Carrington is a great place to live. Great quality for a good price, and the people in the office are always professional and so friendly. It's a beautiful place to live! Our upstairs neighbors are fairly loud sometimes and there's usually dog poop everywhere but otherwise we love it.

I have lived here for about 7 months now and I LOVE it! I have lived in a couple other apartments and they don t even come close to holding a light to Olympus Hillwood!
The property there is so quiet and so clean and taken care of! I have had people over and they even talk about the upkeep of the complex. One even said it looked like a resort!
It feels go to live somewhere and to know when you invite someone over that you can be proud of your place and that says a lot for an apartment complex.
I like it enough that I ve recommended it to several people and even had one to move in since I moved here. Very seldom do you hear of anybody recommending an apartment complex to anyone, but once again, I m proud of where I live and that s a compliment to Olympus Hillwood!!
But another point that I have to make and it says a lot also for this apartment is the STAFF! They are the best. You can call with any problem rather it be a maintenance issue or whatever and it s usually taken care of that day, if not within hours!
The people in the office are the friendliest people you ll meet! They always answer your questions right away and always do it with a smile! It means so much to be greeted with a smile when you walk in their doors! They make you feel like your family or something. So a HUGE shout out to the staff!

I recently moved into Olympus Encantada in September after a terrible apartment experience. I was apprehensive about signing a lease for another complex, but took the leap after viewing the actual apartment that I would be moving into. Every staff member I ve encounter has gone above and beyond to ensure all of my needs have been met. I ve even had someone help me carry my packages to my apartment, because I had my hands full carrying my 6 month old. The grounds are always kept clean and the amenities are top notch. Moving here was the best choice my family could have made.

I really enjoy living at Wimberly at Deerwood as it feels like home to me. This is because of the helpful staff, especially the manager Robert who has been very helpful since the onset of my residency. From the application process to moving in and ensuring everything has been working well, it simply has been a pleasure to reside here. The maintenance staff is especially helpful and cordial and they ensure that all requests submitted are serviced ASAP, especially Rodney who is always very pleasant and professional.

The reason I admire, respect and enjoy the staff in no small value due to their helpfulness. I recall one instance a couple of months in the summer, when I had just arrived home after shopping for groceries and was not looking forward to climbing the 2 flights of stairs to my 2nd floor apartment. And what with the Florida heat! I was not anxious to make the 2 runs up and down, up and down to get the groceries from my car into my apartment, but hey such is the life of living on a top floor apartment.

Kiko (one of the maintenance employees) was working on something outside my building and he is always smiling and cheerful so I waved a quick hello as I lugged my stuff upstairs. I had managed to get almost everything except a 5lb bag of rice (I do love my rice!) that I left on top of my trunk so I could just come back downstairs and grab it. While I was busy opening my door, I glanced to my side and voila! I saw Kiko carrying my rice over to me and I cannot even explain the relief and joy I felt at not having to make that trip back downstairs in the heat to carry that rice!!! He took it upon himself to help a resident, without me asking and whilst he was working, when he deduced that I needed assistance. I was super thankful and could not stop thanking him but he said it was no problem and he was happy to help anytime. Of course I called the leasing office and told Robert (the manager) how appreciative I was for this kind and helpful gesture that solidified another reason why I choose to continue residing here at Wimberly at Deerwood, an Olympus property community, and tell everyone who is looking to rent in Jacksonville that this complex is worth it.

I have been living at Olympus Midtown in Nashville for a few months and have had nothing but a pleasant experience! The building is kept very clean, the staff are all incredibly friendly, and any service requests are addressed quickly. The building itself is in a great location in Nashville and the parking garage with spots for everyone is a huge bonus. My favorite feature of the apartment is the in unit washer/dryer! Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with Olympus so far.

I love how they try to involve the community in family events. They do Easter egg hunts, summer pool days, movie days, etc. I really appreciate what Lucy and the staff did durning Hurricane Harvey handing out water bottles at the entrance of the gate. I remember they even handed out breakfast at the gate once! It's the little things that matter! Kenwood Club keep up the great work!

It s a super great location for me, I work at 59 and Bellaire and my commute is #freewayfree!

The people in the front office, know me and are concern with my happiness, and very professional people. I am not one with many complaints but when I do have a problem, the staff immediately address it and management calls me personally to ensure that I am satisfied.

My neighbors!!!!!!My neighbors are absolutely the best, I feel safe, I am greeted when I am leaving and coming home. When I travel, I have no worries because I know they are looking out for me and my home.

The AMAZING front office does many different events for holidays and allows the entire Westchase family to participate, I think it s super important to know who lives around you! At least quarterly, management offers lite breakfast at our gates with warms smiles, I must say, this means a lot to me because it s a sure kick start to what may or may not be the best morning. The calendar of events is just the best, it makes me feel like I am not just not another paying resident but that time and consideration is being given to make me feel like I am valued!

