Living at the Mosaic has been quite frankly the best decision I have made! Moving from Chicago last year knowing only coworkers, the Mosaic has allowed me to make great friends in such a short time. Apart from the awesome residents and social hours, the Mosaic has the best infinity pool in downtown Dallas. My original plan was to only lease for a year, but I have just renewed my lease for another year. You could say I really love this place :)

Sadly, I have to update my review for the worse. I was wrong... very wrong.
Update:
I went from loving this place to absolutely hating it very quickly. Renewing my lease was one of my biggest regrets. Elevators have not been working since January, and the property keeps teasing us saying they will be fixed by sending us false expectations via email. They do not hold up to their commitments, and unfortunately do not care about their residents. Zero communication skills and negative Customer Experience skills. Packages get misplaced all the time and no one is held accountable. I had a key release left for a company to enter my unit while I was out of the country and concierge refused to let them in saying there was no key release. The property management does not care about fixing anything or correcting flaws, they do however make sure they get their rent payment on time, and find way to charge/fine residents for anything. If you do not want a constant headache, my recommendation is to lease elsewhere.

I've never felt like I got more value for my money!

I live at the Mosaic Highrise in Downtown Dallas. Prior to moving to the Mosaic, I lived in Uptown Dallas, only one mile away. In Uptown, the prices are over-inflated, and the luxury is not nearly on par with what I've found at the Mosaic. When my apartment complex of 5 years decided to up my rent $400/month in one year, I knew it was time for a change. But instead of going on an exhausting hunt all over town to find the best rates, amenities, etc. I only had to make one visit to the Mosaic and I was SOLD! Matthew Paul was my leasing agent and did an excellent job of showing me the full property and any available units within my parameters. My lease wasn't up for another 2 months but when he showed me my now apartment unit, I fell in LOVE! It has so much space, updated appliances and a truly open and modern feel. I remember walking in and having that feeling of just pure WOW! I never imagined I would be able to afford this kind of luxury, especially with a view, but the Mosaic had it all. I ended up signing my lease to start a month earlier than I needed it because I didn't want to give up my dream unit. And I must say, I couldn't be happier! Downtown Dallas is such a vibrant, eclectic area that often doesn't get the attention it deserves. There are so many fun restaurants/bars within walking distance, and plenty of convenience stores that allow me to walk to everything I need. Everyone in the building is so nice and friendly! Not to mention, the property has tons of community events to allow you to get to know your neighbors. The pool is the absolute best in town with incredible views, a hot tub and projector screens to watch a movie or game on. There's lots of entertainment space inside and out and the gym is HUGE! I never thought I could get all of this for the same price I was paying in my tiny, outdated uptown apartment, but this is the real deal! I will definitely be resigning again when the time comes.

Life in THE RANCH AT SHADOWLAKE has been so awesome. I started living here since October 2016. My daughter and I cannot get enough of the pools,security, playground and the total serenity in this place. It's has more than enough packing space and you don't have to worry about where to pack at night.My friends can't also stop talking about it.It's a very beautiful environment to raise a child because the schools within its school zone are really highly commended.The staff are awesome. They respond to problems faster than the speed of light(lol) . Will and Sofia are just something else. They have the minders touch in prompt response and will see to it that you are as comfortable as ever at the property area. I have recommended many friends who live here presently and will still recommend more. I JUST LOVE MY LIFE HERE AT THE RANCH

This past August I had nowhere to live with my daughter. My ex had kicked me and my daughter out of our house and we had nowhere to go. When I came in to the office of Olympus Town Center in Keller I was really desperate to find a place to live. My daughter was starting her senior year in high school and I just had started a new job. Jennifer Bond is the assistant manager she didn't hesitate to help me! She was more than understanding of my situation. She went above and beyond what she had to do as an officer manager and our leasing agent. She showed me I believe 2 different units, answered all my questions, and got me and my daughter in to our new apartment. Ever since Jennifer has done more for me and my daughter than anyone else has during that time. We are still working on getting the things we need for our new place but I absolutely love my new apartment! I have met different people in the community that have made this transition smooth and the neighbors have been more than welcoming. I intend on living here as long as possible! I can't ask for more than what has been done. I love Olympus Town Center

We recently sold our house and we're a little apprehensive about apartment life. If I would have known how amazing Olympus properties were we would have probably moved sooner. The management team is fantastic and the property is just what we were looking for. I would recommend living at redstone in Gilbert AZ.

I just moved in a month ago the place is really nice the architecture is really beautiful and the community is really nice. The neighbors are nice and quiet. I like that every thing is close to us like Walmart is right next to us and other stores too. All the staff are really nice. I look forward to staying here more.

I've lived in a few apartment complexes and I am very impressed with Cadia Crossing! It is very modern and up to date that I've had friends ask me what resort I am staying at and I get to tell them that its actually where I live! The management is always so kind and ready to help with issues asap and answer questions which I think also makes or breaks a complex. Everyone there definently makes this place great! Overall my family and I love living here!

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Somerset Park at Union Apartments. The staff has been so welcoming. We have had to have things fixed and the maintenance people have also been super kind. Totally would recommend this property.

I never had any problems at this apartment complex (Promande Jersey Village). Everything is so well-kept and neat. It s so quiet and manicured beautifully. If maintenance can t get right to a request the manager always reaches out to let us know they are on it. All in all I would recommend my apartments and the management group.

The leasing staff at Mosaic Apartments have been so immensely friendly and professional. My leasing agent, Jessica, was exceptionally patient and genuinely personable in helping me find the perfect apartment over a period of months. She and the entire staff made the paperwork and move in process seamlessly smooth.

They anticipate questions you'll have and provide incredibly detailed directions or tips before you even have to ask. On the day of move in, the make ready team prepared the unit meticulously. Things like inconspicuous areas of the window or fine crevices of the counter and fridge, for example, were spotless.

During the few months I've been here, the staff remain just as genuinely friendly and professional. The property is constantly receiving attention by staff via common area upgrades and is very well maintained. The staff always keeps you well informed with any anticipated maintenance, events, or general updates.

I have lived here for almost a year & I love it! Property is well managed, always clean, and staff is friendly. No complaints!

I have loved living at an Olympus Property. The team members at my location in Phoenix, Arizona are kind and supportive! They keep clean grounds and bring the community together in a way that none of my other apartments have. They remember me by name and are so incredibly helpful anytime I need anything. I am so glad to live here and they've made Phoenix feel like home!

Imagine coming home to 90 degree temperatures and the only thing you can do to cool down is soak your feet in ice water and take cold showers every 30 minutes. This is what led us to Olympus Corsair. In the scorching heat of this years San Diego summer, my partner and I visited the complex and fell in love. The state of the art amenities feels like we're on continuous vacation! The clean, modern feel of our living space makes it so inviting to come home! I work alot from home & there are endless areas that serve as comfortable work spaces. To top it off, the gym and yoga room are over the top. You want for nothing here! As if that wasn't enough, within walking distance, there are a handful of great restaurants, salon's, and coffee nook. We love living at Olympus Corsair and just expanded our family, adopting 2 furry friends. They gave us their seal of approval too so we're here to stay!

