Great location as easy to get to from Kensington Olympia overground services or Tube and bus services from nearby tube stations like Shepherd's Bush, Hammersmith, Earl's Court. Good and spacious conference venue with various options. ATM on site. Cloakroom facilities available. Security arrangements are good. Limited in restroom facilities compared to the size of venue and the number of conference attendees it can host. Restroom cubicles also frequently run out of washroom stationary.

Went for the ideal home show, was a great day and great event.

The Olympia is a great venue, plenty of space for all the people in attendance.

Getting here is easy as the Kensington Olympia overground station is literally right outside the front door.

Visited here to attend the holiday/travel show which was in the grand hall, searching for ideas of where and what else we could do for future holidays. The venue itself was very light and airy, high ceilings and looked very much like an old fashioned railway station.
There were plenty of eating and drinking facilities as well as toilets. As for travel to and from, the semi attached underground station only operates trains to and from Earls Court on weekends and some bank holidays which is very disappointing as this means we and thousands of other had to walk the final half mile or so.
So good, but not all good.

Absolutely massive venue that can be hired as one single event or several. Somewhat uniquely for events centers, three venue is large high roofed hall with your galleries that can be accessed to view the room from above. Much better than other venues due to the open feel.

A good venue for events but poor accessibility options. Very little to no seating, unless you can sit on the floor. If you require a seat it is best to bring a camping stool or such like. Depending on the hall configuration the only non-disabled toilet options may be down a flight of stairs.

Visited Childcare Expo 2019. I was lucky to visit my The Open University booth again. I was lucky to be talking about the opportunity I was afforded. I was asked permission to record my conversation. This was posted on Social Media platforms. Now I am using it to celebrate being an OU graduate. And 50 years of the OU. I have been visiting Olympia London over the years for different events and training.

Went here for the 'your futures' event which I expected to be like the others but it was not. Each venue and stall had its own designated banners and sign post, the tents were drilled into the ground and properly set up so there was no chance of them falling on a small child. The tents even had there own plug sockets.
The place has a strict security check which I like about a place and the elevators which allow wheelchair access has it's own guard who selects the floors for you.
The place was very well organised and the walls were painted with the floors colour which wasn't confusing.
There was also a restaurant in built in the floor which had nice things to eat and drink however after a while the whole place and floor started to get really hot so if you go bring a drink of water.

A good large event venue, but the facilities leave much to be desired. Trying to get into the venue with a pram, proved really difficult. As you have a huge flight of stairs and one small lift for disabled people and pushchairs, which when you're attending an event with thousands of people is really bad. Then there is only one lift inside the venue for getting to the mezzanine level, which always has a large queue. Trying to leave the venue and get to our car, we had to wait ages for a lift as only one was working whilst the other was out of order, this also caused queues.
Your facilities really need to be updated to meet the demands of all the visitors to this venue. Your current facilities make life unnecessarily difficult.

Decent enough exhibition centre, went for Destinations Show. Main issue is lack of seating for eating or drinking with people sitting on the floor all around the edge of the exhibition space

I've been in better venues, but this one is doable. Don't expect to dazzle people by hosting here. Also it's not that obvious where to enter for your exhibition.

Although there is a lot of space in the entrance hall, the event space itself is quite small. Auditorium however is good size with good audio facilities.

I've visited Earl's Court a few times. The venue is absolutely incredible with its beautiful architecture and great location just off the high street. The venue also provides great food and beverage services.

Great space, easy to get to by train as station just a few hundred yards away. Main hall can accommodate exhibitions, as well as a smaller style concert. I was very impressed by the layout and would come again to an exhibition here.

Venu has seen better days. A little cramped. Toilets and stairwells are grubby. Eating choices and pricing are a bit steep. Pizza place dominates available space and crowds out available floor area.

We've done many shows here at the Olympia and can highly recommend it as a very versatile convention venue.

My only gripe would be that with some of the larger shows (like LFCC) the hall gets extremely hot! The Air-con doesn't seem to hold up very well for these shows.
