I have been living at Cactus 42 for over 2 years now. I need to express how happy I am to live here. It's clean, safe, and has a great community social environment. They put on numerous fun, engaging social events like paint nights, pool parties, Bloody Mary bars, Taco Tuesday events, the list goes on! They are always fun and everything is provided by the club house. I also really like the state of the art gym facility that has spin bikes and a projection screen to be led by video classes (they have more than just spin classes, they have Yoga, Pilates, hit, etc..). I also very much appreciate how well maintained the gym equipment and area is.
All of my interactions with the front desk staff, the maintenance crew, and the management have been extra ordinary, they are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Really the whole facility is always clean and all the staff are great. I'd particularly like to thank Steve and Jaque, they have always been there to help me with apartment maintenance and really, any other things I need. If I need help moving in heavy furniture or groceries, these kind maintenance staff are always happy and willing to help, just to give you some examples they have helped me move in my dresser and my bed on two separate locations, resurfaced my tub, the list goes on (I really am grateful). They have accommodated all of my basic requests timely and pleasantly. I can really go on and on about how accommodating, kind, and responsive all the staff at Cactus 42 are, this is what matters to me most. I have lived at other nice apartments, with the nice pool and guest areas in great locations (similar to cactus 42), but its the staff and community feel that really put this apartment over the top in my books.

I came back to Cape House. That has to stand for something. After 1 1/2 years away. I had a first option but karma told me to come back I suppose. It s spacious. I ve never had an issue with bugs, maintenance is always on time. Neighbors are friendly. This time, I ve been in contact with the office a few times and they have been very helpful.

We've been living at Presidio Apts for 6 months. I love the layout & the landscaping here! Most apartments look out into a courtyard filled with trees & grass. The three windows in the dining area overlook a peaceful park. It feels like we're living in a tree house!

The staff has been extremely helpful especially Jacob & the maintenance crew.

We shopped around a lot before settling here. It's the best price option in this quiet area of town.

Consider yourself warned. If you expect good customer service, an upkept property, and safe environment, then look elsewhere. Staff members will lie to your face to cover themselves. I've personally had a recurring maintenance issue ( water damage) for the last 2 years that they just want to patch up and go. You have to constantly follow up after requests as management will forget to follow up for weeks, despite written notice. Did I mention the freeway noise. I can tell the time of day by the sound of traffic, especially in the mornings. The water bills are inexplicably high ($40-50 for a 1 bedroom, 1 resident. ) You are charged $18 a month for trash pick up, which is not consistently picked up. If the valet does not pick up the trash bags, it's not an issue. But, residents are admonished for not following strict guidelines. On any given day, the security gates may not operate. Which leads to the next issue: car break ins and thefts in the area. The grounds are riddled with dog feces, so be careful where you step. And, for some reason, there are excessive bugs, despite recurring charges for pest control. I've contacted management on property and corporate headquarters. Corporate won't even extend the courtesy of a return call. I was explicitly told by onsite management that they don't care about reviews. If you expect to be respected and valued as a tenant, then check the many other apartments in the area. Good luck.

On Saturday I went on the Hawthorne website and submitted a maintenance request. I found that the dryer had left some black marks on my clothes. On the following Monday morning I stopped by the office and spoke with one of the maintenance personnel about the problem. I told him I was on my way out to the grocery store, but that he could go in and take a look at the dryer while I was out. When I got home an hour or so later I had a new dryer already installed in my laundry room. That s some spectacular service!

I loved staying at Legends at Ridgeview Ranch. The staff in the office were ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and it didn t take long for them to remember my name and apartment number (from constantly picking up packages). My mom and I shared a 2 bedroom to save on rent and the complex was always clean and well kept. One of the things I constantly tell people is how satisfied I am with maintenance. They have never taken more than 24 hours to respond to a maintenance request. They re freaky fast lol. Aside from all of that our actual apartment had wonderful space, so my mom and I never felt on top of each other. Our lease will be up soon and due to my getting married my husband and I found an apartment closer work and I already regret leaving this property! Excellent choice for an apartment community.

Been living at Olympus Carrington in Pooler, GA for a few years now. The staff is really nice and the property is well maintained. More importantly they are incredibly responsive and motivated to fix any issues you have. Plus they re constantly having community events. Makes it feel more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex.

Way back in June of 2017, I made a move across the nation, from Washington State to Texas. But, I hadn't thought everything through, and didn't have a place to stay when I first got here. I'd started looking around, and found an apartment complex that would suit my needs, and put me close to friends I'd made down here.

I found the Promenade, here in Jersey Village just a bit north of Houston, and I found a home. Not only were the staff here at the Promenade the friendliest people I've ever met, I feel as if they've taken a genuine interest in me as a person; going so far as to remember, and stay interested in my own hobbies. Most of the time, they even catch me off guard when they decide to ask; I don't have to be the one to bring it up, they just remember! Not only that, but they take interest enough to even ask about details, and go further than 'oh he goes hiking' or 'he's writing a book'. I've never met a group of apartment owners more interested in what is going on with their tenants than the ones here!

Thanks to you guys, I've been able to not only find another home 2,000 miles away from anywhere I grew up, but also find a family. Thank you guys for the phenomenal work that you all do!

this place is so great! it s literally it s own little community! the trees hide you away from the city but still 5 minutes away from everything! convenient sidewalks and the laundry mat & work out room are always clean! the office ladies are beyond helpful! anything you need, they can help you! the pool is beautiful & again the location is just great!

I have loved living at this place. I have been in multiple apartment complexes and none come close to this! The staff is incredible! I walked into the clubhouse when they were closing the doors for the day, and she stepped back inside to help me with my needs. When needed, maintenance will respond in a very timely matter. They are always improving the community and updating apartments. When we come across something we find difficult, they are very quick to solve the problem and leave us worry free. There are no surprises, no hidden fees and all questions are answered in a very clear direct way.
The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, with high ceilings. There has never been an issue with parking. It is a very open community, always clean, close to stores, shopping, gas stations, and hospital. I would recommend it to anyone!!

My husband and I had to move to Dallas from Houston the week after our honeymoon. We had pre signed a lease at another apartment but it didn t end up working out, so we were stuck without an apartment and staying in Hotels. We came across Olympus and fell in love with the architecture and location instantly. It is central to both downtown and uptown without having to be directly in the middle of the chaos for those busy weekends. We met Brandee who gave us the tour and ultimately sold us on leasing their 1 bedroom apartment with a quaint and spacious patio. We are so glad we ended up choosing Olympus. It is and will forever be remembered as our first home together. We are looking at renewing our lease for next year and enjoying all that Olympus has to offer.

We absolutely love Olympus at Daybreak in South Jordan Utah. We have lived in other apartments and they never honestly felt like home. They were dull, not up beat, poor condition, and so much more. Once we moved to Olympus at Daybreak it was bright, feels like home Everytime I just get to the property or even walk through my door. Maintenance is always on top of their job leasing agents are so amazing and make me and my kids feel like we are important not just another person for them to lease. We. Definitely love being here!

We live in the Legends at White Oak Olympus Property in Ooltewah, TN. We love living here! We are an active duty military family far away from any military base or any familiar faces. The Legends staff made us feel extremely welcomed when we arrived in our new home for the next 3 years. We had been in touch prior to our move here so it was great to finally meet the staff who had been so helpful with all of our questions. They made us a welcome basket and even included bowls for our kitties. Super cute!
I love the pool and I love the gym even more. I use it every day which saves me a monthly rate at another local gym. Mary-Margret even helps me by letting my cats out of confinement anytime maintenance is due in our apartment and I can't be there to release them back to their food and box while I'm at work.
Most importantly, I feel safe. My husband is gone for military training several times a year so knowing that there is a gate and this awesome team is an ease of mind for sure. We will be staying here until we get orders in 2020. #MYOLYMPUSSTORY

I live at Olympus Grand Grossing in Katy, Tx. This...

I live at Olympus Grand Grossing in Katy, Tx. This is the second apartment I have leased on my own straight out of college. My first apartment complex , last year, was so unprofessional, not safe, and was not kept clean. After searching for apartments to move to, I found that Olympus Grand Crossing was more than what I needed and wanted when leasing an apartment. My first visit on property came to an end early due to no one bedroom apartments available during the time that I needed to move in. The leasing consultant, Melanie Brown, advised me to keep checking the website, an apartment could possibly become available. I was so determined to live in this community, I checked the website everyday, during every hour of the day. One night I could not sleep, I was awake at 4am in the morning, something told me to go check the website. I couldn t believe my eyes! ONE ONE BEDROOM BECAME AVAILABLE during the times that I needed to move in. I was so exited that I filled out the application at 4am. I was approved immediately, and reserved the apartment. It was such a quick process. The next day I went to that same leasing consultant, Melanie, to make sure everything went through just fine and it did! I am a firm believe that good things come to those that are patient and wait. Fast forward to move in, Melanie made sure my move in was smooth. All communication done effectively and paper work was there to sign when said. That was Oct. 2019. Now over a month later, I am still in love with my new apartment and the community! It is so clean and well kept here. I ve only had one maintenance issue and that was completed within 24 hours. I ve got a chance to make it to one community event, it was so much fun. I received a free move-in gift which was a plus. Also, being that I m young and live alone, I feel safe here as well. With that being said, I am enjoying my new home at OLYMPUS GRAND CROSSING!

