Occidental Royal Hideaway Hotel Review

Excellent hotel is a great place to stay with family business friends recommend it.

This place has horrible customer service and even that I stayed in the royal suit the pool was out of service for my two night stay they didn't do anything for my inconvenience or did they care Todo anythingthe main manager told me to use the pool just the way it was if I wanted to at the pool was half way filled and with chemicals the pump not working even another employee told me that he was crazy for telling me that ...they closed me out of a VIP loungeit was suppose to close at 11 but got me out at 930 that bc they had an employee party ....didn't let me sleep while I was trying to relax bc they wanted to charge a bottle of water that I had gotten out of mini bar from my room cause they couldn't wait until I checked out unbelievable customer service that these people have here I would definitely advise calling before staying here or wouldn't even bother at all not worth the stay at all . I have another night but unfortunately I came to relax by the pool but not an option and the service is horrible especially the managers they won't do anything for you or even care

I chose the hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary, we chose the option to spend the day. The day use of the option of a dormitory, nothing more. The facilities are new and everything is very tidy, the room is well decorated. The pool and garden areas are beautiful and well maintained.
Only thing I think they could give something free to those who pay for day use. The value does not change much compared to a daily rate.

The worst service in a hotel. They do not manage to invoice or solve any problem they have been trying for 50 minutes to make an invoice and without being able to solve a consumer ticket.

Very good building and comfortable but the food leaves much to be desired.

It is a city hotel, special for events. Located in the Center of the City.

It is a magnificent site.
Large gardens
Good pool and gym. It works with an hour reservation per space.
Renovated rooms with large windows. Very modern.
Good full bathroom with sink, shower and bathtub and good products.
The service in general very very slow, you can wait 20 minutes for the drink already served from the bar to the table or things like that. Otherwise a hotel of 10.

We were coordinating a Wellness conference at the Garden Tent. Spectacular capacity. Very good service.

I had the sinks in my bathroom would not drain twice and my shower stop up once. The maintenance took a while to come fix the issues. However, the hotel, especially the garden, were beautiful and the spa services are great.

Very nice and exclusive hotel with fine dinning and room service. Rooms recently renovated and very modern ,has a casino and bar in addition to spa and pool with bar service there.

Newly Renovated, El Embajador Hotel is sure to please its guest with its luscious garden and luxury accomodations. Service is great. Hotel is quiet. Very good location.

What a great hotel! Fully renovated in 2017, the rooms are beautiful and very relaxing. The service is also great, delicious breakfast! And relaxing by the pool in the tropical garden is the cherry on the cake!

Rooms are nice. Staff is nice. Valet parking is great. Pool is great.However beware $40usd at a 47.5 conversion rate for two plates of eggs as room service is ridiculous in my view. I mean the eggs are not made of gold. They werent even that great tasting of eggs to be honnest.Beware of room service costs!!! Also they block twice the amount of the room cost on your card when you get in. For example my stay for a couple of days was suppose to 700 they blocked 1400 which they claim I will get back at th e end of the stay. Besides for that great hotel

Rooms was AMAZING but we had to wait until 6PM to get ours, breakfast was decent. Hotel grounds were clean and nice decor, lovely garden area.

I spent an afternoon, very pleasant at an event at the Garden Trend. The attention of first quality.