To start out I am a transit from Atlanta, GA and I was transferred for work to Dallas, TX. Exploring apartments online is already a difficult task and can be stressful when unable to see the apartments in person. That leads me to how Shamika (Leasing Agent) and Shalundra (Property Manager) were overly and I mean overly patient with me because I did a lot of calling and had specific needs I wanted met. And to me if anyone can handle those particular traits when it comes to how specific and needy I am I take that to be a great quality.

At move in my apartment was by far one of the top 5 places I have moved into where I didn't feel the need to have to reclean the apartment, kudos to their cleaning crew. The property is well kept and after being here only for a few weeks I still have no complaints and I hardly ever hear my neighbors upstairs or below me. The front office staff goes above and beyond to handle any issues a resident may have and I've always been met with an overly friendly atmosphere in the front office.

If you have any reservations about moving into this property I say lose the reservations because this is by far the best property in the area. Also it is close to the tollway and the Bush turnpike and all of the shops you could think of.

Look forward to seeing you as a future resident!!!

I love Olympus property , I can t imagine the life without to live here , very clean , nice team always try to help with anything, all the time I ask for request to fix something. in the apt and they come very fast you don t need to ask again it s already done , I live in Az and I live here and I love it !! They have gym with New equipment. Pool , jacuzzi always clean feel like a resort .

I ve have lived in several other apartment complexes, but where I am living now under Olympus Property Mangement has be far been the best!

Other apartment complexes put on a great front about how great they are and then problems with the buildings, plumbing, maintenance etc have surfaced soon after moving in. I have lived with Olympus for 3 months now, and have no complaints.

The staff is very friendly and maintenance takes care of requests within the same day. The grounds are kept nice and it is a safe community!

My wife and love living at Sundance Creek apartments in Midland Texas. From the day that we walked into inquire about living here at the apartments, the staff has been courteous, responsive, and understanding. I can tell that they desire to serve the residents. We love the wonderful outdoor pool and the gym as well!

I m a single mother who has lived here going on 3 years, I can honestly say that this has been the best apartment/home experience I ve ever had. I used to drive past this complex and dream about living here because it looked so beautiful from the outside. Now living here the apartment is beautiful, the staff are attentive and caring, as well as the maintenance crew. Any minor issue is always resolved so quickly! These apartments are safe and I ve never had to worry for the safety of my child while living here. The interior of the apartment is beautiful and updated. I have yet to see even 1 insect inside of my house. All in all these apartments are fairly priced, safe, beautiful and you will feel right at home. I have no plans to move out any time soon thankyou PJ V

I have been at Grand Crossing in Katy for 2 years. The Olympus management team has been amazing. They actively engage the community and frequently sponsor events so we can meet our neighbors. The management team is extremely receptive and keeps the community informed of updates. They are very thoughtful and are instituting many positive ideas. I would highly recommend anyone in the Houston area meet with the staff and consider the absolutely stunning property- Olympus at Grand Crossing.

I have lived in Sedona Ranch at Odessa, TX for the past 3 years, since olympus took over, weekly activities for resident and kids, club house 100% stocked, clean pool with working BBQs. Now they are renewing the whole building, and the conpany have been amazong taking all the prevention for the residents. #MYOLYMPUSSTORY

My husband and I have called Olympus at Ross home for a little more than two years. It was the first community we toured when we decided to move in together. We visited multiple complexes, but nothing compared to the amenities and location of Olympus at Ross. The apartments are well designed and there are options for flooring and paint colors. The pool, gym, court yards, and Mingle Room are beautifully designed and great for relaxation or hosting groups. Being so close to Uptown, Downtown, and easy access to the highways is wonderful for our commutes. The management office hosts fun events every month so you can get to know your neighbors. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond and resolve issues.

The community is very pet friendly, but I wish our neighbors were more thoughtful and cleaned up after their pets all the time. The management team does however, do a great job enforcing rules and attending to residents' needs.

My a/c unit went out and they were so helpful in getting it fixed in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are always extremely helpful and very polite. And it s close to the golf course which I love!!

When I moved to the Winberly at Deerwood Jacksonville it truly was a great experience. Matthew and Shayna really gave a new name to leasing agents. They were caring and kind throughout the whole process. It didn t stop there.If there was anything we needed done it was done with no complications. The most memorable experience was when I was needing to relocate for a unexpected job promotion. My best friend and I had only been living there for 5 short months. I didn t know what do to. I had to immediately pack and leave for Atlanta. Matthew and Shanya literally came to our rescue and allowed us to transfer a new roommate in my place. Typical this would be a stressful situation but they worked it out and made it a easy transition.I can never thank them enough for all of their help. If I ever had to relocate back to Jacksonville it would definitely be the Wimberly at Deerwood. The amenities are amazing. They re exactly what they advertise. My favorite one would be the different events they offer to residents. It s a great way to connect with your neighbors and the office staff. It really does give a personal feel to apartment living.I definitely didn t feel like I was just another tenant. Matthew and Shayna knew us by name and that made our apartments feel like home. Thank you guys again so much.

We LOVE our Olympus Property in San Diego! We are a military family and move all the time and this is the first place we've felt at home! The staff is so kind and the amenities are amazing! We can't imagine living without them now! #myolympusstory

My roommates and I have lived at Olympus at Daybreak for 1 year already renewed our lease to stay another year. The property is clean and quiet. There is plenty of room for my dog to play and lots of dog poop stations to pick up after him! Very happy with out decision to stay.

Being from New York, everything is fast paced but when me and my husband was told last minute that we were going to be working on Georgia, we panicked. I did research on apartments and instantly found Odyssey Lake Apartments (owned by Olympus Properties). They welcomed me with open arms, provided such hospitality and gave us the tour of our dreams. We were so amazed and pleased with the service alone that we decided to move there despite other apartments we had on our list. Diane Cohrs was the assistant manager that provided superior service and she along with the rest of the team have made our experience so pleasant. I recommend Odyssey Lake Apartments that are looking for quality and a friendly atmosphere.

So far, no, I do not enjoy living at an Olympus property. Olympus Corsair has been a living nightmare ever since it was taken over last September. Not only did they leave tiny shards of glass on my bathroom floor (thank god I did not enter the bathroom barefoot), the one Saturday I didn't set an alarm and wanted to sleep in until 9am, the deafening fire alarm rings promptly at 5:45am. Out of all days in the week, it had to be a Saturday morning. This would have been helpful the day before when I had to be at work early. Perhaps I would have been grateful if it happened then.

There was no actual fire and it wasn't a drill. My husband stepped out to find a maintenance employee trying to disable the alarm. It appears someone had let it off on accident. Unfortunately, it took nearly 20 minutes to turn the alarm off, but the damage was already done as the whole community was awake, dogs were running around barking on the floor above, and I was too livid to fall back asleep. Even my dog was pissed and stayed in bed and thought it was too early for this.

Although, I did want to highlight my most pleasant experience, which was with Crystal. She was great to talk to at the leasing office when she was in town last month and very patient with our frustrations and helped facilitate our service requests (which one is still pending since 7 weeks ago - not sure what the hold up is here).