I have been living at the Wimberly at Deerwood for about three years. This is an amazing apartment complex. We have had a few maintenance issues. When we had issues, they were addressed by the end of that current business day.
The maintenance is always courteous and eager to take care of any issues. My dog got lose one day and one of them knelt down to help assist. Nick knew he could trust him. Thank you. Yesterday, I saw a woman walking with a back brace. One of the men stopped his golf cart and assisted her to take her where he could. There is a compassion that is amazing here. The maintenance staff works tiresly to keep the ground maintained and in perfect condition.
The most amazing part happened about 3 months ago. My roommate, who happens to be my son, needed a dog for a.comfort service dog. My son is a U S Navy Veteran, rescued a dog from the animal shelter. Rob, the manager, was patient while my son got the appropriate documentation for a service dog. Rob did not have to be understanding. He understood everyone or a pup has a different story. Thank you Rob..Nick now has a Forever Home at the Wimberly At Deerwood.

This picture is with my Grandson. His new best friend is Nick. Thank You

My name is Franco Loza, and I have a been a resident at Olympus Corsair since August 2015. It was formerly known as Broadstone Corsair, but has recently changed management.

I would like to take the time to recognize Mike, the maintenance chief of the property. Mike has willingly helped me on numerous occasions, and does so to the best of his abilities. Mike has a contagious attitude and is always upbeat, helpful, and very punctual. Mike's actions are above and beyond. Mike and his team have made the transition between managements smooth.

As I previously mentioned, I have been a resident of the apartment complex since it opened. I understand the challenges that come with changing an environment, and have been very satisfied on how Olympus Property has handled the transition of property management. The new permanent staff have been approachable, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. I have spoken to Jocelyn, Emily, George, and other members that are currently present on staff and love the direction that Olympus Corsair is trending.

I love the property. It s very clean and well kept. The office staff and maintenance are very professional and courteous. My move In was quick and efficient. My apartment was just as beautiful as the model I was shown by Lexi. You can complete work orders and more on their cool website. Olympus Properties are awesome. I love coming home.

I recently moved from out of state to Olympus Encantada (Albuquerque), and couldn't be happier with my new home! When it came time to look for apartments I had a hearty checklist, and Olympus surpassed everything I was looking for! It is a friendly, gated community featuring two pools, two gyms, two media rooms, and more! Each unit has it's own washer/dryer, and my personal unit has gas stoves, a large garden bathtub, and light grey interior, which I absolutely love! The units themselves are spacious, up-to-date, and ready to be personalized into your new home.

Something that stood out to me with this specific apartment complex was the beautiful landscaping and green grass throughout the property, something that is hard to find in such an arid city. It made the property feel more like home, and is wonderful for any dog-owners looking to lease in the area!

In addition to the great amenities, my specific complex is home to a courtesy officer and state policeman who are either on site, or accessible by phone 24/7, allowing all Olympus residents to feel safe in their new community.

Although I have not lived here long, the two times I have placed maintenance requests, Victor has been extremely prompt and professional in fixing the problem at hand. I also use the included pest control and valet trash service regularly, and am grateful for what these services provide to Olympus residents.

The front office staff is very courteous, and frequently hosts resident events to get to know their team, as well as some of your neighbors! This was important to me in building relationships with those around me throughout the complex in order to feel safe and at home.

Overall, I am exceptionally pleased with my time at Olympus Encantada thus far. I cannot wait to continue on this journey in my new city - wherever it takes me I know that I will always have a wonderful place to call my home!

#MyOlympusStory. I live at Olympus Midtown in Nash...

#MyOlympusStory. I live at Olympus Midtown in Nashville, TN. The management staff (Emily and Elise) are by far my favorite reason for living at Olympus, and the following story illustrates why.

It was a Saturday, and I was about to head out to a gig (I am a musician) in Franklin, TN. I planned to hit the road around 3:00pm so I could make my downbeat at 4:00pm. I decided to take out my trash before I left. I went to the trash chute with my car keys in one hand, and the trash in the other. I threw the trash down the chute. However, unfortunately, I had accidentally managed to throw my car keys down the chute as well.

I sprinted downstairs, fearing that the office would be closed, and obviously fearing that I wouldn't be able to make my gig with no car keys. Luckily, Elise happened to be in the office as she was just about ready to close up. I explained to her that I accidentally dropped my car keys down the trash chute, and that I needed to head to my gig ASAP. Elise called another maintenance member who then explained to her how to, and which key would, unlock the trash room on the lower level.

Elise walked down with me to the trash room, and stayed with me as I searched through the trash compactor in a frantic search for my keys. After about a minute, I eventually found my car keys buried in the trash bag that I threw down just a couple of minutes prior (albeit the car keys smelled pretty bad at this point from the trash).

Needless to say, if it weren't for Elise going the extra mile to figure out how to open up the trash room so quickly, I would have been late to my gig, and probably would have been fired on the spot and prevented from playing future gigs with this particular artist. Elise saved me from losing my job that day, and that is why I enjoy living at Olympus: because of the hard work that her and Emily alike do for us residents to make our lives a little bit easier.

We have been living at Olympus Corsair for 4 months now, and I have to say it's been wonderful living here. First off, the staff are all awesome. They are attentive and super friendly. I enjoy stopping by at the office because they have such great energy and attitudes. The maintenance team is amazing too. They are fast, professional and courteous. Shout out to Mike, thanks for all your help! Aside from the extraordinary apartment features and complex amentities, I have found that the people I've met in the complex are friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. I am a stay at home mom, so its great to have somebody kindly open the door for me when I'm walking with the stroller or when I have groceries. We also had a nice gentlemen help when we were moving in. This place has been one of the nicest we have lived in San Diego.

I moved into the Olympus Woodbridge property in Sachse about a month and a half ago. Loving it so far. Great price for the amount of space I m getting. Very nice staff and they have taken care of me. Also check in with me periodically. Took care of my one maintenance issue very quickly. Very happy to have moved here. Safe, quiet and well managed. It may sound dumb but my favorite thing is the shower since I m a tall guy. I can actually stand under the shower head without ducking for once in my life :). Hope to be a longtime resident here.

As of this post, I currently live at Mirador at River City(2BR, 2BA) in Jacksonville, FL with my fiance. I was referred down by a mutual friend who did give praises about the place, specifically the front office and how they had quick turn around times for responses. When I first toured the area, I was very impressed with what was around. The convenience of restaurants, auto mechanics, a Wal-Mart, many different stores was a huge selling point.

Pros: With the myriad of stores, restaurants, hotels around the River City area, plus on the other side of I-95 towards JAX, there is no shortage of accessibility. The complex itself has many at home amenities for all patrons. Tennis court, kids playground, dog park, swimming pool, grilling area, and a fitness complex is just for starters. Similar amenities are available at the sister complex, Stovall, with more expected from the other expansion, Broxton Bay. For military personnel, you are 25-30 minutes from the sub base in Kings Bay, Mayport, and NAS Jax.The same distance can be traveled for St. John's Town Center, Kingsland, GA. Downtown Jacksonville is 10 minutes on I-95, or 15 minutes on back roads. The beaches are also close, with more shops, bars, and hotels all around.

Cons: The cost of living in Florida isn't cheap, and because the complex is in a populated area with the airport nearby, the rent can turn people away. This area is also part of a large shopping plaza, and come Black Friday or other heavy shopping days, you can get caught in traffic. To get to the military bases, the 30 minute drive to and from can also deter people. The airport, while good to have only 5 miles away, can be a distraction with planes taking off.

Despite the negative issues, we have had nothing but praise from our front office. In the almost 2 years living here, we've have also had many of our friends and family stop by during their travels and compliment the area where we are.

I love living at The Slate in Savannah, GA!!! The staff is amazing, but especially Karen. She s ALWAYS making sure everything runs smoothly and works so hard to make sure the residents are happy and she goes above and beyond. Here, it doesn t feel like you re dealing with regular property management staff. You really get a friends/family treatment from everyone. Everything about this apartment complex is great!

Home is like a warm hug on a cold stormy day. It is a place where you feel safe and comfortable. I have just given a brief description of my home at the Mandalay at Shadow Lake Apartments in Houston, Texas. I am 3 months into my 13th year living here, and I love it just as much today as I did on the day I moved in. It is a stylish modern community set against a lush tropical backdrop of palm trees and colorful flowers. During first light, if you look closely, you can see adorable baby bunnies in the bushes around the luxurious pool with its cascading fountains. Later in the day, if you sit near the pool, you will see the squirrels scampering happily up and down the trees and racing across the yard hiding their acorns here and there. As you contemplate how they will ever remember all their hiding places, you will find that you are relaxed and have taken a break from any mundane issues.

