I had a great experience at off lease only (Miami). My salesman Wilfredo greeted me and my family when we arrived, took care of all my questions and concerns. He was a pleasure to work with along with the entire crew. I was in and out in less than 2 hours, the quickest and most thorough car buying experience I ever had. Greetings I went to off lease only with my mother looking for a car in specifically when I greeted Jessica R. Alvarez. I told her good morning goofing around on an evening. She was really attentive, and all smiles throughout the whole process, she told my mom to drive it so we went for a ride around the block. NOTE: Bad experience after the purchase!! I was to be given initial documents signed including my car's CarFax and Car's Sticker information as to what the particulars the car was accessorized with and including for my file records! I paid Cash before it was due for the car and after 9 days of asking for the copies, and excuses, I gave up! and went online to get the Information from a Lexus online link and from CarFax themselves! That they said I had to drive to a dealer, NOT TRUE!! I could of gotten a Certified Lexus for an additional $1,000 and not have purchased an AS IS car! Things are not working on the car, I found after the 5 (Five) Days they let you return or swap car!! My advice! Shop around first!! Never mind a nice salesmen or saleswoman!! Salesman Sebastian Ambroise and manager Tamaris had wrong information to pass on to me! Saying it was too late to get those document copies after submitted to corporate!!! Again They were both wrong!! Even after their online apology, it was BAD after purchase Experience! Their Car Fax is IN ACCURATE! my car had a Windshield replaced and wipers did not work as supposed to Because it was replaced with after market replacement windshield and was not disclosed which intermittent windshield wiper does not work on the Lexus, not disclosed on Car-fax as well as other body damage discovered after the car was closely looked at after few days!t!! Be careful they buy damaged and defective vehicles others don't want and sell to them/ They are not just OFF LEASE!!. Really most are defective vehicles!!

I had a great experience shopping with Ruben Rivero from Off Lease Only. We had to come twice and we weren t sure what car we wanted going in, but we came out with the perfect one thanks to the patience and professionalism of him.
My initial response was this place is very busy. I can't blame it because they have some nice vehicles at low prices. I purchased a 2012 Jaguar XF Portfolio for $38,000. That's unbelievable. They allow you to go on test drives by yourself. Nelson was my dealer and although he was very busy with other customers he still managed to handle all my questions and requests in a timely manner. He's the man if you're an out of state buyer. He's very honest. He'll let you know of the car has been in an accident or if there's something missing from the carfax. I recently purchased my car about 4 days ago so I can't comment on the reliability because it's currently being shipped to me. Plus if there are reliability issues I purchased a 6 year, 100,000 mile warranty from my bank USAA. That should cover any reliability issues for a while. Overall the whole process went pretty smooth and quick. I would recommend this Offlease to anyone. I will definitely purchase another luxury vehicle from them. Thanks!.
I'm posting my experience when I helped my girlfriend get her car. And the experience was amazing. The sales person was Emmanuel, definitely ask for him when looking for a car. He has tremendous patience and when a car we were looking at had electrical problem he let us know. I do recommend that you really have a whole day allocated for this b/c we did take the whole day to get the car. Prices are great and really fair. My girlfriend gave her previous car as a trade-in and they gave her a good deal. Finance was also great and also found the best deal for my girlfriend. What you see is what you get in terms of price, don't bother negotiating. Hope this helps.

Any request I made he took care of, he was patient, knowledgeable, proactive, and kept me informed about their entire sales process step by step. I'm sure there are other great sales people, but if you want to be assured of a fantastic experience, ask for Ruben.
Their vehicles are organized by brand which made it easy to find. They also have multiple colors with varying years for about each model. I love the selection variety they have. Inside the office it's noisy and congested i wish they ATLEAST had cubicals that separated me from the next person. They claim to not charge dealer fees. Free BBQ on the weekends.

We have not gotten the car just yet, but I will tell you about my current experience. From the moment we arrived to the Off Lease lot, we were niceley greeted by a young lady in the front who asked us what we were here for. I told her we were looking to purchase a used car. She then directed us to browse the lot and take picture of any car we were interested in. We took several pictures and as we were walking into the building again, a young gentleman by the name of Jay approached us and asked us if someone has helped us. We said no, but that we have pictures of the cars that we"re interested in. He immediately guided us to a computer and showed us each car and their entire car fax report. We had several options, but he patiently remained by our side throughout each car investigation to ensure we were making the best decision. We went from 10 options, down to 2. We test drove the car and decided which one was best for us. We are extremely thankful to Jay for his wonderful hospitality, patience, and honesty (which we all know that is extremely rare in car dealerships). Thank you once again Jay for all your help!