I know this is a transition period as they recently acquired the property, so if things turn around once a full-time staff is placed, I might enjoy living here as I do like the amenities and overall location of the community.

This complex has been great to live in thus far. The grounds are clean, the gym and clubhouse is nice. I like that if you're not home, packages can be delivered to a locked room! Kelli and Jen in the office have been so helpful, even before I moved in and had a million questions. At move in, my apt was so clean and fresh it looked like it was brand new so that's big for me/ my preferences.

Living here has been a great experience! The staff were wonderful in making sure I was able to move in from literally one day to the next smoothly and efficiently - Valerie and Destiny you are awesome! This was a huge help due to unforeseen circumstances and not having anywhere to live, I'm very grateful for all of the assistance. The amenities are great! The living area functional, modern and warm. The HUGE island and numerous windows have to be my favorite part of living there! I love cooking and having all of the natural light is so relaxing. It is a quiet, calm, friendly and SAFE community. I wish I'd known about it sooner! I would definitely recommend living here for anyone who is looking. You won't regret it!

There were so many options when I moved to the downtown area in Dallas. Every day I know I made the best decision. The area is becoming increasingly walkable, the amenities are irreplaceable. For example, the 24 hour gym is my favorite amenity. I am always doing research or reading. Availability of a the 24 hour gym has drastically affected my health in a positive way and ability to read text for hours on end. The staff is very kind and always helpful. I have been at the office door at 6:01 and they still let me in to receive a package. It was not this way in my last apartment. I appreciate the front staff as much, if not more, as I apprecate our maintenance staff. Angel in particular, always greets the residents with a smile. It helps to see a smile before fighting the Dallas traffic during my morning commute.

I could go on and on but I truly do enjoy iving here.

Moving all the way from Hawaii to Chandler, Arizona was a life changing decision. Finding a new place to call home was nerve racking.. that is until I found the Olympus Steelyard! My leasing agent, Becky, made everything so smooth and easy that the biggest part of my move was actually the easiest part. From the amenities to the staff, I ve never lived somewhere that I felt more at home. Even my dog gets biscuits when he makes an appearance at the office. I look forward to getting home each day!

We moved to the property in May 2019. The Customer Service Experience at the time was phenomenal. We were welcomed even as we arrived with no invitation (We drove past, but turned around and came back and figured we would just go in to see if it would be our new home). Christian, the CSR, went above and beyond! He patiently asnwered all our questions, gave us a tour of a couple of units with different square footage. We made a decision within 24 hours that we wanted to apply to become residents. Christian rocked it! He really worked hard to get our application through and in no time we were approved to move on property and would make the move in a month's time.

Management and Maintenance Crew are aweome. They have worked closely with us with an issue we had over several weeks. We were impressed with their heartfelt concern to alleviate the issue. And, in time and with their great Maintenance Team, the issue has been resolved.

Our experience with this apartment property has us wanting to remain on property for our future. We love the quietness and friendliness of our neighbors. We go to the property dog park regularly and our dogs love it with plenty of room to strech or run after a ball. They especially love laying in the cool grass.

Finally, the grounds have gorgeous landscaping with updated flowers rich greenery with mowings with complete trimming and leaf/grass blowings to keep the place tidy. The courtesy trash pickup is a resident's dream come true too! And close proximity to Wally World (WalMart), plenty of eateries, and my all-time favoite, two coffee bars where I study and work. All in all, we highly recommend this property to anyone in the Hamilton County and Bradley County areas looking for a great place to call home.

Kudos to the team at Olympus Team Ranch in Benbrook, TX! I've had the pleasure of living at Team Ranch for the past three years. Management has consistently been responsive to requests and genuinely cares about their residents' experience. I like seeing that the company invests in the property to make improvements. They also create opportunities for residents to engage in fun events such as the recent Halloween celebration or surprise breakfast burritos. While I don't have a dog, I do enjoy interacting with them in this dog-friendly community.
One of the best features of Team Ranch isn't actually a feature at all - it's the people! Neighbors watch out for one another. It's a friendly community, and I personally have made lasting friendships. Despite its location near I-20, there is not a lot of extraneous noise. Quiet with the convenience.

The Legends at White Oak (Ooltewah, TN) has the best amenity in the world, their STAFF! As many apartment communities that I have lived in, this Olympus Property is the BEST...BAR NONE. The first day I moved in I was almost finished moving my big furniture in when I pulled a back muscle. The Manager herself happened to be walking by and offered to help and summoned a maintenance worker to assist. I was very moved by this and have had a great rapport with the entire staff ever since I have lived here (over a year now). Every month they have something going on within the complex or special deals with local restaurants and businesses to give something back to their tenants. Their commitment to service, the community, and selfless acts like this is why I am still living here. This location is absolutely perfect, 10 miles to Chattanooga, and there is a tremendous amount of activities and sites-to-see in this area. I recommend this apartment complex to any and everyone. Outstanding place to live!

#MYOLYMPUSSTORY Good Evening! I live at an Olympus Property, Union at Carrollton Square My Names Is James Baker! I absolutely love living here. First i want to start out by saying that when I was looking for a place to call home we ran across this property i drove all the way from Arlington/Ft Worth to take a tour, we came and looked at a few different floor plans with Harvey who was working at the property at the time at the end of the tour he gave me a print out of all the different prices and I was sad because i really loved this place and I didn't think I was able to afford living here at the time and i explained that to Harvey and he said this is what ill do if something opens up in your price range I will call and let you know, I said ok. after that i went looking at a few different other places and nothing compared to this property and my needs! Well as Harvey promised he called back with great news and said something came available! Yay! Well that day I did all my paperwork and paid everything i needed to pay to get this apartment home! within a hour or two Harvey called back and said everything was approved! i was so happy because i really wanted to live here! I Love the fact it has a 24 hour gym thats convenient with my crazy work schedule and hours, also that it has two pools to enjoy with a awesome and clean areas and grills to use in the summer! I also love the fact that its a safe place to live, the control access into and out the building, love the resident parking pass the security gate for residents only! I also want to express how clean the whole property stays due to the great staff here on the property! the staff re very friendly and nice and professional they know us by name here they all are always smiling and always speak when passing by! The office staff also is great! any problems i may have they have handled them in a quick and timely matter! maintenance request have always been handled that day I've put them in, the maintenance staff are great and work fast which i like because i never have to worry about taking off from work or moving plans because i know they will actually get the work done with or without me being home! Ive never trusted anyone in my home while I'm gone but i can say i trust these guys and never had a problem they make us feel very safe and i feel safe and its an important factor for me! I also love how the office staff communicates with us about everything that maybe going on! which is important to know because like i said I'm always gone from home being that Im a flight attendant and I work crazy hours I'm always in the loop of whats going on and whats taking place! I also love the community events that are held for us! It shows that you guys care about the people who live at the properties. Its like a Family! its nice to have morning breakfast and summer pool parties with the community! this is what made me want to live here! everything I've talked about as far as the community was offered and talked about during the tour and it is in fact true! I've lived here two years now and i don't see myself going to another apartment home! this is the best I've experienced in a very long time, I have and will continue to recommend any Olympus Property because I know if one community is being ran TREMENDOUSLY I know all the others are ran just the same!! I'm also excited for the up coming changes that are being made here! The New Phase Being built and i get to watch the process and progress everyday from the ground up!! I'm also happy that we are now able to rent the club house! i love hosting family and friends game night at my house and now the club house is open for rent! How awesome is that! I Just LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this community!! Thanks for letting me share my story!!

