Got verbally abused by a member of events staff for having the audacity of politely pointing out that he had incorrectly released the wrong queue first leaving dozens of people to queue for twice as long as others in the rain. Would give zero stars if I could.

Visited Olympia for the great beer festival, it was a very enjoyable experience, staff were very helpful and the building itself is quite big which makes it ideal for events with a lot of people as it doesn't feel overcrowded.

A bit confusing to find as the main Olympia is on the corner at Olympia Way.
You need to walk further along Hammersmith Road until you see the "London" Olympia entrance.
Note the hall is upstairs but there is a lift.

Attended the knitting and sticking show here and loved it, good facility's clean toilets and reasonable prices food. Although there is limited parking there are good public transport links and extremely easy to get a taxi from outside the main entrance. Only down side we found was that as the show took place in 2 halls one of the halls was extremely hot even tho there was not a larger number of people in there we put this down to the fact that the ceiling on this hall was much lower, so not a place to wear a heavy coat because you will either have to leave it in the cloak room and air up to collect it or carry it with you.
On the whole a good place to visit

Cramped and although you could purchase a huge selection of food there was no where to sit and eat it. Lots of tables full of people sitting and chatting when others were roaming around with their plates of food. So many had to resort to sitting on the floor.
Good selection of stands but lack of facilities if you are there for a period of time. Left early as we were hungry.

I was at the London Olympia recently because of the London Film & Comic Con and I wasn't disappointed. It's a typical Victorian venue that still manages to facilitate modern events. The facilities are good and access to the various levels are well accomidated to those with physical disabilities. My only frustration is the lack of benches or perching spots available. When the Olympia hosts these events, being on your feet all day can become uncomfortable, so something to relieve you of your achey feet would be a massive help.
Other than a lick of paint and little bit of maintenance the Olympia stands strong as one of London's key hosting venues.

Went there for both Olympia Beauty and the eCommerce expo. Both were really good events, well organized etc.

Importantly... The toilets were very clean !

You can get here by train easily and my recommendation is that is what you do if you go on a week day or a sat. Parking is difficult to find otherwise, not to mention all the traffic in London.

If you plan to go on Sunday you will find some unrestricted parking, although at quite a distance from the exhibition hall. This never used to be the case having only recently become more restricted. If you want to park close by it will be limited to 2 hrs (yes even on a Sunday).

Ideal Home Exhibition...not so ideal. Mainly huge name brands. Most of the smaller companies not exhibiting. The opportunity for 'pick up' purchases dreadful.
Most exhibitors playing with their phones...very few customers...no atmosphere..after 6 years...there won't be a seventh for me.

Multi-purpose centre that always has something on. Big events like the Ideal Home Show will not only decorate the inside of the venue but the outside as well such as covering the whole entrance in fake grass and flowers!

Came here for the Hyper-Japan event and the place is HUGE so plenty of room for stalls and you will get your personal space :)

We haven't been for quite a few years and the venue is really nice, we did think that the ideal home show was abit disappointing.

There were no TV's or computers, and only one stand that showed some beautiful cookers. It appeared to be more a market upstairs, although the food hall was exemplary and food we tasted was gorgeous.

Visited for an expo on heritage. The West hall on Blythe road which is smaller than the main hall. Train station right next door so easy access. The food is overpriced but decent quality with gluten free, vegetarian options.

Excellent exhibition venue but lacking visitor information. No touch screen information systems. The free map had an exhibitor index but no category index making it hard to find specific products.
There is no covered walkway to the station and we got soaked waiting for a train on the platform.

I went to this location for Hyper Japan last year and again today for the London Korean Festival. It's a good venue, and there's so much to see and do. Despite all the negative reviews, I really enjoyed my time there and would always go back there for the second time for another Hyper Japan event.

I've been here a few times and in particular for the Ideal Home Show. It's a lovely venue with beautiful ceiling windows. As well as lots of natural light, the venue is spacious and the layout makes a lot of sense.

It is a nice place for conducting any kind of exhibition and easily approachable by metro and also near to Heathrow airport. Half an hour by car from Heathrow convenient for any exhibitor abroad to come and set up booth here!

Love coming here for the International Horse Show. Plenty to interest both the adults and kids even if your not particularly 'horsey'. Large retail opportunity area if that's your thing but the show is amazing, plus you get to see .

Entrance more expensive than it need be... greedy? Goods on stalls expensive... no doubt to cover their expensive pitch fees, other than that a good venue. Vegan Fair was great, & other events have been good too.

Now that EARLS COURT is closed/demolished, it's the only significant exhibition centre in West London

Transport links could be better, but if you're coming by tube & don't fancy the wait for a connection at Earls Court, you can easily walk the 15 mins or so

A very good event venue with historical ceilings and well kept grounds. The halls can be dressed accordingly and offer a charming alternative to the more clinical looking, modern Venues that have sprung up across London. Recently visited an expo and was pleased, plus great transport links via the linked station. Food options were good but would have liked to see more variety, seemed sandwiches and soup were pretty much the only options. Would be great to set up an outlet that serves more robust meals.
