I've lived at Olympus Sierra Pines for almost a year now and they just had a change in maintenance staff. I would like to leave a review for Jose the head maintenance manager. He has gone above and beyond his job duties and is always pleasant to talk to. He is timely, efficient, and personable. He recently came to fix 3 issues in my apartment (my curtain rod fell out of the wall due to the drywall breaking down, needed a new air filter, and a cabinet door handle was loose). He fixed all 3 things and even hung my curtain rod back up for me, making sure it was even on both sides. The last maintenance workers would not have done that. I appreciate what he does for our complex.

Living at Redstone at San Tan Village has made this proximity to San Tan Village shopping center my reality! And with all its' restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away, I no longer have to navigate parking lots and clogged roadways to get my gift shopping done, or rush to meet-up with friends for dinner. And what I love most about living at Redstone, is that when I'm done with shopping, I can grab a bite at one of the nearby eateries, and be home in just five minutes! Once home, this is where the grueling part begins... LOL! Should I soak in the hot tub for an evening unwind, dive into the stunning heated pool, with its' magical soothing fountains, read by the light of the fire pit, enjoy a glass of vino on the clubhouse balcony patio overlooking this magnificent gem of a place, or should I knock it out at the onsite gym, before calling it a night?
These plush amenities give a whole new meaning to 'staycation', as I'm perpetually made to feel like I'm living in paradise, or at a resort in the Bahamas! Don't get me wrong, I don't mean to complain (LOL!), it's just that living the dream, with all it's wondrous possibilities, can be exhausting....;)
My family an I live at Olympus Tradewinds. It has truly been a wonderful place to live. The apartment itself is luxurious an the amenities that they offer are amazing. But what makes here even better is the staff. I had a personal issue on the day I went to renew my lease an manager Natasha an consultant Ruth was there an just vented because I was so upset. They both just listened an gave me some good advise. That s the type of people this community has we are all like a family an not just tenants. I will advise anyone to live at this community the location is great an access to everything. We can t imagine living elsewhere.
When I moved to Olympus at Ross it was just an apartment complex to me, now consequently it is a safe place and a home. The warm and welcoming staff are always there to help you with your needs and any maintenance issues you may have can usually be resolved within 24 hours. The gym at this complex is state of the art and a place where I go frequently even if I feel like I need to go workout at 12 am, I have 24 hour access and am able to fulfill my needs with luxury workout equipment. Olympus always has events going, usually ones that coincide with the seasons and holidays so it always feels like your right at home because it facilitates a community of gathering, friendship, and usually food!!! I am hoping to stay at Olympus another year so I can keep inheriting all the benefits it has to offer. As many people should take advantage of this wonderful complex as possible because it is truly one with a great location, views, and amenities. Hope I get to meet more amazing people from my stay at Olympus and I hope I can convince more people to rent here!! #myolympusstory
I have been living at The Hawthorne Apartments for about three years now. Its a very nice community to live in. I rarely have any issues with my apartment but when I do the maintenance team is right on it and always fixes the same day I put in my request. The property is always doing things for the community such as various get togethers, fundraisers and having food trucks for those days we may not want to go. My neighbors are very nice and friendly and I really enjoy living here.
I absolutely LOVE living at Olympus Property's Odyssey Lake Apartments in Brunswick, GA. I am currently leasing a 2/2 and just renewed my lease for another 13 months. I couldn't imagine living somewhere else. The community is beautifully kept, I have an amazing lake view, the price is just right, and the staff is incredible! Coming from a college town, it is a breath of fresh air to have property staff members who legitimately care about helping you. Staff where you can walk into the office and they know your name and share stories with you. Special shoutout to Iesha Williams at Odyssey Lake for being the BEST!!! The entire environment is nothing but friendly and comforting. It truly is home...
Also, it may seem like a small detail, but one of the amenities of my apartment I can't imagine life without is the extremely convenient desk/office area they have built in for you. I work from home so having a built in desk area saves me space and saves me money from buying my own desk. An amenity of the complex I truly enjoy is the dog park. Without living in a home with a back yard, it is amazing to live somewhere that provides a fenced in area I can bring my puppy to so he can run around a play (You can see a picture below of him having a blast!).

