Phone: LG G4 Bootloop issue, really hard to whine. All points of sale supposedly know nothing about the issue while it is packed with info and issues. LG also knows about the problem, but does not recall (whether your telephone S7 is set to fire or your telephone is no longer worth a "boat run"). Heavily pathetic and customer-friendly, nice aftersale guys, so of course never win customers and I will only remember the name LG badly in the future. Do something about your service and after sales, this is the only way to win customers and improve mouth to mouth;) -> (LG)

Very Poor Material and Repair Service!!

We bought a LG washing machine less than 2 years ago. It has already shut down 4 times (with the need a repair guy each time..). This time it is stuck with the wet laundry inside and the door locked. After many calls... they will finally come to fix it in 10 days... 10 days with the wet laundry inside...

Unbelievable to sell on the market a so unreliable material and to have a so slow repair service... LG is to avoid!!

HOWEVER I once had a question about a device and I got a slut on the line! Conversation recorded! She was very rude, disinterested and rude! I put her on her dirty mouth! LG Netherlands should see what kind of dirty woman they have taken on!

Second time in succession a washing machine from LG broken after 5 years. Because of sustainability I would prefer to have the washing machine repaired, but the repair costs are almost a new price. Never again LG.

awfull customer service, do not buy LG OLED TV's or any product in that matter, they refuse to recognize issues on hardware and software.
They sell flawed products 2018-2019 with macroblock/flashing issues and refuse to fix them on B8 series. They do not want to help. They close tickets even without giving a proper reason. Just to get rid of you. Really a shame. Never will buy LG again.

In October 2019 I bought an LG TV at BCC with a cashback promotion. neatly sent the barcode and then the waiting started ..... First I received an answer to an email but then no more. finally on 3 February 2020 I received an e-mail stating that my request for the cashback had been approved and that the amount would be deposited into my account within 14 days. It is now February 20, 2020 the 14 days are over but unfortunately no money has been returned ...... If the capacity is not there they should not do these actions. Very bad this !! Too bad LG.

It is absolutely impossible to contact LGE Benelux...

It is absolutely impossible to contact LGE Benelux because their website is bursting with error messages.
Due to a complaint I received an email from LGE because of a brand new (<1 year) broken refrigerator, but I cannot answer that because it is only used for outgoing mail.
They asked for serial numbers and such in that e-mail, but I can't answer and their contact-e-mail page is broken.

Very bad "service"! I would not recommend anyone to buy an LG refrigerator.

Purchased a LG OLED TV. Wonderful TV nothing to complain about in terms of quality. Regarding service about the cash back. I am still waiting for the cashback and we are 4 months later. You buy your TV, submit everything and then it is quiet. After calling several times it appears that they still have to review and there they are behind ... After my voucher and cashback is finally approved I receive an email that they will transfer as soon as possible, no later than 8 weeks. As quickly as possible??? That is today and not 8 weeks ... Now 11 weeks further and I still have to receive it! Never again for me a cash back promotion from LG, then I will buy another brand.

Two years and four months ago we bought a washing ...

Two years and four months ago we bought a washing machine and dryer at the MediaMarkt. We bought this because the employee told us that we had a ten-year warranty on the machine. About a month ago, the washing machine started to show cures. The washing machine selects a program by itself, we cannot select other programs. We cannot set speed and temperature. We have contacted LG about this. LG came up with a courtesy arrangement and wanted to send a mechanic along. The problem was unknown to LG and was unsure that replacing the circuit board would fix it. The contact with the mechanic did not go smoothly, because the mechanic called via WhatsApp, the mechanic blamed us for not being accessible via Whatsapp because we do not have Wi-Fi at work.

Ridiculous Service!
TV Defect after 4 years (a blue haze over the screen). When I google this this is a known problem in this range of devices.

I requested a repair, knowing that the warranty has expired and that the repair costs money, but the repairer is already asking for a payment to be able to prepare the quotation, explaining that a lot of research is required to receive the quotation. set

Ridiculous for a known problem.

After purchasing seven months ago from the LG TV type Oled 55E6V I can say that I am very satisfied with this TV.
Have this specially purchased for the beautiful quality of the colors and sharpness and in particular that this device supports the 3D function.
Never had a TV with so many possibilities and very easy to operate remote control!

1 star is already too much. I have been waiting since March for the amount that I need to get back from the refund campaign. Emailed several times with LG and every time I get to hear that I am in the next payout round. In the first confirmation by mail it was indicated within 8 weeks. I now get the feeling that it will be 8 months. I no longer have faith in LG.