Mandalay at Shadow Lake has also provided me with a feeling of safety from three (3) major hurricanes during the years of living here. I elected to remain in my apartment with my 2 dogs during these hurricanes, while others sought refuge further inland. Millions of people lost their power and many experienced flooding and sustained water damage. Thank God, my home at Mandalay at Shadow Lake proved to be a safe place, as I did not experience any power outages nor sustain any water damage.

The ladies in the office should receive special recognition for setting the bar higher for apartment management. Due to health issues, there have been periods of time when I haven t gotten out much. I was deeply touched when I received a visit from Ayanna Woodyard and Jessica Garant letting me know they were concerned since they had not seen me out and about. Many months later, I received another such visit from Kimberly Taylor-Ford and Ayanna Woodyard. This is incredible considering Houston is the 4th most populous city in the nation, and there are hundreds of residents living at Mandalay at Shadow Lake and I was made to feel special by these very special ladies. These ladies actions are a true testament to the detailed attention given to the quality of care provided by Olympus Property Company beginning with hiring the best employees. Thank you all so much for all you do.

This property company is one of the best I've lived with. I is not perfect but it is very good. The apartment, 7th street station, is clean, and safe. My mantenece requests are fufilled in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and there are many resident events. This honest review was created as an entry for a resident giveaway for Olympus Property Management that goes until November 26.

Olympus Grand Crossing

Olympus Grand Crossing

I moved to Katy from another country. I was very unfamiliar with what type of accomodations that were available, what the normal rental rates were, what the policies were for renters in this country, where the good and not so good neighbourhoods were, etc. I knew nothing and needed to find a place to call home quickly as hotels were expensive. I was worried about signing a lease and then finding out later I chose a place that wasn't ideal for me, that because of my newness to the country, I would potentially pick a place that was not ideal for me. This was a bit stressful.

Since I was a homeowner in my country, I did not want to rent a place that was "well used" and worn out. Having no friends or family here meant that I would be spending a lot of time by myself in my apartment while I got used to my surroundings and finding out where things were. I did not want to be surrounded by gloomy settings nor did I want to have problem neighbours or live in an unsafe neighbourhood. I heard bugs were a problem because of the climate and I have only ever seen or heard about roaches on tv. As you can imagine, I had quite a few concerns about where to rent. I checked out a few places to get a feel for what I could rent and the price ranges. I saw a few that had the "worn and dated" look to them and was a bit discouraged. I kept looking and I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful apartment in a quiet and safe setting for approximately the same price. My apartment is clean and new looking. The office staff is always very helpful whenever I have a question and I had quite a few questions in the beginning. I didn't know what stores sold what ( other than Walmart). I didn't know what insurance companies were good, which electrical companies to use, etc.

While I still do not know many people other than at work, I have found a few stores that I call my go-to stores and yes, Walmart and Kroger is top of the list. I have bought so many brands of spagetti sauce trying to find the one I like, just to forget which brand it was the next time. I have gotten caught in flooded streets in Galveston because I didn't know it floods easily and I thought it was just a very rainy morning. I have gotten lost for hours when my phone has died and have taken more wrong exits than I care to admit and have travelled miles in the wrong direction many, many times. I have used the saying, "Houston, we have a problem" more times than is probably funny for people who live here. I still get the I-10 and 99 mixed up and I still have trouble with the extreme summer heat but I am going to conquer that somehow next year. I have googled more bugs than I ever have in my life and was horrified to learn that tree roaches can fly.

Since moving here I have had many fun times in this beautiful state but there have also been many challenges to figure out and overcome. Regardless of whether my day is a fun one or a challenging one, when I walk in my door it is peaceful for me. Home is supposed to be a safe and relaxing haven and for me in this new world I am still figuring out, that is what my apartment is. It is my safe haven on the days when it is dark and I am lost yet again and having to go into unfamiliar neighbourhoods to find a gas station for directions which make no sense to me except to get me one step closer to the next gas station until I finally get back into familiar territory. After days like that, the place you come home to can make the world of difference. At the end of a stressful day, coming home to a place you don't enjoy, a person could get depressed, but coming home to a place you enjoy and find peaceful and relaxing, I say, "Thank God I'm home".

I have lived at Olympus for 2 years now and have loved it! This past weekend the employee, Sara Gencarella, made my day! I was out of town and a package was delivered to my door. So my package wouldn't be sitting out for days Sara went and got the package from my door and put it in the office. She completely went out of her way and was so nice and friendly! You can really tell they care about your concerns/needs as much as you do!

Olympus has been a positive experience from day one. We were a little nervous moving in because of some negative reviews, but quickly learned the apartment was under new management and things were already turning around. It has exceeded our expectations in every way- Emily, Elise, and Antwoine work so hard to keep everything running smoothly and provide creative events to get to know your neighbors. I can t say enough good things about the staff! We love how dog friendly the apartment is and how welcoming the community has been. In the last two years, we ve become so close with our neighbor that she has since become our roommate and a bridesmaid in our wedding!! Olympus has truly made Nashville feel like home.

Living In Olympus is great. First at all, the apartment is big, really nice and have a lot of amenities like washer machine, dryer and oven. People who work here are really kind and always try to solve your problems as soon as possible.
Also, they organize a lot of activities what make the life here enjoyable and fun.
And finally, I have to say that I love the gym, the pool and the BBQ, they are great and really clean.
Without doubt we are happy to live here!

Olympus Stone Glen- 300 Bourland Rd. Keller, TX 76248

Newly married and going through a difficult past year; my husband, 12 year old son and I moved from MN. to TX. We had a rental truck full of our belongings-
we were excited about starting over in a new place.... only to find out the owner of our rental home decided to take in a family who paid six months cash advance..... the owner never did return our calls.Having barely enough money for a decent place and checking other rental homes-downpayments and stipulations- I finally talked my husband into looking at apartments..... he not living in them or wanting to live in them since college...I convinced him we had no other options. My husband having spent years in Tx.in the past, knew of nice areas.... looked online and noticed five star ratings on " luxury apartments" in Keller. My husband wanting a nice place for his family called Olympus Stone Glen and a friendly voice on the phone said,-"yes, we can help you, and yes we take dogs as residence"-once I found out our dog was permitted- i felt hope and as we drove up to the beautiful grounds I was excited and knew this was going to be our place. Isabel in the office greeted my son and I at the door- she showed us our options and was very thorough and detailed... she golf carted us( my son thought that was cool) to the unit we were interested in and of course we loved it. We brought in our dog to meet Isabel-Isabel gave our dog a bowl of water and a treat....that sold me right there. I loved the process of getting approved-it was simple and understandable. My husband loved the convenience of everything being electronic online with DocuSign- he could do it all from his desk at work.
This place has been our sanctuary.... the pool has been a haven for our son who left all his friends behind in MN.- he feels safe here. Never
living in a apartment before ,he has acclimated well-he always tells us how much he likes it here. The workout facility and clubhouse with the ping pong table has been a Godsend. My husband has Parkinson's Disease; having a pool and workout facility close by has been so helpful for him. Him and I have become ping pong competitors -every night we laugh so much and enjoy the time we play. The gal Yvette in the office always cheers us on.
Me being a workout enthusiast I love the workout facility and the
walking path behind our complex is great for taking our dog for a run.
The coffee and treats and free host nights they have at the clubhouse are lovely.
In the interim that we will be here, will be a joy to remember. As we find our new home the memories here will be thought of as our "retreat" place where we could catch our breath and recover from a stressful past year and we are grateful for that!!

Thank you,
Tina and Dan King

By the way.... we haven't had many maintenance issues but Ivan and Ryan have always been thorough and pleasant.....very good with communicating the time they can help us out... I see them in the early mornings cleaning the grounds/fixing things- they are always ready to greet you with a wave and a smile. :-)

I remember vividly the day that we came here for the 1st time Ashley was the manager and she gave us a tour I felt very peaceful around the complex, but the highlight was when she showed us the apartment and my daughter 3 years old at that time walk in and said: I like it here this is the tiny happy house! .
So, we decided to move in.
Here the 3 of us have grown in many ways, faith, courage and perseverance, we had to face cancer, (my husband). We had difficult times such as ambulances would come in and out, we had joyful moments with visitors and many funny stories.
Stacy the manager at that time helped us to build our faith, the following year we had Jennifer as the assistant manager and she was amazing, always bringing hope.
GOD, family, friends, church and management of Stone Glen help us through the journey.
2014 my husband turned 50th years old (he was in his last days at home) we had a group of friends that came to sing at his window with a serenate, and one of the maintenance guys, Albert kept the gate open for us.
Dec. 29 ,2014 my beloved husband went with the Lord. And many friends suggested us to move out to a different place, so we didn t have to bare the beloved memories.
However, my daughter and I felt secure and loved here, because of God, and Isabel (current assistant manager) helped us to keep enjoying this Cozy environment.

