Worst marketing company for developer ever. I would give negative star if I can. Engineers from developer (ID Land) don't know how to do estate plan & sales associate from Oliver Hume does not know how to deal with customer. They will put Gas- Water line just next to your driveway so that you can not use your double garaged driveway. Plan has been changed from originally signed & relocate the Gas-Water line. Now they are saying that amendments have send to me which was actually to my conveyancer. They did not clarify anything about what changed in the plan and guess what you will need to find it out. They will not do anything as I didn't say anything about it before the settlement. Well settlement was done just a month ago. Now I will need to apply for Water meter relocation and complete their halfway job at my own cost. Going to lodge a complain to VBA.