I changed my apartment number two times before starting living here. The staff always made it an easy, online accessible process, answering all my questions, since that moment I knew that I was in good and professional hands. Every time I need something done in my apartment they make it a priority. The Olympus provides amazing amenities, surrounded by a wonderful community.

I have lived at The Olympus Sierra Pines for almost 3 years now. I actually had lived here before Olympus had taken over management, although I had a pleasant time with the former management I have noticed obvious and significant positive changes since Olympus has taken over. First, Olympus had almost immediately putting changes in place such as updating appliances and amenities. The new equipment in the Fitness Room is SO amazing and the added cabanas to the pool area are very exciting and look amazing even though I haven't been able to use them yet! Staff is very polite and always attentive towards concerns and questions (even making sure to take care of any concerns after their office hours have closed). Terrie and Abel have been extremely helpful when I have had any questions and were attentive to my concerns. I would definitely recommend Olympus Sierra Pines to anyone interested in an apartment in The Woodlands.

When we first moved in to the Vive complex in Chandler, AZ, it was owned by PB Bell Properties & was sold to Olympus shortly thereafter. Since the switch to Olympus, we have noticed some fabulous changes! ANY time we have needed anything from the office, the girls down there are always so nice & very helpful. We also get greeted on a daily basis by the friendly maintenance crew while we walk our dogs. Super clean, well-kept outdoor areas & modern amenities! We love the pool, gym & regular get togethers this complex does with its residents! Although the walls are a little thin, (but hey...that s apartment living!) we have really enjoyed our time here at Vive!! So thank you, Olympus for being a wonderful property management team!

I live at Sedona ranch in Odessa and this property has been a delight to live in, management is kind, prompt, and professional. I guess that explains why I ve rented from Olympus for almost two years now!

My name is Chris and I live in the Olympus Boulevard Frisco location. This is my first experience living in an apartment and it has been wonderful from the office staff, location, service staff, and overall apartment.

When I first moved in to the apartment, I was pleased with the service of the office staff. They were always courteous and somehow were able to remember everyone s name that lived in the apartment. It made me feel like I was welcomed here and not just another tenant paying rent. I feel like they have always been accommodating and going the extra mile to make sure everyone feels at home. I enjoy the gatherings they put together and it has helped me meet some of the neighbors.

The location of the apartment is wonderful. It is conveniently located near entertainment and restaurants (i.e. movies, soccer stadium, food truck yard, etc.) within walking distance. This is a great plus as my son and I are able to hang out without having to always get in a car. I don t know who likes it more him or I.

The service crew has been great so far. Anytime I have submitted a request, they have always been there to fix or at least see about the request within 24-48 hours. Its such a peace of mind knowing that I can put in a request that morning and typically by the time I get home it has been taking care of. I have seen them around the building and they are always busy, but they have never been too busy to talk or discuss any issue I brought to them.

The apartment is very nice. The layout and overall upkeep of the apartment is exquisite. Landscaping is always maintained and gives a clean nice look appearance. The finishes in the apartment gives it a modern look. I found that the size of the apartment is spacious and price of the apartment is reasonable.

I m very happy to call this place home and that this was my first experience living in an apartment.

I have been a resident of Olympus Woodbridge (Sachse) for almost a year, and whilst there have been a rollercoaster of events occuring in my life during this time, Olympus have provided a consistently calm, warm, and high-quality living experience.

There were many features which appealed greatly to moving to this complex. The large swimming pool, grills and hammocks, created a fantastic outdoor region to both enjoy and relax; as did the fitness suite and office area - with pool table, complimentary coffee machine (excellent range of drinks available), and large tv screens making the facility a very inviting place before even seeing the apartments.

The one bed/one-bath apartment, overlooking the pool area was just what I was seeking. High ceilings on the top floor, with a terrific wood floor finish and granite counter tops, made the decision a simple one and I was signed up within an hour with the help of knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Two weeks into a smooth move and the beginning of a happy life at Olympus, I had to return to England for 5 months to care for my sick-father who was to undergo a major heart surgery. Leaving my new apartment and furniture to collect dust over the Christmas and Spring period.

Fortunately, after successful surgery and recovery and wonderful support, I was able to return to Olympus Woodbridge. The weather was hot, the social events were fun and aplenty and I was quickly reminded as to why I was so happy I moved here in the first place. My girlfriend often accompanied me to social events at the complex, and enjoyed the use of its facilities sporadically. She was treated wonderfully well, by both staff and fellow residents, and combined with the inviting and warm living environment, we made the decision to move-in together.

Where else though than Olympus Woodbridge, Sachse?

The four-bedroom townhomes offered a perfect solution to entwining our lives and bringing children into a safe, friendly environment. The double car garage, high ceilings, large balconies, open living space, modern features and spacious storage areas ensured bringing two families together was a breeze. Transferring from one unit to another was simple, and we could not be happier.

We love the townhouse; we love the comfort and safety of the whole complex; we enjoy our neighbors, and although we thoroughly enjoyed the summer amenities this year, we also look forward to spending Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year inside our Olympus HOME.

Living at Vive Luxury Apartments by Olympus Property has been nothing short of luxurious. I happened to stumble upon Vive Apartments while I was looking for a new apartment FAST. My roommate had bailed on our lease and I had about a week to find somewhere new. Everyone in the leasing office was so helpful and made the process ten times easier on me. They answered all of my questions and made the moving process a breeze. I will likely renew my lease here at Vive because everything about the community and the apartment is nothing short of perfect!

My husband and I have lived at Olympus at Ross since Sept 2018 and before that we lived at Mosaic Dallas for 2 years (we transferred to the other property to stay within the Olympus family). Both places have been a great place to live. Any issues that we may have encountered have been taken care of. The views from the Mosaic are absolutely beautiful. The staff has made it a joy to live at both places. Valerie at Olympus at Ross was a big help from the very beginning. She has been attentive and has helped me along the way with any questions or concerns that I've had. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I definitely miss Garret from the Mosaic property. He was always so helpful and easy to talk to. Anytime I had a question, all I had to do is email him and he quickly helped out.

Best place to live by far. Been here for 3 years and they always take care of any issues that I have. The staff is also SUPER friendly!

My family and I are currently living at one of the properties under Olympus properties in FL. When I found out about new management took over a couple few months, I admit that I was so nervous about what will happens if I ever request any work maintenances and will they come and fix it immediately? Will they listen to me if I have any concerns? Are they good? Will they make sure to keep the gates closed at nights? Will they keep the community pool clean? To my surprise, they did so much more than I expected! I m very impressed with them. They re super friendly and nice. I asked to get something fixed and they came and fixed it right away. They keeps the community very clean and beautiful. I m a deaf person and they are always willing to listen and willing to help any way they can! I am very comfortable. My children LOVES them and maintenance workers as well too! I want to say THANK YOU SO MUH Olympus Properties for taking everything seriously! We appreciate you all very much!