I moved into Olympus Towncenter Center In Keller, Tx a year ago this month. At that time I was desperate to find an apartment for my daughter and I to call home. I was in a difficult situation as the person I was living with decided out of the blue that we needed to move out. With not much time I began my search! I wanted a place that was safe, quiet, family friendly, pet friendly & of course be in an area with great schools. I stumbled across, Olympus! I called and spoke with Jennifer Bond. She gave me information about the property and sounded like the perfect place! My daughter decided to stop in to take a look. As a single mom I was terrified of what the rent was going to be. Jennifer Bond, search and search for availability along with trying to meet my budget and she found the perfect one! Jennifer Bond went above & beyond helping me that day! I am extremely grateful for all her efforts! I love living here. The staff is incredible. They are very quick to take care of any needs. The property is well-kept. One of my favorite things about living here is the monthly events the staff puts on for the residents! This is always a great way to socialize and get to know your neighbors! The pool is amazing along with the fire pit! Perfect place to sit with family and cozy up to make s mores! I love the inside of my apartment. It s very spacious with a large patio that overlooks the courtyard! The area is near the towncenter, restaurant, parks & walking trails & more! I live the community! I couldn t have prayed for a better place to call home! Thank you Jennifer Bond, Amy Hurdsman, Ryan and all staff! Y all have truly been a blessing!
I moved to Olympus Waterford(Keller, Tx) on 2018 and love this place. The maintenance staff in this property is very helpful. Most of the times they close the service requests on same day. Its very clean apartment. Most liking part for my kids is swimming pool and which is daily activity during summer with BBQ :)
Two years ago we moved into Somerset Park at Union Apartments. We moved from out of state and were totally new to the area. It was the week of Christmas and we only had 2 days to find an apartment and secure it. The staff at Somerset was the nicest of all the places we looked at and so were the apartments. The staff did a great job of making us feel welcomed. They would always ask how we were and seemed genuinely interested. Our first week in the apartment we had no TV, no internet, no furniture, and no microwave. Somerset had a Christmas dinner party for the residents and it was such a blessing to have some good warm food since we had no friends or family in the area. Lastly the Wi-Fi in the office area was also a major blessing as we were scrambling to take care of stuff for our new jobs and everything was needing to be done on the internet. We made it through that hectic time but because of the Somerset staff it went very smoothly. Thank you for a job well done!
Really great place to live, we really have no complaints. Nothing has really bothered us at all since we ve moved in and the same couldn t be said for other places we ve lived.
Overall, The Davis apartments in Fort Worth, TX are nice with exception of so-called stained concrete flooring. Jensina (Assistant Manager), Brittany, and Whitney are very professional in-person and over the phone.
Unfortunately, the stained concrete (actually just painted) floors are in horrible condition. The condition of the floors are unacceptable for a so-called luxury apartment. Kate Skaggs (Leasing Manager), continued to call the horrible condition imperfections in stained concrete, but I know the difference between imperfections and stained (painted) concrete in poor condition. In her defense, Kate did attempt to come see the flooring with her colleague (don't remember his title), they both made excuses, excuses, and more excuses for the condition of the flooring. Not once did Kate apologize for the inconsistencies in the answers I received from her staff prior to move-in or after move-in. Kate Skaggs was nice over the phone but in-person she is condescending and her facial expressions were very unprofessional.
I was given a $200 concession and the option transfer to another apartment but no one could let me know state of the condition of the flooring prior to transfer, so I decided to stay and not waste any more money moving.
If you decide to lease a first floor apartment with stained concrete BEWARE of the horrible concrete flooring.
Olympus should be ashamed of the condition of the stained concrete flooring at The Davis. These floors do not look anything like the stained concrete flooring in the photos on The Davis website or anywhere else. In my opinion the so-called stained concrete floors are covered with several coats of black paint.
I have been living at Olympus in Daybreak for 4 months and I have absolutely loved it! Everyone in the office made the application process so simple and smooth, I got into my apartment 2 days after submitting an application. I had an issue with the water heater at first and let them know about it.. Everyone was willing to help and get it fixed as soon as possible. The community is great and very safe. The grounds are very well kept and the trash valet is amazing. I actually referred my brother and sister in law here, now we are neighbors! Super thankful for the amount of parking because usually the Daybreak community has little to none. THANK YOU Olympus for being home.