This place is absolutely wonderful. The management is amazing. They will do anything for you. I locked myself out of my apartment and they let me temporarily give them my ID in exchange for their master key to go open it without charge or hassle. The property is beautiful. The pool area is clean and extremely nice, they have a state of the art gym, they have cute little activities like wine down Wednesday and other types of activities like yoga or meditation offered. The clubhouse smells nice and has complimentary treats and coffee at all items. The apartments are located in a really nice area of Paradise Valley; within a five mile radius of anything you might need. Rent is totally affordable, and valet trash is included. There are plenty of parking spaces available and we haven t had any problems with bugs or roaches. There are 9-ft ceilings, hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances, big windows, spacious living rooms, deluxe master bed and bath, so it really feels almost like you re living in a home. Not to mention, everyone who lives here is very respectful and cleanly. They clean up after their dogs and all seem very nice. I just absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone!

Living at Olympus at Ross has been PAWsitively perfect! My dog, Riggs, and I moved to Dallas and into Olympus at Ross (an Olympus Property in Downtown Dallas, TX) about 2 years ago without knowing anyone. Within the first few months I met so many awesome people at Olympus by attending the group fitness classes, spending time at the swanky pool, attending Free Beer Fridays and special events, and taking Riggs to the dog run. I have made some really close friends who all have dogs in the building; we even threw my dog a birthday party at the dog run we had dog friendly cake and everything! All the staff members are super friendly and helpful, especially the Maintenance Team who have made themselves available to fix things during off-hours.

The location of Olympus at Ross is ideal for me personally because the Consulting Firm I work for is in Downtown Dallas just a few blocks down Ross. I walk or bike to and from work most days. Some of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Dallas, such as Greenville Avenue, Deep Ellum, and Uptown, are all within a 5-minute driving radius from Olympus at Ross as well. I live in a 1-bedroom apartment that is modern, has a great pool view, and has plenty of space for me and my pup. Another pro (that others might not think to consider while looking for apartments) is that the online resident portal is super intuitive and makes submitting online payments and service requests simple.

As a young professional new to Dallas, Olympus at Ross has been a great fit. I am able to get a good workout in, meet new people, socialize my dog, and even get my hair done all within my own apartment building. Living at Olympus at Ross has certainly not been RUFF. The Olympus Property Company has helped me to fall in love with Dallas, even while living alone and working full-time.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my residence at Olympus! The neighborhood is amazing and secure! The staff is pleasant and always helpful. My favorite person is Julian! He s always smiling and willing to assist! He most definitely gives 100% quality customer service!

I have lived here for about 2 and a half years and love it! I started with an apartment and upgraded to a townhome. It weirdly feels like I live in a house by myself, but in a good way! It s homey and spacious and QUIET. I love that. I always get compliments on my home when friends come over. I love living here!

We have been residents at Stovall of Olympus Properties for 5 1/2 years. It's a very quiet and convenient place to live, however we needed more room so opted to lease a home. We were in the home four months until we were displaced by hurricane Irma. We had to move quickly as the home was damaged and unsafe.

Right away I called Elaine Witt at Miridor and Stovall apartments and asked if she had anything available. As it happened she had the same building we were in before, close to my best friend who is disabled and only one apartment just above our old one. We were able to have our same garage back and rented another one so we have more room for my boyfriend to have his workshop and one for my car. This all happened within the week and thanks to Elaine we were able to make our home here again!! I think it was meant to be!! It's great not having all that maintenance and we are happy being back here.

I live at The Mosaic and absolutely love it!! We had some issues with the carpet smelling when we first moved in and the Manager had someone come in the next morning and change them! Everyone is super nice and very helpful and the apartments are spacious and have great views

I have never felt cared for at any property like I feel cared for at this one. All of the staff, ALL of them, are very kind, considerate and want to help me. My husband passed away in September of this year and they ALL tracked me down (I was not in my apartment but in the garage) and gave me one of the most beautiful floral arrangements I have ever seen. Having them all stand before me as a group really made me realize that I was loved and cared for by them. Yes, loved. I do not think I have ever felt truly loved by apartment management before. Until this place. By these people. It is truly my home.

However, in 2012, those times felt outright apocalyptic. In fact, like Icarus, Son of Daedalus, I flew too close to the sun until my personal and professional lives fell into an almost perfect Sophoclean Greek Tragedy.
Then one fateful day I found myself driving through downtown Carrollton and came upon a sign that shined through clouds of debris in my world, 'COMING SOON: UNION OF CARRROLLTON'.

