If I could rate Ann-Marie Hardwick no stars, I would. What a horribly rude and aggressive individual - I am in utter disbelief she is the "General Manager" at this organisation. I made an enquiry with the view to inspect an apartment advertised for lease in Cheltenham. All I received were short and abrupt emails. No courtesy, no effort to ensure times suited me. If this is how a member of management treats prospective clients, I'd hate to think what service is provided from other members of the company. Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs.
