My initial response was this place is very busy. I can't blame it because they have some nice vehicles at low prices. I purchased a 2012 Jaguar XF Portfolio for $38,000. That's unbelievable. They allow you to go on test drives by yourself. Nelson was my dealer and although he was very busy with other customers he still managed to handle all my questions and requests in a timely manner. He's the man if you're an out of state buyer. He's very honest. He'll let you know of the car has been in an accident or if there's something missing from the carfax. I recently purchased my car about 4 days ago so I can't comment on the reliability because it's currently being shipped to me. Plus if there are reliability issues I purchased a 6 year, 100,000 mile warranty from my bank USAA. That should cover any reliability issues for a while. Overall the whole process went pretty smooth and quick. I would recommend this Offlease to anyone. I will definitely purchase another luxury vehicle from them. Thanks!.