The apartment complex we live in is of modern style with plenty of windows, it is very bright thanks to a combination of light tone for the flooring and walls. We also have a nice view on the artificial lake and it is very green around.

We feel like on a holiday resort here! It is widely spread out with multiple low profile buildings of 3 stories each. It is a pleasure to walk the trails in and around the complex with our dog. There are multiple dog stations with doggy bag dispensers, so no excuse not to pick up after your furry friend.
The amenities include a beautiful salt water swimming pool, not very deep which is perfect for kids or for adults to chill out. There are two grills with fridges and ice machines at the pool area, and two others a little further near the fire pit.
Maintenance of the pool as well as landscaping is done regularly.
The fitness room is open day and night and is well above average. The essential weight and cardio machines are there, as well as a full set of dumbbells. You can also play some video fitness classes in an isolated "yoga" room.
There is also a tanning bed, pool table, as well as other fun things around.
Oh, and a fenced dog park with bathing area right next to the mailboxes, perfect to let you friend enjoy his time while you check on mails.

The management has changed recently and the staff is very pleasant, smiling, and will know you by your name .You can easily submit maintenance requests on the resident portal and these are processed promptly. They also regularly organize some events, to gather the community around food and beverages.

All in all, the overall living experience here is well above average, highly recommended!

Nothing bad to say about living here at Cactus 42! Neighbors and staff are both very friendly. The best part is the yoga studio which is always open and and free to use!

I am very touched with these apartments, Because my son born here and now he will be three years old in December, And these three years we have so many memoriable moments that we play , walk here in this property and the management here are so so nice, and very secured property, last but not least friendly neighborhood.

I love living here! Carrollton is the most charming & friendly town to live in. I love the location. We're in walking distance to the Carrollton square with shops, restaurants, and coffee. We're also steps away from the DART with direct access to Dallas/Deep Ellum.

Living at Olympus has been such a dream. My apartment is perfect with all new appliances, walk in closet, big kitchen island, and bright lighting in every room. I have the city apartment feel without the city apartment price. I have access to the gym, mail room, & valet trash. The girls at the front desk have always been transparent and helpful with any questions i've had.

I really enjoy the activities thrown by Olympus. Holiday contests, birthday parties, & pool side movie nights have been my favorite.

I love living here and can't recommend it enough!

I cannot decide what my single favorite thing about Somerset Park at Union Apartments is... I've lived at this Olympus Property for almost 2 years. What attracted me initially was the way they stood out online compared to the other apartments in my budget (i was looking for something in the 700-800/mo price range). I was very pleasantly surprised when I showed up for my appointment! First property I've ever been to that was better in person than on the internet. Wow. (HUGE THANKS to HEIDI and TYLER, by the way, whose hospitality, helpful attitude and expertise are unmatched!) Instantly fell in love with the modern floorplan, extra spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom, updated flooring, and kitchen bar counter. The whole property displays pride in community... Even the Finishing touches on the outside of my building like the trim around the windows, beautiful red front door, and clean sidewalks... Its the warmest, homiest apartment I've ever had. My neighbors are great, the maintenance service people are unbelievably good, (can't say enough about the management), and I've made a lot of friends hanging out at the pool and hot tub after work several times a week :) I love this place and I'd recommend it to anybody!! My family moved from Minnesota to Texas and I found the online process to be awesome. I was able to see a tour of the property and speak with wonderful property managers who answered all of my questions. The maintenance workers are also amazing. When we decided to move to Albuquerque, New Mexico, we were concerned about where to live. As we had any idea about this place, we came here personally, all the way from Memphis, to see apartments. In Albuquerque most apartments have washer/dryer facility inside the apartment itself. But we owned a fairly new one. Most of the apartments we saw were not willing to accommodate our washer/ dryer and those who were willing turned out to be very expensive ones. At last we came across Presidio at Northeast Heights.Ta-da ... even though they had washer/dryers they were ready to make necessary arrangements to accommodate our washer/dryer. And rent, the best rates we could think of. We were so happy that we finally got a very nice looking apartment. Now we just completed our first year here, and my son enjoyed a lovely Easter egg hunt and Halloween trick or treating.( it was pretty safe and easy as the apartment staff gave us all door hangers to show whether you encourage trick or treaters or not)We renewed our lease as we are so happy to live in a very good community with wonderful staff, great schools,neighbors and the grand view of the mighty Sandia mountains. Life is really beautiful in this Olympus property in Albuquerque,New Mexico.

They excel in everything from tenant approval to maintenance oversight. The front office Olympus property management team possess in depth experience of all aspects of day-to-day operations, of managing this residential property and under the new property management since they've taken over , I've seen the property value increase. A definite change that needs to be complemented.

I just moved to Olympus Las Colinas 2 months ago and I am already blown away in so man ways! The Property Manager, KyRen, knows my fiance and I AND our dogs by name! Moving from an apartment with little to no management involvement to Olympus has been a night and day difference. We are so thankful for the staff at Olympus Las Colinas for making our apartment living experience so enjoyable.

I toured Olympus with Brittney and LOVED the floor plans we saw. The location is super close to good food and who doesn t a Target within walking distance. . The residents we met while walking around were very friendly. Can t wait to pick a plan and have friends over for dinner!

I live @The Davis and I absolutely love my apartment. I've never had any issues with neighbors or the office staff, so I've decided to renew and move to a larger apartment. There's always little events hosted byb the office including Happy Hour! I also referred my sorority sister and she moved into a gorgeous 3bdrm this summer. Last thing, I can't say how much I love Dupree, he's patient, friendly and just a joy to be around, he leased my first apartment, my referral, and now my second apartment!

I live at Olympus Corsair in San Diego, CA. The property is gorgeous, and the amenities are incredible (A 24/7 business center, An XL hot tub, and a beautiful gym!) The countertops are great quality, and the kitchen appliances are amazing (loving the gas stove!). The property was recently bought and changed ownership, and the new owners seem to care a great deal about the property, along with the residents. The property is rather new, and the manager seems to also really care about her residents. I look forward to experiencing more time with Olympus. Overall great property, and very nice maintenance staff. I am glad to have chosen Olympus!

I am currently living in The Davis Apartments in Fort Worth, TX & I am LOVING IT!
My husband & I JUST got married & we were on the search for our perfect first apartment together a couple of months ago, but we were so sad that they didn t have modern style apartments in Fort Worth that was in our budget.
But we saw that The Davis Apartments had gone down on pricing & we immediately drove from Houston to Dallas & then back home in one day JUST to see The Davis & it was so worth it! Dupree was the person that helped us with the move-in info & everything was so easy, welcoming, & gorgeous!
Our favorite amenities are definitely our A2 granite counters, they are sooooo pretty & the color scheme on the apartments are so home-y & amazing! I LOVE the modern style it has!
We love that our apartments have events like brunches/movie days, etc. The GYM is a dreaaam, the newest gym equipment you can have & you get the view of the pool!

