Everyone in the Merrifield estate stage 39 got shortfall on the land valuation (including me) and there was no consideration in terms of rebate or penalty-free extension. Rather they kind of threaten to pay the for the settlement. Upon land settlement, the land had vegetation which violates the condition of clean land during settlement.

On contacting OliverHumes through the conveyor post-settlement (as we were not allowed to access the land before settlement), they rudely responded that they won't be cleaning the land. The developer doesn't care about anyone; they are just want money from people.