Next thing I knew I was walking into a professional trailer parked amid all of the construction and met with a lovely and warm leasing agent who answered every question I could have, and the rest shall we say is Mt. Olympic History.

My experience here all these years is nothing short of a Luciano Pavarotti Concert with The Three Tenors at Carnegie Hall during the Holiday Season. The staff at both my old property, Union of Carrollton, and now Olympus on Main do not treat you like a tenant or a number.

In fact, I would call them very close friends if not family. I have celebrated many birthdays and holiday seasons on these properties, and I look forward to the newest property coming to our Jeffersonian like Downtown Carrollton. Andy Williams says the Holiday Season is 'the most wonderful time of the year'.

I have lived here for almost a year at first I loved it and it was great but since they changed company's I don't like it and will not be renewing my lease here have had leaking problems with my ac had to tell them 4 times before they fixed it and didn't even fix it right because it's still leaking! Too pricey for how small it is and extra charges are being apply to my months payment. I would go somewhere else for this kind of treatment and price.

Olympus Woodbridge was the first place my husband and I called home! We love the friendly staff & beautiful property! Our lease expired after 2 years, and we began our search for a house. Unfortunately that didn t work out, but we knew a place we could come right back to! We signed a second lease with Olympus Woodbridge and couldn t be happier here!

I absolutely love living at Vive Apartments! Before moving in this past summer, I checked out another luxury apartment complex in Chandler and felt very discouraged, partly due to the cold, corporate-feeling customer service I experienced there.

When I drove to Vive after that, I was greeted by Alyssa who immediately lifted my spirits. She was so warm, friendly, and helpful. She patiently showed me around the apartments, pool area, and gym. Everything I was frustrated with at the other place was perfect here! The pool area was quiet and serene, the gym had everything I look for, and the grounds were very well maintained. Plus, despite being nicer (in so many ways) than the other apartments I'd visited, Vive was even less expensive!

Since living here, I've not been disappointed. The staff is wonderful, the maintenance guys are professional (Jacques is fantastic and so helpful!), and the property is gorgeous and well taken care of. It's usually pretty quiet (which I love) and the few neighbors I've met have been very nice. Sooo happy I found this place - please don't hesitate to move here if you're looking for a beautiful, well maintained apartment in Chandler with a community that feels like family!

My fiance and I have lived at Sundance Creek in Midland for a month and we love it. The girls in the office were extremely helpful from our first visit in July to us signing our lease in October. Lily, Zelia, and Ashlie were all so understanding of our questions and multiple requests of wanting to view an apartment (we wanted to be certain we were making the correct decision) - the company takes pride in ensuring their residents are happy and well taken care of. The girls being so nice and the property had me hooked from our first visit. I love the complex and look forward to living here even longer!

I have been a resident at cactus 42 in Phoenix going on three years now. In this time, I have had the pleasure of taking residence within a great community. I have had the pleasure of meeting good people, shared space with great neighbors, and have interacted with an amazing management and maintenance team. I cannot recollect one time when Cecelia or Hailey had not been there when I had a concern or question. As a Chief Operations Officer for two surgical centers and an anesthesia company, I value the interaction within a community where the leadership/management become an active part of their facility. Everything from being informed on a routine basis to the little holiday favors on our doors and social events makes this community feel like a true home and not just a unit we rent on a monthly basis. You can see the pride that both Cecelia and Hailey express within the community and the commitment they both have in making Cactus 42 one of the top locations in the valley. With our environmental growth rate and influx of people moving into the valley, there have been noticeable changes around our community that do bring certain safety issues to light. With this said, there have been some moments where the management has had to make changes within our community to adapt to these changes, but at the end of the day both Cecelia and Hailey dedicated those changes to reflect what was best and safest for their residents. This again is what separates them apart from others in this industry. They are your power team. I can honestly say that they are one of the core reasons I choose to make Cactus 42 my home. I recently moved into Olympus Stone Glen and I have nothing but great things to say about this location. The staff is extremely friendly. The complex is the perfect size. The apt has everything I could ask for. Really a great place to live!

I live in Cape House in Jacksonville FL and love it. My favorite thing is the beautiful well maintained walking path around the lake next to my apartment. my son and I love to walk on it.

The one element about Olympus at Stoneglen that makes our property special is the team working in the leasing office. I have lived at the property for a little over 2 years and wish to share that the excellent location in the center of Keller is easily surpassed by a first class team of professionals working in the office. I specifically want to recognize Isabelle who leased my unit to me and is consistently on site ready to serve those that come in to the office.

The property is quiet, recently updated and has the amenities both single adults and families seek.

