This was my third time staying at El Embajador and it's never disappointing, great service, clean, good breakfast and snacks at The Royal level and super amazing service by the staff.(two thumbs up to Carolina @the Royal level) Very helpful with our inquires.

From the minute I booked it I knew it.
Their service it s from a 5 stars hotel, at the reception, Abraham welcomed me and help me with all the special requests I had. The installations, the rooms ( they do not have carpet which give them so much advantage over other hotels, way cleaner that way). The food at the restaurant, the service ( I had the chance to have Nicolas as the waiter and it was an impeccable service); the treatment I received was above and beyond. Dominicans are great people, lovable, respectful, polite and witty.
I had so much fun there. Recommended it without hesitation!

I loved it. The rooms very spacious and really comfortable. The spectacular pool. But the small gym .. we had to wait half an hour to have a free device ..
Excellent service in everything you need at the moment. One sits in that place like a true King. What I loved the most was its high degree of cleanliness, its level of Asepsis is impressive in all sides of the hotel. Zero partner and dust in every part I was, check everything.
They are making it beautiful. Go see the remodeled rooms. They are going to make more rooms and reform the lobby this year.

Can't leave more than 3 stars, not because the hotel does not deserve more, but because I can't bear to see so much lux and waste, while many people in DR are poor and don't have a house, food or even water to drink.
Really nice hotel, loved the rooms, ideal location. No sea view but much better than the hotels with view.

It has a lot of history and is an older hotel. Bathroom are small and not much water flow in the toilet. They charge me $8 for a coffee at the bar. Doorman is super nice but all other staff are lost and don't know how to work on hotels. It is fancy but not a 4 start hotel, more around 3 starts.

Enough parking, tree has a small group of green parrots, how nice to see.