I moved into the Olympus Property in Little Rock over a year ago. The customer service is great. The staff is personable and friendly. My experience living at the property was an awesome experience. My son and I are thankful for the opportunity to live in such a great place.

I LOVE my community! When I was looking to move into an apartment community, it was important for me to not just find a great location, but wonderful amenities! I love the layout and finishes of my apartment, and I'm situated directly in front of the green belt / park, which I chose specifically for the convenience of my dog. I quickly got to know so many other fellow residents, especially those with dogs, and we tend to gather in the evenings and share stories, let our dogs play, and enjoy the beautiful, resort-style swimming pool, too! It's such a comfortable and safe environment here, and the transition from living in a home to an apartment has been an easy adjustment due to the wonderful community as a whole! I also enjoy the fun gatherings and events that the Property Management team puts together for us. Thank you to all who make this a great place to live!

I have lived at Olympus Woodbridge for over 2 years just moved from a 1 bedroom to a townhome and I absolutely love it. Love the area and the management team. Anyone you encounter in the office are always very helpful. We worked with Sheila and she has always gone above and beyond to help us in whatever we have needed and the maintenance team is always prompt and courteous when we have needed minor issues fixed. (Light bulb out, smoke detector battery replaced) etc. I do strongly recommend living here, there is not another property like it in Sachse. It is apartment living at its best!

As a resident of my apartment complex, Olympus Property at Grand Crossing, for three years, I have seen many turnovers of management, and I'd like to express my happiness with the management that Olympus Property has provided! Although Olympus Property is relatively new to our complex, the staff is courteous, efficient, and helpful! They uphold policies that protect the residents and have the safety and security of the residents as their most important concern. Prior to Olympus Property managing the complex, I was planning to leave my apartment; however, with their management, I actually re-signed my lease and have not regretted it! Within their first months, Olympus renovated the exterior of the complex, improved security measures around the property, and created a variety of clubhouse activities to get residents involved in the community! Olympus Property definitely has the residents as their first and foremost priority!

I have been a resident of Olympus Auburn Lakes since April. During the summer while enjoying the pool, I lost a personal necklace with religious medallions belonging to my deceased parents. The monetary value of this was not significant- the true treasure of this was that it was a lasting memory of my parents. . A resident at Olympus located the necklace and the office team immediately knew who it belonged to. I went through several heart wrenching days having lost this. Having it returned was one of the greatest blessings in my life. I can't express enough gratitude to the entire team of Olympus for this and the many other things that they have done to make me proud to call this my home.

I can say I love the fact the apartments layout has attached garage its very convenient and I have noticed they have events for the community to get to know each other better..

I've just recently moved into the Sandshell at Fossil Creek apartments and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! The staff is so helpful and friendly and it does not change; from the moment you walk in to view a floor plan, sign your lease, and even once you're a resident the level of hospitality does not change. They have valet trash pick up 5 times a week, which is super helpful if you have kiddos! Also, every week, every month there is Wine Wednesday at the office of the complex so you can get to know your neighbors and staff even more! The apartments are quiet and ensured safe with a gated community, they're clean, and very spacious. The complex gave us three complimentary accent walls that they painted for us before we moved in, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hard wood floors! I get compliments on my home anytime visitors come over. I love this complex and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment that they can be proud to call home.

Oh how I love Olympus Fenwick. My sister and her husband were living in Olympus 3 years ago. I was living somewhere else and was kind of jealous how updated and modern their apartment looked. I would always go to the rent office where I lived and complain how the property was outdated and need to be renovated. I couldn't wait until my lease was up to move in Olympus Fenwick. And that I did!!! I love everything about my apartment and how spacious and modern it is. I have a two bedroom and my apartment feels like a single home its so spacious. I love it so much I would brag to my brother and cousin about it and now they are living out there in their own apartment. Now we all are neighbors. I couldn't have picked any other place that would top Olympus Fenwick. Also I love that Olympus care about their residents safety by having cameras around the property. It is in a convenient neighborhood right across from pharmacies, gas station , restaurants, grocery store or even my cell phone provider not to mention a ups store. I love that I don't have to go far on weekends to get things done. And the fact that I am across the street from a nail place is awesome. I also love how they have different parks set up for the kids and they even have two pools. Nothing is too much when it comes to Olympus Fenwick, I highly recommend this property to anyone. I love living at the Walden! The people at the office are always eager to help and very friendly. The maintence team is always quick to respond and get things completed on the property, and always happy to see me when I pass by them on the property. The property is always being updated and cleaned up and I love the availability in parking here as well as the beautiful pool during the hot days in GA. Definitely affordable for such a nice, well working place!

Oh my where do I begin?! Olympus at daybreak as been thee best apartment complex to work with! While I was still active duty military and living across the country, they made the paperwork process so easy and simple! They also sent my wife and I amazing pictures to show us what we were moving into! I also greatly appreciate how Olympus doesn't hit you with hidden fees like my last apartment complex did! (over $800 worth). Upon arrival and walking through my new apartment my wife and I knew we made an amazing choice! From the spacious rooms to the outstanding walk in closets it was a total upgrade from my last apartment but way less expensive! The staff are always so helpful and are willing to talk with you to make sure your questions are answered and you are comfortable with your lease. The amenities here are some of the best I have ever seen! from the amazing swimming pool and hot tub, to the fantastic computer room (which I use quite frequently). They also have a game room with a phenomenal pool table if anyone wants to play. over all Olympus has been absolutely fantastic and I plan on staying here for a long time!

I love living at Olympus Carrington! We ve been here for two years and the experience of living here has been nothing but amazing. The amenities are so great and the staff are so helpful and kind in helping with any questions. Willie is the sweetest guy in the world and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything around the property is running smoothly. He always has a smile that can make your day and he even offers to do things like taking my trash for me. Overall it has been a 10/10 living at this complex!

I was looking for my first apartment in June, and Kristen helped me find the perfect space for my budget! As a newbie apartment renter, I was nervous about safety and bad service, and I was relieved to feel so safe and at home right after moving in. I have made 4 service requests since I moved in, and they have ALL been fixed so promptly. The first request was for the door lock, and I assumed it was fixed quickly because that was a more urgent need. But after that, I made lightbulb requests and needed a panel from my blinds fixed, and they resolved all of them in 2-5 hours! Seriously, nobody I know has had service like that at other places. The office staff is so friendly and actually cares about the residents too. This place has exceeded my expectations!

My OlympusStory First Day I came to look at Olympus luxury apartment at Olympus at fenwick in Savannah,I was very impress with how nice and Beautiful my apartment was,instantly I told the employee that I want the exact apartment I m on now and my wish was full,I got it apartment the same day in less than 30 minutes,every since I been here I m happy and love the view on the third floor,I go running at around the two small lakes and unwind around the pool with a couple friends on the weekend.

We have move-in recently to Olympus and we are so excite and happy about this community.

I have lived at Sycamore Farms for a year and a half and I absolutely love living here. I have never had any problems with the staff and they are always really fast on getting things fixed if there is a problem. It has always been a quiet community for my dog and I. I recommend anyone that is interested in that to live here.