On of the most amenities i can't live without is the kindness and how helpful the people at our apartments complex in midland, Texas. i was out of town and the weather was supposed to be freezing that night. Reaching out to the staff at the property, they were kind enough to get into my apartment and set the thermostat. It is kind acts like this i can't live without for sure.

We have been living at Elevation (Olympus Property) for 3 years now and have loved our apartment experience. Apart from the expected variables that have caused a handful of minor issues (other tenants and their flaws, certain issues not being addressed as quickly as possible) we have been pleased with our time living here. Apartment living will always have it's drawbacks, but it has been worth it to live the carefree low maintance lifestyle. The apartments themselves are very nice, and staff is very accomodating. We also have a variety of awesome ammenities (pool, grilling space, workout room, complimentary beverage station) that we have taken full advantage of. We are happy here, and have few complaints. I would reccomend to others.

I currently live at the Olympus at Willow Park property and I absolutely love it! Very helpful & kind office staff, amazing amenities (the resort style pool and the fitness center are my favorites), and there is a great sense of community with their creative events every month. A few of my favorites have been their Waffle Bar Sundays and the recent Pumpkin Carving at their Trunk or Treat. I can't wait to see what else they have planned for the months to come! I had been admiring the structure and layouts of Westchase Forest Apts on Richmond for a while. When ever hurricane Harvey hit it was the biggest devastation that me and my children have ever experienced. We lost everything only thing I had left was my car. We slept in my car for a week because I had used all my money for hotel and food. I was at my all time low. Den I got paid from my job And went to Westchase Forest apts to apply. The leasing agent Terrica Was the one to show me the apt and tell me all the great amenities they had. The beautiful pools, workout rooms (and night I say they offer a FREE personal trainer that comes there!) and they always keep the grounds clean!) She was like a breathe of fresh air after all I went threw she was the one to make me feel like everything is gonna be alright. She told me the only thing that I had to pay was a 30.00 application fee. I was overwhelmed with excitement ... Due to the fact I had great rental history I got approved. The maintance staff did an amazing job on making sure the apt was ready ASAP. And any issues that needed to be fixed they fixed them the same day or the next. If u are looking for an apt then u can try any other apts in that area but if u are looking for a home where they actually care about u as a person then Westchase Forest is the place for u!!

The Mosaic is okay. The office staff are excellent in providing service, answering questions, and assisting with needs. Some concierge staff are helpful, while others are either mad at their job or being discriminatory. I don t like the garbage smell from downstairs when walking the halls or the weed smell. However, the building does take time to shampoo and clean the hallways frequently. There is noise either from neighbors loud music or surround sound, but concierge is diligent in talking to neighbors upon request. There should be more lighting and visible cameras in the parking garage, but at least you have a guaranteed parking spot since you re paying a lot money for it. The clubhouse deposit is a bit too expensive to rent; however, there are always fun activities and events that they hold there for residents. There are a lot of unusual things going, therefore, a good place for single young people. Come to the Mosaic!

I live at Mirador& Stovall in Jacksonville and Im loving it! The staff is quick to respond to any question I have and the online maintenance request system is awesome. They keep the property clean and I also love the community mixers and meet and greets they have every week. It s so close to the mall, we just walk there sometimes. Kudos to our staff!

I have had an amazing experience living at The Davis. The staff is awesome. I really appreciate their professionalism and timely response to my requests. Also, the maintenance team is wonderful. As soon as I submit a request, I can count on them responding in a timely manner and providing expertise in their work. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy living at The Davis!

Have lived here over a year. Apartments are in very nice condition and maintained weekly. Office staff is nice and friendly too! Package pick up 24/7 is super convenient. The pool is always clean and there s a hot tub!

Price is amazing considering location, size, and quality. Will be here till I get a different job, which is hopefully a few years!

I have lived in Olympus property ( Westchase Forest Apartment) since 2013 to date. It's indeed a place to live. Maintenance, 100%, Management is Excellent. Courtney is awesome and very professional. She should be a manager. She knows a lot and always willing to assist. So far I have never encountered any problem. I will not hesitate to continue to recommend Olympus Property to anyone!

My wife and I fell in love with Olympus at Ross the moment we visited it. There was a minor mix up with our unit when we moved in due to a computer error but Jensina helped us work through the problem and has been a great rep throughout our whole time living there and knows exactly who we are and what unit were in before we say anyhthing for package pick ups. Love the gym and pool area. Service requests are always quick and efficient too. #MyOlympusStory

There is something to be said about Olympus Property Management and all of their locations. I currently live at their Union at Carrollton Square location and have been the most satisfied customer while living here. I write this review as I sit in their conference room and truly look back on all property has had to offer me. Yes there is beautiful decor, top of the line appliances, impeccable landscaping and so much more but a certain standard is held with this company.
