The service at this location was really great. from the moment you enter there is someone there to assist. The are with all the computers is helpful as you get to look up the cars you interested in. Michelle Molina was the representative who assisted us, she was really great. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for was very patient explaining the process and answering all of our questions.

Kimberly was great to work with, she was very informative about how the process works. However, when you go there make sure you have the time unless you are paying cash because the process takes a very long time.

I came in to purchase a car from Offleaseonly for the second time and Carlos Cohen helped me, they were honest and no games. Thats why I like to come back.

We bought our car with Ransses Ferrer and I think the attention received from him was excellent, I was very satisfied and I was able to buy the car I wanted, I thank God for help.

Our salesperson knew we were coming and yet we still waited a good 20 min for the car to get pulled up. It was in much worse shape than I was told over the phone.

Alejandro was very helpful in finding the right car. I would of given him and the company a 5 star but we had to wait for a car they could not locate. There was misunderstanding and miscommunication within the staff whick prevented us from getting the car quicker. Other than that it was a very different car buying experince but i like it very much.

I don't write reviews....like REALLY I don't write reviews. Experiences are so subjective I feel like you can rarely go by one or more people's opinions about a product or company. But right now I feel like I HAD to come on here and write a review about OffLeaseOnly. I first noticed these guys when I was looking online for cars, seeing that all the ones I liked and found affordable were from OffLeaseOnly. Then a relative of mine suggested I go here if I was looking for a good quality car. Finally I ended up here because someone ELSE suggested a great place to go for a great deal on a great car....sure enough we roll up to OffLeaseOnly! The only thing better than how I got here was the great service I received. Wilfredo Novoa was an amazing partner in my search for a car. I call him a "partner" and not SALESMAN because he was in it with me. No pressure, no gimmicks, no hard sells. I found the car for me and Wilfredo, with Jose closing out beautifully my car buying experience, just made me the happiest person right now! I will be referring everyone I know looking for a car directly to OffLeaseOnly :-)

I am currently about to walk out to get my second car in two days from Offlease. I bought a Mini Cooper and found that it would require some work in the future, and decided to bring it back. My salesman Pierre, immediately came into the dealership to help me with the transition. I was already impressed, as my first purchase was done in a huge rush, and Pierre and Frank got me into the financing office in like 30 mins ON A SUNDAY AT NOON. They totally helped me get to the Marlins game for my 2 year anniversary, and Mavrick ran right through all the financing details quickly, but I still felt like he took the time to stop when it was important and explain the details of the financing. Really disappointed in the fact that the Mini Cooper didnt work out, but very impressed at the way Pierre handled my issue, and then how easy the manager Frank and Mavrick handled switching the financing.

Very impressed, will recommend.

I was recommended to go to Off Lease Only by my family and their recommendation was greatly appreciated. I was assigned Kenny as my sales associate and he was extremely helpful and patient with me. He offered great advice and was very hospitable. Kenny and Robles were extremely hopeful in bringing all the vehicles I wanted to see and made me feel welcomed, as Robles said "drive it like you own it." Once I picked out my car, Glenn was quick with the financing part and also a New England Patriots fan which is a huge plus. Overall my experience was great and when the time comes again, I'll be coming back to Off Lease Only Miami to get my next car.
