I was to be given initial documents signed including my car's CarFax and Car's Sticker information as to what the particulars the car was accessorized with and including for my file records!
I paid Cash before it was due for the car and after 9 days of asking for the copies, and excuses, I gave up! and went online to get the Information from a Lexus online link and from CarFax themselves! That they said I had to drive to a dealer, NOT TRUE!!
I could of gotten a Certified Lexus for an additional $1,000 and not have purchased an AS IS car! Things are not working on the car, I found after the 5 (Five) Days they let you return or swap car!!
My advice! Shop around first!! Never mind a nice salesmen or saleswoman!!
Salesman Sebastian Ambroise and manager Tamaris had wrong information to pass on to me! Saying it was too late to get those document copies after submitted to corporate!!! Again They were both wrong!!
Even after their online apology, it was BAD after purchase Experience!
Their Car Fax is IN ACCURATE! my car had a Windshield replaced and wipers did not work as supposed to Because it was replaced with after market replacement windshield and was not disclosed which intermittent windshield wiper does not work on the Lexus, not disclosed on Car-fax as well as other body damage discovered after the car was closely looked at after few days!t!! Be careful they buy damaged and defective vehicles others don't want and sell to them/ They are not just OFF LEASE!!. Really most are defective vehicles!!