I entered into this #shareyourstory last year & talked about my experience being homeless at 20 years old, then Olympus giving me a chance to get back on my feet and call somewhere home, but this time I wanted to share something more fun and less serious so I wrote this quick poem:

High rises and huge brand corporations just aren t for me, they were at one point but I found another company
One that feels like a community and has that local charm, where I feel at home away from any harm
I started with little furniture as it was my first rental, building my own shelves in my patio, no one was judgmental
As careers change and life progresses,
I m able to walk into that door and not feel the stresses
Maintenance and care is long forgotten in the realm of this business, but you ll find a different story here at Olympus

P.S. I m 22 now and never have been late on a payment, started my own art business, and really enjoying my apartment. And now hoping I win this little contest (:

We choose Anatole on Briarwood in Midland, Tx. because it is close to my sons school. We couldnt be happier with our decision. Natalie in the office has been nothing short of amazing. She is one of the best leasing consultants I have had the pleasure of dealing with and I have been in this industry for almost 20 year's. Our service requests are always completed within 24 hrs or that sane day. Anything we bring to the leasing office is always dealt with immediately and with kindness and a smile. I am extremely impressed with this property. My son forgot his key one day and I called this office to see if they would unlock the door for him because I couldnt get away from work and next thing I know Natalie had driven him to the apartment and let him in. That us caring about your residents at its highest level. Awesome experience and place to call home.

Olympus recently acquired the Canopy property I reside at and I can already feel a difference in the care and concern for the residents and our community! I was contemplating moving when my lease is up, but now, I feel like I can live here for years to come! It s nice to feel like I matter :)

This is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. The front office team really truly cares about you and your living experience. I've never ha any issue with break downs but when something minor went wrong and I reported it, someone was at my apartment within a couple of hours. They are very attentive to my military needs. I was gone on training once for two weeks and had forgotten to have someone go water my plants. I called them ask ask for the most ridiculous request for them to water them for me not thinking they would actually do it. But they did it! I even got an email from them with pictures of my health plants! Also prior to moving in, I had some issues with my previous roommate and I needed to move in as soon as possible and they were able to speed up the process to get me in the apartment sooner and i got to move in almost two weeks earlier. Needless to say I love living here. I am not moving until I purchase my own place. So worth them money.

There were so many options when I moved to the downtown area in Dallas. Every day I know I made the best decision. The area is becoming increasingly walkable, the amenities are irreplaceable. For example, the 24 hour gym is my favorite amenity. I am always doing research or reading. Availability of a the 24 hour gym has drastically affected my health in a positive way and ability to read text for hours on end. The staff is very kind and always helpful. I have been at the office door at 6:01 and they still let me in to receive a package. It was not this way in my last apartment. I appreciate the front staff as much, if not more, as I apprecate our maintenance staff. Angel in particular, always greets the residents with a smile. It helps to see a smile before fighting the Dallas traffic during my morning commute.

I could go on and on but I truly do enjoy iving here.

The maintenance is awesome, never have to wait more than a couple of days! The front office staff is often very busy but when you need help they are always willing to drop what they are doing and help you out. Overall my experience over the last two years has been awesome. Clean community, pest control always available if you see a critter and they throw really fun events! The only downfall so that they are so popular the parking lot is always full, but that s good for business so I forgive them. :)

Living here has been a great experience to date. The clubhouse is great, looks very modern, and has a Starbucks machine which is convenient for your commute to work/school/etc. Management is friendly and approachable with any concerns you may have. Also, the maintenance team here is very quick to handle any requests you file, usually having it fixed in the same day! Never having lived in Nashville before, being at Olympus midtown has made the transition a lot easier because you're in such close proximity a ton of things to do. Very convenient location without a huge price tag.

I have had an amazing experience at Olympus townhomes! The location is near The Shops at Willow Park has been easy access for great food and shopping with the kids. Highly recommend the pizza at Parker Brewing (well and the pale ale). I run and bike in the area and know its safe. The onsite gym is better than most hotel gyms and they keep it clean and equip all working. The office staff is very friendly and professional helping answer all my questions through the move in transition. My kids enjoy the pool, game room, and basketball court.

Happy to call Olympus home!

For future ideas maybe consider epoxy attached garage floors, discount tickets, shuttle or courtesy bikes to shops, lighted security gate in south fence for easy shops access, professional cleaning discounts, discounts to local vendors, lighted ingress to townhome doors (hard to see lock in dark).

I moved into Olympus Midtown back in June. My roommate and I had looked at a ton of different places, but what ultimately sealed our decision was the wonderful staff at Olympus. Elise and Emily have gone above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable and welcomed. When we had to care for our friend's dogs for two months they were more than accommodating and pleasant throughout the entire experience. It truly makes a difference to have welcoming, accommodating and just great people to deal with every day when you are renting!!

I live in Olympus Katy Ranch in Katy, Texas over 1 year ago. I love these apartments, they have a good location. The leasing staff are very friendly (Angelica the manager, Isabela) and especially Nora Alvarado, she always has a smile on her face and when I need something she is always willing to help me. I recommend it

Olympus Woodbridge in Sachse is an amazing place to live. They get the little things right; it's very clean and well maintained and the apartments, grounds and pool are absolutely beautiful.

Moreover, they get the BIG THINGS right. Their staff is Johnny-on-the-spot, friendly, responsive and respectful. The Fitness Center is awesome with free-weights and machines for strength training; treadmills, bikes and ellipticals for cardio, and stability and medicine balls for core. The apartment floors look like real wood (hard to tell if they are real or laminate), and are very easy keep clean and dust free; the high ceilings make it spacious.

Plus, they have frequent resident get-togethers (food and wine) in the classy clubhouse, which also has an elegant pool table. They offer free Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse/lobby, which I visit often to say Hi to the office staff, and get coffee :-).

I looked at dozens of complexes before I moved here a year ago. Many of the residents have been here for years, and everyone I talked to say they love it here. No other place beats the quality and the price. I'm really glad I live here; I couldn't be happier. Thanks Olympus.

Let me start by saying Cape House apartments (owned by Olympus Property located at 4460 Hodges Blvd. Jacksonville, FL) has been such a wonderful experience for us! We have lived there for nearly a year now and are so pleased with the property and staff so far. It is a huge upgrade compared to the apartments we lived in before. It's a quite, safe, and fun community. I was shocked when we moved in that I wasn't able to hear EVERY LITTLE THING our neighbors were doing. I feel confident enough to let our 6 year old walk to the car or run upstairs to our apt. without being paranoid about her safety. The pools and grilling areas are great. We have made many fun memories by going to the pool and letting our daughter swim while we grill out and then jumping in the pool to cool off after the food is done! The maintenance crew is very friendly and quick in their responses. Any issues we had have been met with a rapid resolve! Overall, we would highly recommend Cape House Apartments as a fun, safe, and quite place to live. It has been nothing but a pleasant experience for us so far!

This is a long, honest review of my experience at ...

This is a long, honest review of my experience at Olympus at Main in downtown Carrollton. TLDR - it s an awesome apartment and I have NO regrets I decided to go with them.

I have trust issues when it comes to signing apartment leases - are the online reviews paid for or fake? are the owners looking to make an extra buck by trapping you into a contract that you d regret getting into? are there promises that are made that won t be delivered on? - the list goes on and on. On top of that, I was relocating from NYC to Dallas and was in a time crunch to look for an apartment. I have no regrets that I went with Olympus on Main in downtown Carrollton.

Firstly, the application process was transparent, easy and stress-free. Rachel thoroughly went through all the available apartments, amenities, lease specials, etc.. I was anxious about signing anything because everything seemed too good to be true. But I received what I was promised and more.

The property really makes an effort to make you feel welcomed and at home with frequent events and get-togethers. The maintenance team is very friendly and acts quickly to resolve any issues. Shout out to Bernard - he s been very friendly, reliable and helpful with our transition - you can tell he really cares about his work and puts the necessary time and effort to get things resolved.

The property also has nice amenities - swimming pool, gym (with GREAT equipment - something I was looking for), covered and gated parking and more. The property is well maintained and clean! There are even small things I take for granted (wipes at the gym to clean the equipment, free coffee in the lease office, doggy bags to clean up after your little one and more).

I don t have any major complaints (or even minor ones) that I can think of, but if I was forced to think of some, here they are:
-sometimes the parking garage gets packed, but I always find a spot on the upper level (can t really complain about walking down/up a flight of stairs - I m from NYC)
-sometimes the trains nearby can get rowdy (I still get plenty of Z s at night)

It s been almost four months here and I m fairly certain I will enjoy the rest of my time here. I will be sure to follow-up on this review and even share my moving-out experience. Should anything else come up, whether good or bad, I will make sure to update this review.

Best of luck on your search for an apartment and thank you Olympus on Main - it s been nothing but good things so far and I hope it stays this way! Cheers!

