I have just moved in and deliveries of furnitures were scheduled this morning. When one of the delivery man arrived, I went down to the lobby expecting him to deliver the bed (3 huge and heavy boxes) into my unit. He however became quite confrontational saying that he would not deliver into the premise with the argument of him not being insured if he gets hurt.

MJ was at the reception immediately helped me by informing the delivery man that any injuries should be insured by his company and advised him to contact his boss to reconfirm before entering the premise. Ann-Marie also kindly asked me if I would take full responsibility for any potential damage of the premise during the move which I agreed to. This conversation went on for quite a while before the delivery man agreed to deliver the packages towards the lift at the back. MJ even kindly helped with moving the heavy boxes into my apartment.

MJ and Ann-Marie handled the situation with respect and were very polite to the delivery despite of his attitude. I am extremely grateful for their help and I would highly recommend Oliver Hume Corporation to anyone looking to rent.
