A refreshing change from the nightmare of buying a car the old fashion way of haggling and playing mind games as well as time wasting. Eddie Bocanegra was excellent in helping us decide on our Nissan Leaf, the communication channel was great as I had many questions prior to actually seeing the vehicle.