After looking for months for a new apartment my husband and I decided to stop at the Tradewinds at Willlowbrook just to get some info. We loved the property and staff and signed the next day! We LOVED how helpful Ruth was, she asked questions to accommodate dates that were convenient to US!!!we got a great rate and location. Previous apts had issues working with our moving date and even tried increasing the rate just because of moving dates. We loved how easy it was to work with them and locked in our rate. Now living here for 4 months, have had no issues. Placed a maintenance request and was solved within 48 hrs, receive packages at the office with no issues as well and love the gym. Thankful for the responsiveness and for the staff actually caring for the residents. Ruth always has a smile and makes you feel welcomed. Already thinking about renewing :)

I first moved into Vistara at Santan Village in August 2017 while it was ran by a very reputable company, Mark Taylor. Upon hearing the news that Olympus Property was going to take over, I felt my stomach drop that a new management company was coming in. I just recently graduated, and I had my fair share of terrible managements. The ones where the leasing representatives change every week.

Olympus Property management has met and exceeded my expectations of what a good, personable property manager can be. They have kept the community looking luxurious, they give gentle reminders to pick up after our furry pets, and they always have big, genuine smiles when entering the leasing office. (Shout out to Desmond!)

I appreciate all of their hard work of keeping this community, and my neighborhood clean (maybe not so much my apartment, but I promise, I'll hang up my clothes eventually :) ). I am looking forward to continue living here and enjoying the monthly planned events!

I love living at The Tradewinds at Willowbrook in Houston because Lauren Habermacher in the office is so professional and on top of her A-Game!! If there is an issue with a noisy neighbor or a maintenance issue, all I need to do is let her know and she gets the job done!! Our maintenance staff is prompt and they always do a great job!! I really enjoy living there and it is people like Lauren and our maintenance crew that makes apartment living comfortable. A huge thank you to ALL of the staff!!

We have been living in a house until when we had to recently move into an apartment at Cape House in Jacksonville, FL. As some may know this wasn't easy to move our 4 person family from a house into an apartment. On move in day we had some issues with the garage not working, the office staff did a wonderful job at handling the situation fast. We have been here two months now and the office staff and the manager have treated us kindly on some other issues we experienced. We have had maintience out three times since and they have shown up that day and fixed the problems we have experienced. We were also here during Hurricane Irma and the staff did a wonderful job before and after resolving issues around the complex. It was not an easy job on the amount of damage that was done. There is still work to do but it does take time. I have heard many complaints from neighbors about the complex but so far we do not agree. Everyone has been very kind and fast to what we need.

I have been living at The Olympus Steelyard in downtown Chandler, AZ for almost two months now. Every time I walk downstairs into the lobby for a complimentary cup of coffee, tea or hot cocoa I am still in awe. I cannot believe that I am living in what seems like a luxury resort hotel. I looked for houses before moving here for just myself and my boyfriend and with how much we enjoy being downtown and go out on the weekends downtown Chandler seemed like the best spot. These are a little pricey but they are so worth it, all of the houses I looked at were around the same price but did not include all of these amenities. My boyfriend was so set on getting a house with a pool and the pool included in this apartment complex is beautiful and we do not need to put in any work to keep it up. Overall I think we made a great decision getting an apartment here, especially since it's just the two of us a two bedroom is plenty of room for us and even when we have guests over. I love that I have not spend any money on coffee in the past two months because the cold brew coffee we have on tap is delicious! I also make it to every Speak Easy the have on Thursday's which include free alcoholic beverages and a chance to mingle with the other residents. I know so many people here at this complex because of all the social events they have. It's like a whole other community here and I love it. I am from a very large family and I am so excited to show off where I live to them when they come into town to visit. I can also invite them to the fitness training classes that are provided. The best part of all of this is that I am in walking distance from downtown if being at home at my luxury apartment wasn't enough I can go out an enjoy downtown. They did a great job at the location with everything else. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I absolutely love the Olympus Encantanta! We relocated from across the country for work and the amenities at Olympus are phenomenal. We enjoy the clubhouse, gym and hot tub. We have only been residents for about a month and the staff have been so helpful with sharing great places to see and things to do in our new city. Living in a gated community is a plus and the grounds are just beautiful. Our dog enjoys the pet park located on the grounds, and our neighbors have been so friendly and welcoming. Being a veteran military family who moved often during the course of my husbands career, I can honestly say that Olympus is the best community we have ever resided. Don't think twice about choosing an Olympus community. Ask for Nina Garcia, Alexis and Lindsay if you are relocating to New Mexico. They will take great care of you and your family!

I live at the promenade of Jersey Village, and it s only because of Ana that I decided to live here. I had went around looking at other apartments but it just wasn t the same until I came to the promenade of Jersey Village Ana made me feel very comfortable and she made sure that that apartment several looking at where my price range around the move-in day I wanted basically she was there to accommodate my needs. Her customer service was really what drove me to stay on this property. Best decision I ve made.

What luxurious comfort this community offers!

What luxurious comfort this community offers!
So close to restaurants, parks and shops!

I live here at Redstone at Santan Village in Gilbert, AZ.
Service is an important factor as well as the amenities attached to my "home". People often rent based on the amenities and level of service.

Yesterday was Memorial Day 2020 and our pool was completely closed to residents. We were evidentially incapable of swimming without babysitters. The restrictions were lifted two weeks ago by our area leaders yet the pool was completely closed. San Privada nearby was wide open, as were several other apartment pools in the area. Seems like Mark-Taylor has a niche for real quality - and not hyperbole constantly used in the place of it. I would like to thank you for all of this "comfort" we got to experience in our "homes" yesterday during this special holiday. We residents, the people, loved being treated like kids.

Also, when might we start fixing things at this community? This place is becoming truly embarrassing. When did Olympus stop caring?

Hello,

Hello,
My name is Samantha Thomas.
I am a current resident of Odyssey Lake Apartment Homes in Brunswick, Georgia; and I d like to tell you my story.

My husband and I became engaged several months before he returned to the main land; after working in Hawaii for a year. Soon after he came home, he was able to procure a job here in Brunswick; at the time he was staying with his mother in Gainesville, Florida; he drove back and forth while working 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week, still hoping to find a closer solution to his living arrangement.

While my husband was working on becoming established in his new job, and trying to find housing; I was working on things of my own. You see I was still living with my mother in the Philippines, working toward my fiancee visa, and all the requirements to fulfill my part of the process. I waited patiently, looking toward the time that I would be able to be with my fiance, and my soon to be husband, and yet very saddened by the idea of leaving my family behind.

My fiance; now husband, and I really looked forward to being together, and it appeared that things were slowly falling into place. He d landed a job, and we were moving forward with the Visa; but we still had one very big, and very important link missing; we had no place to live, and my fiance was still driving back and forth to Florida, everyday. Things were very uncertain, we both knew that we wouldn t be able to move forward with the Visa; which would keep me from coming to the U.S., to be married to my fiance. He continued to look, but had trouble finding something that we could both be comfortable in, and that was within our budget; it was a daunting task. Finally he found Odyssey Lake Apartment Homes.

In September 2016, my husband signed the lease, and we were able to acquire my fiancee visa. Shortly after that, I was able to come to the states, where we were married within two weeks of my arrival; but before we were married, he brought me home ; our home. Our little apartment had so many wonderful things in it; things a lot of people might take for granted, but things I had never had. The size, and the comfortable lay out was very welcoming, and even though I had left everything I d ever known behind; I suddenly felt it was going to be okay. That I too, had made it home.

A lot has happened in the little over two years, since we married, and moved in to our little apartment, making it our home. The time has seen my husband become full-time permanent employee, at the company he works for, and we ve grown a lot together in our little home, even adding our little dog; Tricia. We are now embarking on a new adventure; preparing to welcome our first child.

Leaving my home in the Philippines was the hardest thing I d ever had to do; and though I thought I was leaving my home; I was actually coming home, and now my husband and I will bring our daughter s home; home to a little place with a lot of love. Whatever our future holds, we are so happy to say that we started our journey together at Odyssey.

Sincerely,

Samantha Thomas

I ve been living in one of the Olympus Properties (Union at Carrollton Square) for over a year now and I ve had nothing but great experiences. The moment I walked into the leasing office I felt I could trust that this would be a place I could call home for a while. Anytime I have an issue someone is always there to respond and maintenance is THE BEST I ve dealt with in all the apartments I ve lived in! I would definitely recommend hands down.

I ve been at The Ranch at Shadow Lake for almost 1 year now and I absolutely love it! I ve already renewed. One of the most important things to me when living somewhere is maintenance. My work orders are always completed quickly and thoroughly. My favorite amenity is the work out facility that s open to residents 24/7. It is equipped with machines and a wide variety of free weights, and has a small kiosk that will put you through a specific workout, such as kick boxing. I love going for a swim. We ve got 2 very large pools in very serene settings. Also, when moving in, leasing agents Cindy and Will were so warm and welcoming. They answered all of my questions and concerns and after living here nothing has happened to contradict the things they told me. Very honest and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I moved to Albuquerque 2 yrs ago and have been living at Olympus Encantada ( the San Pedro apartments) since then. It is a spacious well laid out apartment with lots of storage, walk in closets, lovely finishings, floors and has new gadgets. The apartments are clean and the surroundings are very well kept, cleaned regularly. The front office staff are excellent and so polite and helpful. Maintenance responds usually very promptly and are very efficient. It is a very quiet community. There is a gym which is also well kept and a lovely swimming pool and grills.
There are lots of social events which i must admit i have not been to yet but hope to soon. I absolutely love living here!!!

