I bought my land from the developer (Rosewood) not from Oliver Hume Real Estate.
Stop false advertising saying you have sold my land. You need to take off the sticker from the Lot number. When I contact 96848133 this guy was so rude. and arrogant. When I asked him to remove it, he has refused it and said go ahead and do what you want. Already contacted Oliver Hume head office and made the complaint.
Oliver Hume must be selling lands that area but you do not have rights to put your name on the private property unless you have the authority from the owner.

Ann-Marie and MJ were amazing. We had a very challenging week with our baby girl being discharged from hospital after many months, finding a rental and then moving into a home away from home. Ann-Marie and MJ assisted us greatly by staying back late to allow us to use the lift later than the usual hours and even helped moved our furniture, as discharge was the day after. They were very accomodating for our unique situation and we greatly appreciate their exceptional service. Thanks guys!!!
I have just moved in and deliveries of furnitures were scheduled this morning. When one of the delivery man arrived, I went down to the lobby expecting him to deliver the bed (3 huge and heavy boxes) into my unit. He however became quite confrontational saying that he would not deliver into the premise with the argument of him not being insured if he gets hurt.
MJ was at the reception immediately helped me by informing the delivery man that any injuries should be insured by his company and advised him to contact his boss to reconfirm before entering the premise. Ann-Marie also kindly asked me if I would take full responsibility for any potential damage of the premise during the move which I agreed to. This conversation went on for quite a while before the delivery man agreed to deliver the packages towards the lift at the back. MJ even kindly helped with moving the heavy boxes into my apartment.
MJ and Ann-Marie handled the situation with respect and were very polite to the delivery despite of his attitude. I am extremely grateful for their help and I would highly recommend Oliver Hume Corporation to anyone looking to rent.

Worst marketing company for developer ever. I would give negative star if I can. Engineers from developer (ID Land) don't know how to do estate plan & sales associate from Oliver Hume does not know how to deal with customer. They will put Gas- Water line just next to your driveway so that you can not use your double garaged driveway. Plan has been changed from originally signed & relocate the Gas-Water line. Now they are saying that amendments have send to me which was actually to my conveyancer. They did not clarify anything about what changed in the plan and guess what you will need to find it out. They will not do anything as I didn't say anything about it before the settlement. Well settlement was done just a month ago. Now I will need to apply for Water meter relocation and complete their halfway job at my own cost. Going to lodge a complain to VBA.

We have recently moved from Western Australia to Victoria and have had issues finding a rental until we found Oliver Hume who made the whole process a breeze. Marie-Ann was such a lovely person and was so welcoming, She had our application processed within only a couple of hours and had us back signing the lease. As new renters she was very informative, spending her time going through all the laws and regulations that we would find useful. Cant thank them enough for how helpful they have been.
While I only rented through Oliver Hume for s short amount of time, it was easily the best experience I have had as a renter. They were easy and efficient to communicate with and went above and beyond for myself as a renter, which is quite unusual. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to break my lease and they were incredibly thoughtful and empathetic to my circumstances and did everything in their power to make this a more pleasant and smooth experience. I was particularly in contact with Ann-Marie Hardwick who couldn't do enough to support me through everything. She is a kind, generous and respectful woman who the real estate is lucky to have.
If I could rate Ann-Marie Hardwick no stars, I would. What a horribly rude and aggressive individual - I am in utter disbelief she is the "General Manager" at this organisation. I made an enquiry with the view to inspect an apartment advertised for lease in Cheltenham. All I received were short and abrupt emails. No courtesy, no effort to ensure times suited me. If this is how a member of management treats prospective clients, I'd hate to think what service is provided from other members of the company. Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs.
After finding out i had been denied an apartment through another real estate after a week of waiting, i found an apartment in the same complex on the same day, MJ took me through 3 seperate apartments, gave me a very detailed walk through, was incredibly patient with me and all the questions i had to ask, i sat down and spoke with Ann-Marie, let her know what apartment i was interested in, and within a matter of minutes i was approved, to know i was denied earlier that day then going to another real estate and sorting everything out within that matter of about 4hrs made my life soooo much easier, Ann-Marie has been an absolutely gem to deal with, in between barraging her with multiple questions. HIGHLY recommend Oliver Hume if you are a first time renter. Communication was absolutely on-point! Thank you Ann-Marie and MJ!

Everyone in the Merrifield estate stage 39 got shortfall on the land valuation (including me) and there was no consideration in terms of rebate or penalty-free extension. Rather they kind of threaten to pay the for the settlement. Upon land settlement, the land had vegetation which violates the condition of clean land during settlement.
On contacting OliverHumes through the conveyor post-settlement (as we were not allowed to access the land before settlement), they rudely responded that they won't be cleaning the land. The developer doesn't care about anyone; they are just want money from people.
Ann-Marie has been awesome to work with. She is prompt, eager to help and accurate on knowledge and detail.
Ann Marie and phoebe did a great job in getting my apartment ready for rent. Once ready it was leased shortly after.