Living at an Olympus Property has been a great experience for me. The Sundance Creek Apartments have so many great amenities and the staff is constantly so friendly and accommodating. The office staff is always patient and very helpful, and when I have a maintenance issue it is always fixed in a timely manner. Everyone who works at Sundance Creek is always in a good mood and seems to be genuinely nice. The amenities in the apartment, including the gym and pool, are very nice and always kept clean. I feel like the apartment complex continually works to make things better for its residents as well, by repainting the exterior of the apartment to keep it looking nice and also remodeling the gym. They also have events that occur around once a week where they host parties or offer free food to their residents. They seem to go all out for these events and they are always fun to participate in. I would highly recommend living at an Olympus Property to anyone.
I have enjoyed living at an Olympus property out of Midland, Texas called Sundance Creek Apartments. The front office, especially Lily, has been great and always on top of it since I moved in. Lily made sure everything was set up correctly and my apartment looked top notch on the day I moved in. She even did a walk thru in my apartment before I moved in and it looked spotless when I got there. Maintenance is great as well and handles everything very quickly! For instance, one of my lights went out in the kitchen and it was fixed in about 1 hour. Maintenance and the front office are always on top of it and make sure everything runs smoothly for their residents.
The interior of the apartments are incredibly nice. Open concept, huge rooms, walk in closet, washer/dryer, very functional kitchen with a large island in the middle. There are many windows around the apartment so it brings in a lot of light. It s also very spacious and whenever I have friends over it does not feel crammed due to the open floor concept. It s also a very quiet apartment. I don t hear my neighbors at all.
The amenities are a nice touch to the apartment. My favorite is probably the pool and a work out gym that is open 24 hours everyday. The gym has everything I need and it s no nice to be able to walk 100 feet and have gym equipment available. The pool is huge and even has a cabana area with grills and even a couple TVs. Great for football season . The landscaping is beautiful around the pool and all around the property.
Also, they have trash valet 5 days a week and all you have to do is put your trash outside your door and they will come pick it up that evening. It s one of my favorite features!
Since moving in I have been invited to countless events hosted by the apartment. Although I haven t attended one yet.. I can tell by the pictures that they look very fun and looks like a great time. I definitely need to consider going to one soon.
That being said, I highly recommend living at an Olympus property. I have had a wonderful experience with them so far and very glad I can call this place home.

We moved to an Olympus property, in Frisco, under the most crazy circumstances. My husband and I got a new puppy and living on a second floor apartment was killing us. We needed to move quickly and desperately. Kristen the property manager was so kind and help us get into one of the few units that was down stairs AND had a backyard! ARE YOU KIDDING, our puppy was potty trained within weeks of moving in. This is where it get crazy, a month or so before our move in date we were walking the pup in the area and we met a woman walking a Dalmatian. We got to talking and it turns out WE WERE MOVING INTO HER EXACT APARTMENT. She was getting married and moving in with her husband soon. She asked us over and we were able to see our future home, and let our pups play. We've met up with them a few times since. We're super close to our neighbors now who also moved in b/c of a new pup and we just love our community here! We'll be here for a while!
I have lived at Olympus Hillwood Apts. in Murfreesboro, TN for almost 3 years. As most people do when they are moving from a house to an apartment, I looked at several different apartment communities in Murfreesboro that I hoped would suit my needs. Several apartments complexes had 2 bedroom / 2 bath availabilities, which I was looking for at the time, but Olympus Hillwood stood out among the others. From the time I walked into the offices, I have not ever been disappointed. Erika King was a leasing agent then, she is now the apartment business manager. Erika, as well as the apartment community, made a huge difference for me. She went the extra mile!! The apartment community was clean, had updated amenities & "all the comforts of home". Erika realized that I was having a difficult time going from owning my own home to renting an apartment. She was patient, understanding & has always made herself available to answer any questions or take care of concerns I had then & to this day. I have never been treated as "just a tenant" in our apartment community, but as part of a family. As with anyplace one lives, there will be maintenance issues, etc that will happen, but she & her staff have always been available to do whatever they can to make my experience here a positive one. I would, & have, recommended our community to several of my friends. It is safe, updated & a well respected place to live. I truly appreciate the value that Olympus Hillwood has for me.