Not only does the Mosaic have an unforgettable view of the Dallas skyline off the infinity pool, but it has many activities free of charge for the residents like myself to enjoy and partake in like the fitness classes and monthly neighborhood gatherings. We recently moved here and the staff has been very attentive and helpful. All the company I've had over loves the place! The only reason I would have for leaving would be to buy a house, but that's far off from now! Until then, we will enjoy life downtown in a high rise.

I* live in Jacksonville Florida in the Cape House Apartments and i must say that these apartments are like no other. Previously, I lived in Manhattan New York, crammed into a very small dorm room. You would think because it was in New York there would be much more ammeneties and opportunities than an apartment in Jacksonville, but that is wrong! Olympus apartments has offered me more than anywhere ive ever lived. The apartments are very nice inside, well kept for sure. The trash is always taken on the correct day and never left behind. My mail is always at my door on the day it is supposed to be delivered. These are a few things that i personally like, more than just a nice view. i* would 100% recommend the Olympus apartments to anyone looking for an apartment, and i already have! Thank you for everything!

We love our new home! The Olympus Willow Park apartments are the trendiest and most comfortable we ve ever lived in.

Our journey to Olympus was a sweet one. In January, after seven years of trying for a baby, we found out we were pregnant! Immediately I went into nesting mode and wanted to make the cutest nursery ever. The only problem was we were selling our house and hadn t been able to find another one we liked in the area.

My husband s daily commute took him by the Olympus apartments. They were stylish and nestled right next to the coolest new shopping plaza west of Fort Worth. We scheduled a tour and five seconds after walking through the door I said something I hadn't said once during months of house hunting: "This feels like home."

I love everything about our new home and community! I literally can t think of one thing I don t like about it. Our apartment is bright, spacious, and laid out perfectly for our needs. We've hosted old friends for dinner, and had game nights with neighbors who've become new friends. Fun restaurants and boutiques are just a short walk away, and we love our awesome gym and incredible pools (yes, pools with an 's'). During pregnancy swimming was the only exercise I was aloud, and every time I would relax under one of the waterfalls it was like I was at a spa. I can t wait for the first time our new baby gets to splash around with me.

The wonderful office staff regularly puts on fun community events, and whoever decorated the clubhouse and gameroom is amazing. If Pinterest and Pottery Barn had a baby it would look like our clubhouse. It s so nice we even took our first official family Christmas photo there.

I am so thankful to be here! We ve already made so many sweet memories at Olympus Willow Park, and are grateful for our home and the many new memories to come.

P.S. I finally got the nursery of my dreams!

Do NOT rent from an Olympus Property complex EVER. Completely miserable and dangerous living experience, management is not existent and will do everything in their power to make your experience miserable.

I love living at Olympus Carrington. My wife and I have been living there for about 3 months now and we have enjoyed every minute. All service request get done quickly and efficiently. My only issue is that the gates will be left open for a couple of days. Other than that, it has been a great experience.

Here s our Olympus Property story.

Here s our Olympus Property story.
It all began when the lease at my husband and I s previous apartment was almost up and I was 6 months pregnant. We felt the need to move out of our tiny 650 sq ft apartment that was right next to the noisy highway. We had no washer or dryer in our apartment and the complex very rarely had parking close to our unit. None of that was going to fly with a baby joining our family!
Fast forward to August, we found The Tradewinds at Willowbrook and we toured the two styles of one bedroom units with Ruth. She was very honest and helpful throughout the whole process and helped us quickly settle into our unit as I was very pregnant at the time. Ruth is one of the friendliest people we have ever met and it s actual, genuine friendliness and compassion. Every time I saw her in the office while I was pregnant she would ask me how me and the baby were doing, and she d tell me about her experience having a baby and it made me feel nice knowing I wasn t alone.
Now our son is here and we re comfortably living at the Tradewinds! We no longer have to park far away and make a dangerous walk to our apartment at night anymore. We LOVE being able to do laundry in our unit with washer and dryers that are included (God knows it would be hard doing laundry without them with our baby here!) And it s actually pretty quiet. We don t ever hear traffic from our apartment.
An amazing perk of living here is that we get access to the gym, which is literally a 30 second walk from our apartment. Now I ve been able to work off this baby weight without paying extra for a gym membership and I don t have to stray far from my son to get in exercise.
But most of all, it feels like home here- not just a place to live, but a place to raise our son and start our family. We feel safe, secure and comfortable here.

After living here for over a year I can honestly say it s great. They are so attentive when I need something looked at. I put in a service request for a bee hive to be removed and the guys did it with no hesitation! I love living here and love that they truly do care and take good care of you!

I love these apartment! Its not loud and nothing crazy happens. Parking is nice. They are very dog friendly and I love the little dog parks and bags all around. They try their very best to keep it clean all around which is awesome. If people complain or they notice a problem they are very quick to send out e mails or notices to us and fix the problem right away which is so nice. They are very involved, on national cupcake day they told us to go by and grab a cupcake, they had a Halloween door contest, and soon they are having a potluck. It's just so nice and me and my family really love it.

I have lived in the Wimberly apartments in Jackson...

I have lived in the Wimberly apartments in Jacksonville now for about two months and I feel so lucky to be here! I moved at an inconvenient time where most apartment complexes in my area were either extremely overpriced or not available. I only had one day to tour apartments and after touring 4 other complexes in the area, I was getting very disheartened. I almost gave up on the search and planned on settling for a complex that I wasn't thrilled about, and then I decided to tour one more complex last minute, and conveniently I was in Wimberly's area. After talking to 4 other apartment tour guides at the prior locations who either seemed uninterested or apathetic, I was so excited when Brie and Shayna greeted me. They are two of the many nice and passionate employees that work here! They actually took the time to get to know me and shared with me all of their knowledge of the apartment complex. For the first time that day, I was actually excited about touring an apartment. My whole apartment search turned from a negative thing I dreaded to such a positive experience for me.
This carries on to what I love most about living here for the last two months. All of the employees are so friendly, and continuously asking how my new job is going or how I'm enjoying my apartment. When I have had issues (occasional cockroach or AC unit needing extra freon), these issues have been fixed extremely quickly. The employees make living here so enjoyable and convenient!
I have toured or experienced many other apartment complexes in Jacksonville through friends, and nowhere else compares to what Wimberly provides. I will always recommend this complex to all my friends who are searching for apartments! The Jacksonville crew definitely deserve some recognition! :)

I have lived at Sycamore Farms for almost 2 years and I love living here! Any time I have had issue, went is not often, the maintenance employees are so fast to get it fixed. The time I locked myself out in my patio...they came to get me back in right away. My dog even enjoys living here with the dog park and large park area's for her to run! My son loves swimming the two large pools that are always clean. Everyone is always professional and very nice in the office. I am proud to call myself a resident! #MYOLYMPUSSTORY

I live at Olympus Northpoint apartments in Albuquerque, NM. I started my lease at an interesting time, on the exact date the complex switched to Olympus properties. Not sure what it was like before then but I've had constant positive experiences! Management-wise, everyone has been attentive, quick, and helpful to all my moving woes. When it came to fixing my thermostat (prompt help!), switching out my remotes, and emailing public notices (the best form of communication for me since I usually get home late!)

What I appreciate the most are the personal touches that Lexi and the management team offer to the community. I love the happy hour and snack festivities they provide to just make living here fun. They are always attentive, friendly, and ready to offer a helping hand!

Onto the amenities, the reason why I chose northpoint was for the on-site athletic room, otherwise I would have no motivation for the gym... I feel safe and secure here, especially with the gated parking. Yes the area is a bit secluded (nothing nearby but you get front row parking for the balloon fiesta!) and honestly that just contributes more to my secure feelings, no one else should have any business wandering around here! I also love how modern and recently built the complexes are, with nest thermostats and new appliances. Overall I am having a great time making my new place a home I want to come back to.

The community is well maintained and the interior design is one of the best I've ever seen in an apartment complex. Hugh island in the kitchen with granite counter top and big bedroom/bathroom. The maintenance crew is amazing as well and fixes things so quick! Definitely planning on renewing my lease for another year.

I can't say enough how much I love living at The L...