I am living in westchase forest apartment in Houston, TX for more than 5 years now.. I dealt with many management came to this property but I never seen management like what we have right now.. Horrible customer service, very lazy to get the work done.. I am having an AC problem, it wont turned off and running for a week right now and still struggling with is till this moment. My wife went to talk to them about the problem, they tried to kick her out from the office and threated her to call the police, she said do it and I will take them to the apartment and let them judge.. I hope this review will reach out to the corporate, may be they can help us.

I have lived at Olympus Hillwood a little over a year now and I love it here. The office staff is always so welcoming and are always having special events and socials for residents to interact. My children love going to the playground here at the complex which is always very well kept. The maintenance staff answers all concerns very quickly , and the property itself is very well kept and safe. I have never had any problems with parking close to my bldg which was a huge concern for me moving to an apt.

Don t be fooled by the good reviews! Current residents are entered to win a $1000 gift card for sharing why they love Olympus on here and facebook! Poor management. This week, raw sewage was outside my door for 3 days. When local staff couldn t help, I called Olympus and the regional manager was supposed to call me back days ago and never did! Only live here if you re cool with wading through raw sewage to get to your front door and then being told you just have to live with it.

The best apartment ever. First of all, there no bugs or roaches which is a big big deal for me.

It is a five star apartment & it's a gated community which is also a top notch for me.

There is enough packing space even if u have 3/4 cars. The house is spaceous with enough storage area & cabinets for a large family. It has washer & drier as well as microwave.

Staff at the leasing office are so courteous & helpful. Maintenance is swift at handling any problem within the apartment, no matter what time u report it.

I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a good place to live. Rent is also reasonable.

I chose to sell my house after 45 years of living there and toured four complexes in the Ooltewah area starting with the Legends and then returning to the Legends to begin my application. There is no comparison to the environment in the office from my first visit until now with the other competitors. I felt so welcome and at 'home' even before I made my final decision to move there. I have enlarged my social life with quality people and made some wonderful new friends. I was hesitant about leaving my home and making such a drastic move but I have not had one moment of regret since moving in and truly love my apartment, the amenities, and services when needed. My life has been upgraded by moving here, I share my homemade meals with others, walk my elderly neighbor's dog when needed and I'm proud to call the Legends my home.
I would recommend anyone doing what I have done, making a drastic lifestyle change and moving to a five star property in my own home town.

Going on my 5th year at Cactus 42! Wouldn't even think about going anywhere else here in Phoenix. As nice as the amenities are and the property as a whole is, it's the people that make it special. From Tara in the leasing office helping me negotiate a lease renewal when I needed her attention and understanding the most, to the incredible friendly and attentive maintenance staff...I've never had to wait more than 12 hours for any one of my service issues to be resolved! Total piece of mind!

Choosing Olympus Property Community was the best decision we have ever made in our life's. The word "Love" doesn't do justice. Our story is just beginning thanks to Olympus. We moved here less than 30 days ago from Murrieta California, we couldn't be happier and more impressed. You think you have goals and dreams, until this place opens your mind that much more. To see how involved Olympus is with their residents, they don't just make us feel like a number, they actually care to make us feel at home. Every month they provide a cook off depending the theme for the community to get together, share, relax and enjoy some good food and time. The main office provides food and beverages out of there own time and kind hearts, with a scheduled time and date, isn't that just so awesome? Not only do all the amenities they provide is such a luxury, comfortable, and beautiful scenery, I truthfully have never felt so safe sleeping at night in my entire life. Hands down. And the apartments are just gorgeous and you can't go wrong with these prices, you really can not for what you get! Once you step foot, you will see what I am talking about. Everything else is just a bonus. The girls at the front desk to the security guards and even the amazon and fed ex couriers, I am just blown away by how generous and so easy to get along with it just makes you feel at home. Since the day we moved in, Natasha Sylvia assured us that we would be accommodated for everything that the pervious owner offered to us when picking our lease. As we found out Olympics bought out the management we were scared at first, because of all the work we put into to get were we wanted to be, Natasha kindly had patience with us as we were scattered by this new change, but she didn't get discouraged to assure us that we would be just as happy if we stayed. Bless her heart as we were stand off ish, in an understanding situation she continued to walk us through and be there for us with our needs. The security guard Burno, has to be the funniest guy. You know you lucked out when you have a security guard who walks the community all night long , but can still crack jokes and shows how much he loves his job. We haven't had one single problem or complaint. They have catered to us, provided assistance right away, always saying hello, keeping organized and everything is so clean and new! We are looking to move into our first house within a year, and because of Olympus Property's here at Redstone in Gilbert, they may have just changed our minds to staying with them forever. It was a start to our journey, but until we found out they make this journey have that much more sparkle, we realized we made the right choice and would never trade for anything else. Now our friends want to move here with us. And to top it off, they take your trash out for you! we can't thank Olympus Properties enough for creating such a positive impact starting this new chapter for us, you have shown us how to live life the right way. I moved into Sandshell Apartments in Fort Worth earlier this year after selling my home, after 17 years living there. It was a big move, one I really looked forward to, but needed to find just the right apartment. I had another one picked out, but after seeing the actual apartment I was to move into, it just wasn't right. I had to scramble at the last minute to find one, and I almost overlooked Sandshell, as it was an older complex. But I took a shot and went in one day, found the office staff to be the most friendly I had encountered in my search, and the model apartment was the nicest and best decorated as well. My actual apartment doesn't even feel like an apartment, but more like a cottage. The complex is very well taken care of, with mature trees and plants, the staff is friendly and responsive to any needs I may have, and they have occasional activities that are interesting and fun to participate in. This was the perfect apartment and complex for me, and I see people of all ages living here. It is pet friendly, even though I don't have a pet. I love it here!

My favorite apartment complex I've lived at so far! The apartments are modern and have several amenities. The maintenance staff is extremely hardworking and ensures that your place is running properly in a short amount of time. The property is well kept and entails outside activities such as walking path, a lake, two pools, a garden, dog park, workout equipment, bbq areas, etc. The gym is awesome! There is also a yoga studio and crossfit center. The location of the property is great because you are close to a lot of restaurants, school, and shopping areas, but also can enjoy privacy! The office staff has improved since I moved in and they host multiple resident functions throughout each month to build a sense of community. This place truly feels like a home!

I am irrevocably in love with the wimberly at deerwood, an olympus property. Its not just any rental community for me, its my HOME now. Initially i moved in for six months and extended my stay for another year and i don't think i will ever move from here. Apart from all the wonderful amenities and activities like pool, gym, hot tub, valet trash, Zumba classes, movie nights, happy hours etc....The property managers, maintenance people, neighbors everyone together make it a wonderful place to live.The managers actually take care of you. Any fixes or replacements are taken care of within an hour. I really enjoy staying here in the Olympus property.

I ve lived here for 7 months now and I am so happy with my decision to move here. The management team made it easy for me to apply and select a unit when I was unable to drive to Dallas. The maintenance team works diligently to make repairs within 24 hours. & the parking garage and door fobs make me feel very safe.