If I had known in advance how bad the customer service and product quality is at LG, I would never have bought my OLED TV. On average, customer service only responds to a message after 3 weeks if they respond at all. The TV with a purchase price of 1500 euros is spontaneously defective after 2.5 years. LG solution: pay 600 euros for repair. No, then you are indeed in front of your qualitative product ...

Repair reported in February. Waited very patiently, but after being sent from box to wall (from repair shop back to supplier), now after 10 weeks money back via supplier. Can I quietly think about whether I can better go for another brand. Heard nothing from LG itself.

CE Repair Almelo came to me on behalf of LG about a defective washing machine. I called back because I didn't want to take half a day off and asked if they could call an hour in advance. They have done this nicely =) Top this is something that many other deliverers / repairers forget or not even perform!

Neat and friendly repairman, I have also received many tips. Unfortunately there is quite a lot going on Bad bearings, damaged fairing, shock absorbers and a number of things, so this is neat and quickly submitted to them by LG and fairly quickly I received an answer and a quick solution.

In combination with my supplier, I should receive a new washing machine tomorrow!

So CE Repair thank you :) Thank you LG for your quick reply! secretly I did not expect that. And Coolblue thanks for your quick handling and also friendly customer service =)

When my TV malfunctioned after 2 years, I reported to LG. He had a quotation made with courtesy via cerepair 476 ...
We thought this was too high and got rid of the TV. Within an hour I was informed that the CRT was not defective but there was a cable failure that could be solved. !!
Because of the above parties I am my fine TV
Lost due to a false diagnosis to catch money. So definitely a cold shower !! So watch out for these parties that cover each other! LG and Cerepair their service service !!

European laws regarding breakdown of products 1 year after warranty, are not respected. bah bah, no words for LG's poor service. NEVER more LG here. :(

Unfortunately ULTRA HD TV 2 half years old all blue spots in the picture.
I had a high expectation from LG but the service is worthless. Have advised people to take LG because my previous LG TV is doing fine. I think that people who have problems with a television within 3 years have to join together and have to enable KASSA. I was also offered a repair that cost almost half of the purchase price. LG do something about this, you still have a name to keep up.
And people who praise LG will still find out when you call service.

Purchased a washing machine and tumble dryer through your dealer Hermans Trading Cuijk.

We thought it was exciting. After having had Siemens for many years without any problems transferring to the unknown

The enthusiasm and expertise of the saleswoman of Hermans Trading made us curious because yes it all looks super slick.

My wife was immediately over, I was still chuckling a bit to the other machines because I didn't quite understand how all those options could be useful for us. The saleswoman noticed that and then showed the most insane !!!

Via her telephone she scanned the washing machine as a sort of 3D event, she brought the washing machine forward on her telephone and by means of animation she could clearly indicate what the functions and options now visually entail and then this man understands of course!

A company that can make that can also make a good washing machine I thought so and now we are now washing and drying for about six weeks and can recommend LG with confidence.

Products may be good, but they are bad with software. The customer service is really the worst I have ever experienced, they have beat Mediamarkt in that area, well done or something. You notice that she does not care about flute. You have to go back a lot, contact them again and again, and then you get a few weeks standard answer that is somewhat relevant to your subject, it is ready for them and you can start over.

Customer service is really terrible. I got a message on my Windows laptop that Airplay is on and therefore program is not working, so I could not use my entire product ... Because I have an Apple program running on my Windows ??? Pissed customer service on the phone and that boy on the phone was a good word. Got a good feeling about it and then the misery began. I would receive software, but instead I received an email about a completely different problem (including typos). Responded that it was the wrong mail, but no answer. Still sent reminder and then I got a message that the boy would call me again. Nothing, so again sent mail, nothing. Again sent mail and again the same mail as before. They use a shear policy and therefore your problem remains, communication is also very bad. That boy on the phone earned the extra star, otherwise it was 1 star.

I do not recommend anyone to buy LG products. If something breaks, LG will have it "assessed" by a so-called repair center. That assessment is then done in a flut way, but exactly meets the requirements: the defect is due to the customer "user traces were found". Apparently LG products are not intended to be used. But in the meantime, LG does not have to provide any warranty. Counter research is so expensive that I only buy a new product elsewhere.

Smart guys at LG. Bad product + no warranty = more sales.

Helaas geen antwoord van de klantenservice ivm monitor klachten, vergeling langs de randen binnen 1 jaar. De review pas ik met alle plezier aan naar 5 sterren, als ik geholpen wordt of een antwoord krijg.

U kunt toch niet van mij verwachten om een facebook account aan te maken en dan verwachten dat ik wel geholpen wordt met een lopende klacht via mail.