I can't say enough how much I love living at The Legends at White Oak here in Ooltewah,TN. My story began 5 years ago when I met my husband who was in the Navy at the time in Norfolk, VA. We met and got married within two months, a very love at first sight/soul mate connection that neither of us could deny. While our love is undeniable we have had some of the toughest situations to test any married couple, let alone newlyweds. Our first year we were met with, totaling a car, my father becoming very sick, me being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, my mother having brain surgery and my father then passing away. Another year later we found out that my amazing husband had Chrons Disease and was going to be forced to retire from the Navy after dreaming of doing it as a life long career. Despite every single challenge we have faced we have stood strong together. Once my husband retired we moved to Orange County, CA to be near his family. About a year in we were struggling financially and miserable with our surroundings. I came home from work one night frustrated from work and horrible traffic with a surprising suggestion for my husband. I had read an amazing article in Travel Magazine about Chattanooga, TN and jokingly walked in the door suggesting we move. Never in my wildest dreams did I think he would agree, but the idea was a hit and we started planning. I had done a lot of research on the area and after living in such a huge area, we wanted a smaller area with a close drive to a nice city and the legends apartment looked like the perfect fit! I reached out and immediately got the most amazing customer service that I've ever had. I was still working so most of my communication was through e-mail and I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I secured an apartment about a month before we were set to be in Tennessee and the office at The Legends at White Oak were so attentive. They kept in touch, checked in consistently and the day we pulled in our keys were ready and our apartment was perfect! When we first got here we had to wait for internet and the amazing business center that is provided made it incredibly easy for my husband to get a job quickly and for us to transfer everything from California to Tennessee. We have now been in our apartment for about 6 weeks and couldn't be happier. The front office staff is amazing, the grounds keeping is stunning, the maintenance staff are incredible and the property has the best amenities I've ever had (and I've lived in 5 different apartments). We are planning on getting a puppy and there adorable little dog park will be perfect. My husband who loves to grill is in love with the barbeques throuhout the property as well as being able to fish whenever he likes in any of the 3 stocked ponds. This company has truly made our transition the best we've ever had and I am so excited to be apart of this community. Can't wait to enjoy the community events!!! Thank you Olympus Properties and Legends at White Oak, we are the happiest we've ever been!!

I ve lived at The Mosiac Apts for almost 5 years and the staff is wonderful. They always acknowledge me and speak and have a smile. Whenever I need something repaired they always have it done within 24 hours. It is always clean in the hallways on my floor. I recommend The Mosiac if you are looking to live downtown Dallas.

I love living at Olympus Stone Glen in Keller. It is a beautiful property, Isabel and Justin in the office are amazing they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Isabel is a wonderful office manager. The gym is a great bonus and allows you to have a full body work out without paying expensive gym fees. I love the fact that the pool is open year round to allow us access to the hot tub, so relaxing. I must say this is one nice property to live at, no rowdy, disrespectful neighbors and great staff who keep the property up. I have no plans on moving anytime soon.

I currently live at Vistara at SanTan Village in Gilbert Arizona. It has almost been two years now. These apartments are brand new, very clean, and safe. My favorite spots are the state of the art gym and the pool. Plus it's located by so many fun restaurants and shopping. The staff and maintenance crew are very friendly. I rarely have any issues with my apartment, but when I do maintenance addresses the issues quickly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking! I'm happy to call this place my home! :)

It won't let me post another review so I'll add to and edit my previous review ...
2019 - Not much change from my 2019 review! We are still happy with our time at Sycamore Farms and look forward to finishing up our current lease agreement. We switched units to cut some costs and management was very pleasing to deal with during this transition.

The entry / exit security gates do continue to be an issue as it still seems that they are broken and wide open more often than they are closed and secured. It's a bit frustrating when a portion of our monthly cost of living here includes the gated community. Management even sent out an email regarding keeping your vehicles locked, secured, etc and a day later the gates broke I'm guessing and have been open ever since (That was over a month ago). I have placed a ticket and even talked to maintenance staff personally at random, as well as other tenants and the issue remains unchecked.

Lighting ... There are zero working lights at the entry / exit of the property. There are two signs at the front of the property where lights are installed but they haven't worked in at least 8 months. When coming home in the evening or early morning during the dark hours, it is tough to see the center median that divides the lanes to get into and out of the property. It's only going to take once for someone to miss judge a turn and drive over the median and damage their vehicle or worse, run someone over that is simply walking the sidewalk. I have placed a ticket and even talked to maintenance staff personally at random, as well as other tenants and the issue remains unchecked.

It seems that maybe there are some financial issues going on here, but I do know that the office just underwent a complete overhaul. Honestly there wasn't a lot wrong with the previous setup (on the surface) and it seems to me that fixing the more serious issues (like security gates and lighting) would have been more of a priority that adding a pool table, new desks and fresh paint to the office area, IMO.

Other than that, our overall experience has been decent. - Justin Guinn

2018 - My family and I have enjoyed our home at Sycamore Farms in North West Oklahoma City for nearly two years now after moving from our house in central OKC. Moving from a house to an apartment wasn't ideal but we really loved the look and feel of the community, and with my busy schedule it was a necessary move, and one we have yet to regret.

We've not had any major issues to speak of. The staff had undergone some changes within its maintenance team when we first moved in that prevented a timely response to a ticket or two, but nothing too lengthy and anyone with a sense of understanding would appreciate the necessary changes that caused the short delay (None of the requests were urgent).

The ability to pick and choose amenities is a nice touch! The grounds are usually maintained weekly and there isn't an excessive amount of neighbor noise that you'd typically find in an apartment complex. I'd like to see the security gates maintained a little better as it seems they're open and unsecured more often than not.

The office staff are always courteous, friendly and more than willing to assist with any need. We're not planning on moving anytime soon.

After living in a huge house for 25 years, it was time to sell, so I looked for apartments for months. My last look was my first choice here at Legends at Ridgeview, Plano, Texas. The staff are absolutely great. Stephanie O'Donnell was exceptional. I had to change my move-in date 3 times due to issues with upgrading my home and the timeline for the sale. Each time Stephanie was very patient and found a new apartment for me with no issues - so really, I had 3 "moves" to 3 different apartment numbers before actually physically moving in.. There was never an issue with that at all. After moving in, I had some problems with appliances and the staff responded immediately. My apartment feels like home..the staff is very friendly and helpful, the maintenance people very respectful and friendly, as well. I am so very happy that I live here and glad to call it my home!

I love, Love, LOVE my Olympus Chenal Valley apartment home! Not only is it in one of the best locations in Little Rock but it is phenomenally a friendly and peaceful environment. I consider the property that I live at one of the best because of their AMAZING staff! From the Business manager down to the maintenance! I am not saying this because I know them personally. This is because they ARE very caring and they take their work very seriously. They are genuine, caring, and friendly. I couldn't imagine a better crew of people. If there is ever a problem, it is handled immediately! And I mean handled with care and is taken care of before you can turn around! I love how nice my neighbors are! I've even adopted an elderly couple as my non-biological parents! I have other neighbors of whom I've established relationships with as well! Everyone is sooo nice and that is hard to find in most communities. The one amenity that I love and use regularly is the gym! I enjoy when my sister, one of the leasing consultants, and I get together after work and take full advantage of working out and dancing! I can't wait until after the full renovations are completed. I hear there are more awesome amenities to come! I would like to give a shout out the the best Olympus property and a special shout out to the staff! Yooohooo to Olympus Chenal Valley @ Little Rock, AR!!!!! Woooooohoooo to Destin, Jessica, Kendel, Jennifer, Zolton, and Tony!!!!!!!

Living in the Olympus Property has been amazing! From the time we first check the apartment out and to the time we moved in. The staff has been super friendly and very accommodating to all the changes we had to make in our lease. It's also definitely a plus when there's a fancy coffee/espresso machine available to use 24/7.

The gym and pool area is clean and well-kept. I cancelled my gym membership because the gym had all the necessary equipment including fitness classes (bootcamp, yoga, etc)! The property hosts cute little events outside in the pool area sometimes, making the experience even better.

The location of this apartment is great, right across from downtown history carrollton, the DART station, freeways, foods, you name it. The parking garage makes it convenient when there are hail storms warnings.

So far, our experience has been amazing and I highly recommend this place

My name is Dirk Menzel and I am married to a wonderful woman, my bride for nearly 35 years, her name is Carrie and she is who I live for. We have had a full life and lived in many places and have always been very busy and never really had the opportunity to sit down and enjoy being home. Due to circumstances beyond our control things did not really turn out the way we had planned and we were faced again with the decision to find a home that complemented our life styles. With many options at our fingertips we choose to live at the apartments at Daybreak. I have to say that this place I call home is and always has been more of a home to us than any others preceding it. From day one we have felt welcome and continue to have great experiences. I have read many reviews where former tenants have unfairly written poor reviews, and what I can say is that it takes effort on both sides to make your stay pleasant. The staff, and I mean everyone including maintenance have been amazing. I wish I new all of them by name but specifically Deanna, Dell, Kelly, Amy and many more. They all play a part in making me feel at home. I bring in treats as often as possible and would do it more often if my life as a teacher would not be so demanding. This place is more of a home than others I have lived in and I will continue to make it the best. I am so appreciative of the investments that are being made to spruce up the appearance and feel like they are doing it for us. I know I will get a home of my own someday but until then Olympus at Daybreak is our home and anything I can do to make it better and continue to show my appreciation will be my ultimate opportunity. Thank you for helping us feel welcome?