We moved into Olympus at Ross in August, and hadn t been able to find a home after searching for months. Our current lease was up, and when we walked in to this complex Tatyana made us feel like we were home. We got lucky, finally found an apartment WITH A YARD for the dog and signed our lease within 48 hours of visiting. We have a spacious 2/2, and I love coming home every day.

If home is where the heart is, then where do YOU call home? July 2017 - I had no idea when I moved to Houston with my elderly mom and 2 teenage children, how important my decision would be on selecting the perfect place to call home - The Promenade at Jersey Village.

Was it Miss Jessica- the amazing leasing agent at the apartment that answered my every question promptly and catered to my needs of moving in? Or was it the towering canopy of trees that sprawled across the well manicured grounds? Maybe it was the 5 ice blue sparkling swimming pools that called my kids to splash in every afternoon. I could go on and on. It was picturesque- but all of that summer fun soon would come to a screeching halt.

Enter Harvey. August 25-29, 2017, Houston, Texas.

Never before had I been a part of anything so catastrophic. Harvey was coming and it was going to be a relentless storm. The entire community was bearing down as the dark clouds crept closer and closer to Houston. Everyone s family were preparing for their own wellbeing, yet the staff at Promenade made sure to prepare its own residents and property to finalize preparations for what was about to become Houston's biggest natural disaster. Neighbors united and came together to share information that would be pivotal for storm survival- where to park, and what to do if we lost power or water.

Immediately after the storm, the staff at The Promenade campaigned for supplies that were needed for thousands of Harvey refugees that sought shelter in local churches and schools. In, fact, remember Miss Jessica, the sweet young lady who leased my apartment ? Her children volunteered at the church across the street to help with Harvey victims.

AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY CAME TOGETHER DURING A TIME OF CRISIS IN A CITY OF MILLIONS!!

So, I say, if home is where the heart is, where do YOU call home? My home is The Promenade at Jersey Village , an Olympus Property. Thank you for keeping my family safe during Hurricane Harvey - Houston, Texas August 2017.

The BEST plac to live in Dallas TX! The Staff is AMAZING, amenities raises the bar and lets not forget about the rooftop infinity pool! We even have a screening room and cigar lounge I used to be a home owner; this place you can easily call HOME! Come for a visit and ask for Cassandra. I LOVE THE MOSAIC DALLAS!!!!

We came to view this Olympus Fenwick property inSavannah Georgia in summer of 2018. We met Clemente, the maintenance director because the leasing agent was with property investors at the time. He let us tour the clubhouse and eventually escorted us to the agent to view the model apartment. I still hold true that Clemente s warm welcome was one of the reasons we considered this property. We viewed the model apartment and was instantly in love. We could envision settling down for the next couple of years but my husband and I agreed that it was at the top of our budget. We looked at other properties- but Olympus Fenwick always remained number one. After careful consideration and prayer- we faced reality and moved Olympus Fenwick from the number one spot to the wish list and moved forward with the process of leasing from another property. We had the moving van set up, utilities were transferred and we had our moving crew ready- but the week of our move to the other property- things just started to fall apart- literally- the complex kept calling telling us our unit wasn t ready, the floors were not ready, they quoted us the wrong rate. I had enough with the other property!!!! We were moving in 3 days.... what were we going to do??? I prayed. And I remember a great friend telling me that God will give you even what you think you can t have. I remembered that Olympus Fenwick was in our wish list but stayed faithful to my prayer and the Holy Spirit and called Olympus Fenwick anyway. Then we met Kristen! And at the time Olympus Fenwick was running an amazing unbeatable special but to take advantage of the special, you had to move in within the next 3 days. I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP. We had 3 days to move!!! It was meant to be. The staff was professional and maintenance has been very responsive. We love our apartment home. There are two morals to this story. 1) Olympus Fenwick is an amazing apartment community! 2) God will give you the desires of your heart!

I have been living at my Olympus apartment (The Ranch at Shadow Lake Apartments) for approximately one year now. As a first time renter, I did a lot of research before making my decision to rent with Olympus. Initially, I heard many scary apartment stories, but I must say that I have had zero negative encounters; instead, I have nothing but praises to sing about Olympus. The community Is always lovely and clean. Every time I leave my doors, I never see trash lying around the community, and the grass is always green and cut. I am genuinely proud to be a part of such a neat environment, and I am pleased when I have visitors because they always give me compliments about my community.
Secondly, I love the floor plans of my apartment. After my first tour, I was impressed; however, after moving in and decorating my apartment, I know I made the best choice to stick with Olympus. The walls are soundproof and well insulated. My partner and I are so impressed because every winter our electric bills experience a more than 50% decrease. Thirdly, the maintenance crew is just darling. They are always prompt and polite. Every time I put in a work order, they show up to fix the problem no more than three days. Sometimes I forget about the order I put in, and when I notice, I see that the issue was fixed ages ago.
Last but not least, the Leasing office crew is the most helpful set of individuals I have ever met. After deciding to lease with Olympus, I scheduled up to 3 tours just so that I could order the perfect thing for my apartment. The leasing office gave me a tour with such glee and kindness. They made my move very swift and easy. I had an issue with a package that was marked as delivered two days to my move-in, and they signed it for me and gave me a call, not to freight. When a package is delivered, they send you an email the same day, and when you Come to pick it up, they are very fast about it. Honestly, I love my community so much, and quite frankly, I will renew my lease with Olympus until I am ready to become a Homeowner.

My husband was transferred with his job
to Nashville, Tennessee a little over 6 months ago. During our apartment search he found among the really large properties a smaller apartment community which was Olympus Midtown properties that caught his eye. I am really glad it did.
The staff is all so very friendly and personable.
We had a situation on one of the hottest days this past summer that we had had and the heat was too much for our air conditioning. We had gotten home from work and the unit had gone out. It was boiling in the apartment. It was of course after hours and we had to make that dreaded call to maintenance for help. Most places I feel you have to plead with to get any help. Not in this case. Within 30 minutes Antwon from the maintenance office was at our door with a window unit that he went right in and set up for us. It was beautiful! Total relief. He was so professional and compassionate it took my husband and I both by surprise. He was already off for the day and left his family to take care of us with no hesitation. Antwon went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and we were and are so very thankful.
The front office staff as well has been wonderful. Always looking for fun ways to get the community together which is so great.
Emily and Elise are both so kind and compassionate. Super quick to take care of anything we need or to lend an ear when you need one. Always with a smile. It takes skill to be professional as well as being so personable and caring that it puts people at ease to feel that you are their friends. The least likely place I ever thought I would find support with starting my life long dream busniess, would have been from my apartment complex. Elise unknowingly gave me a push to put my wheels in motion. Her positive feedback and support have been amazing she has been so encouraging. My number on fan! It really does show how they do truly care.
The Olympus Midtown is more than just another apartment complex it's truly a community. We are so lucky to have found such a great place to call home.

When my husband and I wanted to move to the Keller area Isabelle helped us so much! The property is great and well kept, maintenance responds in a timely manner and the clubhouse is ideal for night owls and early risers. There is plenty of parking and the construction is great that you don t hear your neighbors if they are up!
