Bad experience with the worst company. . ..They never assure you any job nor are they clear on terms that they will just see your work for one week and based on the performance they shall decide whether you are a suitable candidate or not. It's all a Hoax. I came for SEO analyst as a fresher and the HR mentioned that there are openings. I was asked to work for one week and then I get to decide which area I want to work for. Initially I felt it was a good idea. But the truth is bitter. They only have openings in ORM and they give you ORM related work which is very boring not challenging at all. I didn't get to work in SEO team. So they lie to you about openings for fresher in SEO team and SMM team. The HR clearly mentioned that I would be given a training once I get selected and not to worry about the pay. After a week they tell me that there are no vacancies. It did cost them for this. But the company has a poor management and no ethicates to deal with a fresh candidate. Only false hopes are given initially and nobody is actually interested in what you want to work, as they only need people to work as per their requirement which they should have told this initially. It would not waste my time nor theirs.