Olympus Midtown has been our home since March and we have enjoyed every day here! From the warm and gracious staff who go out of their way to make us happy to the cozy courtyard with pet friendly amenities, it has it all! Emily and Elise have been checking on us from day one, always asking how we are doing or if we need anything. They stay late at least once a month to host a free catered event for all the residents. The maintenance staff is so attentive and polite, always going above and beyond. The building is always clean and smelling good with thoughtful hallway air fresheners! The trash service is wonderful and has officially spoiled us! The location is great and we are always walking to get food or enjoy a night out. My husband, dog, and I love the place and will surely be here for all of our remaining time in Nashville. Thank you Olympus!!!

In 2013, I moved to Texas from Atlanta, Georgia wh...

In 2013, I moved to Texas from Atlanta, Georgia where I lived for nearly 9 years, to be with my childhood crush and the love of my life. We lived in the Center Port area for two years prior to moving downtown. I cried almost everyday while living in the Center Port area, because of the lifestyle I had grown accustomed to while living in Georgia. Center Port was a beautiful area, but it consisted of about 85% retirees who walked their pets all day and majority of the time it was quite, and my desperation to be in a more upbeat atmosphere grew quickly.
On weekends for approximately two months, in May of 2015, we had set up appointments through Apartment Finder to view apartments downtown. After viewing numerous apartments and still quite unfulfilled by what we had seen, we came across the Mosaic Dallas @ Akard Apartments during our walk back to the Akard Train Station. The viewing of the Mosaic Dallas Apartments @ Akard was not set up through Apartment Finder, and yet until this day, we still do not know why not, but we are very glad that we decided to take a look inside anyway. Our very first impression was, this is it, this will be our new apartment home !!! From the lobby to the Leasing Staff (Matthew Paul, Efrain Villagrana, and Nayra Guerrero) we were blown over by the beauty it beheld and the professionalism that existed among the entire staff. Immediately, we were greeted professionally with welcoming and heartfelt professionalism that placed us into the harmony we had been seeking to find during our search for a new apartment home. First impressions can honestly be rewarding, and because of it and before touring any of the floor plans, our hearts were dead set on Mosaic being our new home !!
Nevertheless, we loved and are very much so still in love with the amenities that are available to us daily, especially the well put together residence lounge, which to us is an extension of our apartment home. We love entertaining our family and friends during the holidays, and the residents lounge is perfect for that and then some. The outdoor pool, grilling area, theater screens for movie night, and music gives the feeling of being at a resort. We have met and built wonderful relationships with great people who also lives here. Plus, the added incentive of having our evenings after work topped off with food and drinks from local area restaurants, makes life here at the Mosaic irresistible and truly awesome.
We ve been living here at the Mosaic for two years, and we couldn t be happier! Our thoughts and feelings about living here hasn t changed, matter of fact, we have decided to live here for the rest of our lives. It s been such an amazing experience, that we decided to move my mother here as well. She s been a resident here for a year now, and since the first day she moved in, she s been floored by the beauty and professionalism as well, and she also says she could never imagine living anywhere else. The staff loves has just as much as she loves them. I honestly appreciate them for making my mother feel at home. Most of all, our family and friends cannot stop talking about their experiences while visiting here. They have encouraged other family members and friends to stop by our place if ever they re in town, so they too may also experience the welcoming beauty that Mosaic has to offer.
Thanks to everyone that plays a part on the Mosaic team, including maintenance and Valet, we truly appreciate all of you for all of your efforts in making our lives completely comfortable and stress free as possible.

Thanks,
Paula Allen

My Olympus story began in October of 2016 when I w...

My Olympus story began in October of 2016 when I was in the process of looking for a home for me and my husband. My husband was deployed and planning to return home in December 2016 and Olympus was the only apartment complex that I kept coming back to. I was able to quickly get moved in and settled before my husband returned from his deployment. One of the easiest and smoothest move in processes I've had! Although the front office staff is now different at my location, they have all been fantastic to work with and go above and beyond for their residents.
The thing I love most about Olympus is that it feels like a community. Our weekly wine nights and monthly community celebrations give us an opportunity to kick our feet up and enjoy being around friends. This community has supported me when my husband has been gone on deployments and have opened their homes and hearts to me and I am forever thankful. This will be our third year living at Olympus and although I look forward to buying my own home, I feel so much at home here and I know that I am surrounded by neighbors and friends who love me and my family well!

I ve lived here almost 4 months.. I just love everything about living here from the friendly staff I believe one of the maintenance men lives in my building and he s always so friendly and my 2yr old just love when he talks to her. Recently my daughter was hospitalized for a week the staff actually reached out making sure we were okay and checking on us while she was in the hospital and once we got back home... I just feel like we are just more than a apartment complex we are like a big family! Everyone looks out for everyone! The staff Ms. Jessica, Destin and McKenzie go above and beyond when it comes to everything absolutely love it here!!

Six years ago I rented a one bedroom unit at Sycamore Farms in Oklahoma City and was enchanted with the 110 sq foot balcony. Since then I have turned that balcony into a beautiful garden each spring and summer. I enjoy it on a summer's afternoon sipping iced tea.
Around the time I leased my apartment a young lady worked in the office and her name was Lori Reese. Six years later we are both still at Sycamore Farms. Lori has graduated from college now and is an assistant manager. She has a "resident first" philosophy and is never too busy to respond to a request. Her smile lights up the office and is a great representative for Olympus. I hope we are still here six years from now!

The people in the office, Dustin and Isabel, have been amazing from day one. The two times I placed a maintenance request it was fulfilled within 24 business hours. They have lots of activities to help you get to know your neighbors and they are great! Pool and property are always clean. I love my apartment and it's simply the best place to live!

I live in the Odyssey Lake Apartments located in Brunswick, Georgia. I have lived here for over a year and it has been the best apartment I have ever lived in! The maintenance workers answer requests so quickly. Deanne Cohrs puts on some great parties for the residents to get to know each other. The pool is gorgeous and always clean. I love taking advantage of the free workout classes! I would definitely recommend living in one of the Olympus Properties.

I had the opportunity to live at Cape House Olympus Property for four years and my experience was very pleasant. Cape House is quiet, clean, comfortable and safe. They have nice amenities, I love their 24 hour fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis, basketball court and gated community. They also have several Police Officers that reside here and 24 hour surveillance security system. They have valet trash service which is convenient. Their staff is friendly I really enjoyed Aaron, Dominique and Walter they always greeted you with a warm friendly smile. If we had any issues or concerns they would respond in a timely professional manner. There weren't many disadvantages other than the front entrance floods after heavy rain. I would love to continue to reside here, but it's getting more expensive. Overall, Cape House Olympus Property is an AWESOME place to live, it's centrally located, clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. I would recommend Cape House Olympus Property to my friends and family.

If there is something we like the best about this ...

If there is something we like the best about this community- Olympus Las Colinas, that would be the hospitality of the staff and their immediate response to any of our maintenance issues. So far, we got every request resolved within 24 hours.

Julian from the management staff has been very friendly and been truly involved with any of our issues and also helped us get a nice deal and a nice apartment that really sufficed our needs. We have really cool pool view, that just refreshes our mind everyday.

Also, we enjoy the privilege of having an elevator and same level parking are most helpful amenities for us, especially while carrying groceries or when we get exhausted. I am 34 weeks pregnant and it is a great relief. Even having a beautiful and scenic lake nearby, made my everyday walk more interesting.

We felt like we have come to a vacation home kinda place since the time we moved here and are truly happy with the choice of moving here.

When my wife and I moved from our home of 24 years...

When my wife and I moved from our home of 24 years to Frisco earlier this year we had no way of knowing the Olympus Boulevard apartments would rewrite the story of our 46-year marriage. Our home was where we completed the chapter of raising two daughters and began the extraordinary chapter of welcoming five grandkids into the world. I swore I would never live in an apartment again, then Kristen, Millie, and Trisha changed all that. They are not our property managers but neighbors deeply committed to my family. We discovered our fellow tenants were much more than renters; they are a community of which we are now a part. The backyard, where my wife planted over 60 beautiful rose bushes became a square where we can t wait for Christmas to come alive just outside our door in a way that awakens the feelings and anticipation about Christmas I had as a child. We don t know how long we will be in our apartment, but it s for sure that this chapter of our story is not ending anytime soon. I said I would never live in an apartment again, and I was right. We live in our new home.

I was a pretty happy customer for 11 months of my 12 month contract. However, when the end of my lease was nearing I went into the office to discuss my options for giving notice to leave. Under lease I was requried to give 60 days notice, but under month-to-month I'm only required to give 30 days notice.

Knowing that I only needed a few extra weeks, as I was closing on a house, I asked what it would take to stay, but give adiquite notice. I was told that if I went month-to-month it wouldn't be an issue. This was more than 60 days prior to my expected move out...Once I had the exact date of closing locked I tried to give notice of my exact leaving date (41 days total notice).

The reply was that because I was still under lease (26 days remaining) but not yet under month-to-month, I was required to give 60 days notice. I couldn't give 30 days notice until the 26th...

So they're arbitrarily enforcing 2 weeks of rent out of me even though I did everything in my power, acted in good faith, completed my lease, and gave 41 days notice.

Being inside of the last month to rent and being told you have to give 60 days, but not allowed to give 30 days notice is bad faith.