I have been a resident for a few years now and I love it, anytime I have an issue they are there to fix it. The office staff is super sweet they know you by name and always speak.The area around the complex is always neat and well taken care of. The office does a lot for the residents with little mixers and such to meet your neighbor. I would recommend this property to anyone looking in the Willowbrook area.#MYOLYMPUSSTORY
I moved into the Anatole on Briarwood Apartments in mid-August and chose an apartment sight unseen because the location was perfect, they had the floor plan available and the move in date was right on schedule with when I needed to move. Moving in was a super easy and from the appliances, to the layout of the floor plan, the new carpet, the amenities, everything was or seemed to be absolutely perfect. That is, until my daughter came to visit. I have her every other weekend and as any good father want to give her everything she wants. Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of housing, I had to downgrade from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom and she was understandably upset. In addition, the apartment I chose was near the gym and while it didn t bother me in the slightest, she claimed it kept her awake at night. So, long story short, the Monday after she returned home I contacted the Property Manager and asked if, the same floor plan should become available would I be able to move. Just my luck there was one becoming available that Saturday and while moving so soon made me cringe, I needed to change units. Now, I had already paid an entire month s rent, deposits, moving expenses, etc. The assistance I was given by the staff and manager was nothing short of miraculous. I couldn t have been more pleased and appreciative when she spent almost the entire day emailing back and forth with me working out the details, what a transfer fee would be, how we would work it out as I had only been in the apartment 12 days, and I am not exaggerating that we must have exchanged 17 emails from the time I called at 10:30 in the morning until the end of that day and that Saturday I moved from one building to another and my daughter was pleasantly surprised and overjoyed that she could now sleep soundly as she told me after the first night in our new apartment. Not only would I recommend Anatole to anyone looking for housing, I will continue to live here as long as I am renting in the Midland Odessa area as the staff and management go above and beyond in all facets of their jobs. Amazing place to call home!
Oasis in the city--Olympus Solaire has been my home for going on 5 years now. It is perfectly located so you can enjoy a weekend shopping, eating, watching a movie, enjoying a drink...all within walking distance of your apartment. The management team goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. Issues are few and far between but resolved very quickly when they do pop up. Community events make your neighbors feel like family. I am glad I have made this my home.
My family loves it here at Elevation Chandler! On the day we signed our lease was Nacho Night; this worked out great to meet our new neighbors and have some food because our furniture/pots and pans had yet to make it. We took full advantage of the amenities included and were able to live relatively comfortable considering our furniture situation, and internet/WiFi was available immediately. My pets also love it here and get treats in the clubhouse. My dog has plenty of grassy areas to choose from and doggy bags and trash cans conveniently placed. We've lived here for almost 2 weeks now and still love it! The location is amazing; we can see the mountains from our balcony and work/daycare is within a 15 minute radius for my husband and me. The staff and maintenance are very welcoming and I've had great conservations with all of them. I've bragged that we live in a resort, because that's how it looks and feels!
I've lived here for about 5 months now and have had such an amazing experience so far! By far the nicest apartment complex I have lived in. Great location right by downtown, easy access to the highways, and the amenities are awesome. Apartments are open concept, huge walk-in closet, very functional kitchen and the common area is beautiful. The leasing office always has fun activities going on and they even have fitness classes included for all residents. Also, love our speakeasy! So glad I chose to live at this property!!
Olympus Hillwood staff has been nothing short of amazing. It was a difficult month before the move-in. To explain in detail, I was renting a house nearby in the Blackman Farm area from a company that, let's just say is a not very trustworthy company due to legal matters. I had 4 roommates at the time, two of the roommates I still live with at Olympus. I got a letter from a lawyer hired by the communities HOA (after only 4 months of living there) stating that all residents in the house were violating the rules of the HOA (which were not told to me when I signed the lease) and that we must vacate the home within 30 days. I was shell shocked and immediately had to take a day off work to go apartment hunting because there were two roommates I knew I would live with and two I would not. I went all over Murfreesboro, and had so many quotes. I was about to give it up and go with a super expensive place until I tried one more place because it was on the way to my soon to be vacated home. It was Olympus. I stopped in and explained my situation to Kira, and she was nothing short of amazing and sympathetic and understanding. We signed papers 3 days later after discussing and showing the apartments to the roommates. Now all I have to say is that I'm much happier with my living situation and how easy it is to do anything I really need to at this complex. And i love how it's gated and easy to talk to the staff. Fans in every room is definitely a plus. This whole experience has been wonderful and it's only because of Olympus' staff. Thank you so much
The staff went over and above to assist me in getting my application approved. They address maintenance problems quickly and correctly. Whenever I have had a maintenance request, it has been resolved in 24 hours or less. I feel safe there and it s conveniently located next to all of my favorite stores. Highly recommend!
