OC Fair is the best!!! You can have fun, eat, and it's for the whole family. You can buy " Funpass" or Tickets for rides. It's relatively cheap. I was impressed with the food: many Big Turkey legs ( wrapped w bacon), corns, "Pink Dog",... I had a huge sausage w onions...it was awesome: not salty And not greasy at all! - I am into healthy food so it's wort to try it. Once at least.
The event is open until midnight. It's a must see event!!! Enjoy it.

Terrible!!! The food is way overpriced and the rides as well. Even if you buy the ticket deal of $50 for 100 tickets. Each ride cost 15-20 tickets???!!! You might as well go to Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm. The ride employees are all rude, even the ones at the Guest Services booth.

OC fair, love it better than the LA county fair. The experience and the food is amazing! Smaller than the LA fair but who needs the repeated games and vendors. It's just the right amount of ever thing.

Well we were going to get the unlimited ride bracelets, the cut off is 1pm that's all ok.
But when you been waiting in line to by the tickets for 11 mins and they say we missed the 1pm cutoff time now that's B.S

The sign is not clear the the cut off time is for ppl in line or by the window purchases time.
And I think there is some legal implication for not having clear details on cutoff time.

So if you in line waiting for to purchase the unlimited tickets should be accommodated.

And $5.50 a ride is ripe off

The OC Fair this year was awesome! So many food choices and exhibits to see! All of the animals were adorable and the wood carving exhibit was truly awesome! I took the bus there from the Village in Orange and it was perfect! Such a great experience, I really recommend taking the bus!

Great venue, easy to navigate, even saw a few handicapped folks having no problem getting into the concert, easy-peasy. Parking wasn't too bad either. The HANDICAPPED parking is an issue. Not enough and pretty sure it's not ADA compliant, but otherwise ok.

Waiting an hour to go in to the event finally got in had the VIP tickets (didn't make much of a difference) there was 4 shows in all so many cars in the event, couldn't take any pictures no monsters at all, we saw two of the shows they where ok waited for another 30mins to go to the next place to park noting happened in the other 2 places that they had a show at , so in all they had 4 rooms to park in you where Waiting there for nothing not sure why parking in the other rooms were necessary (I guess just to see the decorations) this was a waste of time and money DO NOT recommend i know they have restrictions because of covet but this was bad

Such a great place for events such as Gun Shows, Gem Faires, and music performances. Love this place. Can't forget about the Swap Meet every weekend! And duh of course the Fair. I can't wait to be back in CA so that I can visit this spot and enjoy the festivities

OC Fair & Event Center home to Centennial Farm has become an annual family favorite event spot to experience outdoor rural fun in the suburbs. Each summer is packed with live band entertainment; extravagant portions of appetizing food; carnival rides galore; animals to gaze, all activities for a nominal fee. OC Fair also hosts annual arts & crafts exhibits in which many locals participate. There is so much more to enjoy besides these teasers. The OC Fair a simple affair to gather with friends and family on a warm summer's eve, and enjoy festivities amid moonlight while the ocean breeze blows inland cooling every aspect down. If you missed the fair this year or have never been, slate it on your calendar-to-do for 2020. You're sure to have a good ole time. Yeehah!

Went to their Winterfest, fun place for the family. Chocolate chip cookies at the cookie stand were awesome! Festival of lights was really nice but they needed to play some music, then it could have been spectacular!

We go every other weekend for the swap meet! People are very friendly! It s a large gathering of everything imaginable just about! The lemonade located behind the info desk in the middle is the best! The food is kind of expensive. It gets a lot of foot traffic so they can bump the price I suppose. It s a great place to get some quality items! Have fun!

Plenty of things to do, go cheap look at exhibits, farm animals, crops, rocks and knock offs. Spend a little and get interesting food, craft beer and tastes of wine and enjoy the free entertainment. Spend more go to a concert, try over the top food concoctions, buy great wines at the wine courtyard, and try to win the biggest stuffed animal for you loved one. Then go on many of the whirl and hurl rides in the Carnival area. See bees, butterflies and baby piglets. Meat on a stick, fried everything, grilled veggies, corn, turkey legs, bacon wrapped you name it. Biggest tip: take one of the OCTA OC Fair Express buses, save on parking, travel and discounted admission to the fair on the weekend.

Really enjoyed the OC Fair. It has less exhibitions than the LA County Fair plus it seemed less crowded and organized. Also there were tons of fair food eateries and carnival rides. Will be back!

Can't believe some of these places inside the fair are refusing to give water...It's ILLEGAL to charge someone for TAP WATER...Bottled water I understand they do charge, and for a cup or something to give u the water in they possibly will charge also, but if I already have a cup from the drink I bought earlier why wouldn't they give me tap water without charging??? I had a few places REFUSE to give me water...IT'S SOOOOO HOT AND AGAIN, ILLEGAL IF Alcohols is being served! If alcohol is being served by law water needs to be provided for free...So what makes the OC FAIR ANY DIFFERENT TO REFUSE TAP WATER? Luckily for me I was able to find some nice people at the lemonade stand to provide me with water and ice and they couldn't understand if other stands had tap water why they would refuse to give any? I wish I would have gotten the name of the stands and the people but I was on the hunt for water for my kids because the lemonade wasn't cutting it in the heat! Also some of the employees on some of the kid rides were rude...Couldn't believe it...All in all, fun day, but these rude employees at the KIDS rides and others refusing to give TAP WATER on a hot day, made it frustrating...All the people that go to the fair, go to have fun and pay a lot of money for this fun...Please be kinder and more considerate, AND TELL ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND OR VENDORS.

A fair is a fair and they all look the same. However, the grounds in Costa Mesa are very nice and very well taken care of. That is what is more important to me when I go to one of these things. The fair down in my area is a glorified dumpsite where the owners are only concerned about raking in the cash when the fair is in town and are not keeping up the grounds at all.
