If you're getting older like me, I'm 58, I now prefer this Fair because it's smaller cooler and the lines for everything are short. I may go to Pomona fair just to look at the RVs and have a beer at my secret spot. At the Pomona fair there is a little little bar that, nobody knows about. The only way to find it is for somebody to tell you where to go or you have to discover it, like I did.

Fun food, interesting exhibits, many fair-type vendors like plumarias, jewelry, Touch of Mink soap and skin care, cookware, home improvement. Art gallery with local competitive mixed media artists and photography. Decent fair rides, 2-4 music venues including The Hangar and the Pacific Amphitheater. Lots of parking with helpful attendants.

It's the fair people. What more can you ask for. All you complainers stay home and watch it on video. This is the one time of year I meet some pretty cool folks and only time everyone seems to get along. Hello! Fair food and rides and gadgets and As Seen On TV stuff. Awesome. Parking is awful but there are other ways to travel to fair and get in at half the cost of fair admission. My secret.

This is a fun place to come to stuff yourself on everything fried. They have shows, farm animals, rides, lots of vendors selling their goods. You can see cooking demonstrations, all the crafts and such that people hope to win a ribbon. The best deal is on weekends when you can catch a OCTA bus from several locations for around $4 round trip and get a $3 fair voucher. They also have a Wednesday special each week. Bring the kids and lots of money and spend the day.

It was really hot the day we went, but it was worth it :) It is $7 for seniors/Kids and $12 for adults. I went on a Wednesday and if u donate 5 piece of clothing you get free admission with one free ride. To me, the food wasn t that good. It wasn t like different than usual. I paid $35 for rides with was unlimited until 8. That was really worth it because my friend and I rode on almost all the rides. If you go, make sure to bring 2 ice cold water bottles because drinks there are not worth it. The was also this free place to take selfies and it was really fun

Hard to navigate even when there is absolutely no traffic as there was when I went. It's a good space, centrally located, but it's just too big for small events and too congested for big events. I'm not sure what the solution is.

Haven't even been inside yet because of their long damn line! Traffic coming in really sucks balls!! They have no one controlling the flow of the traffic. Didn't have this issues in the San Diego County Fair!! OC fair you need to work on organization skills!! Never coming here again!

I think the massive area is amazing and home to wonderful events like OC Fair, Flea markets, Farmer's markets, etc. I think it's fun to go any weekend cause there's always something there. It's great to see local business showcasing their products and services.

I had so much fun ! parking can be as low as 5$ and entrance was 12$
I did not get on much rides, but I did not think they were too expensive! I got the 50 tickets for 20$
and I enjoyed the rides I got on! The food was great! Recommend the fried Oreo's and also
the corn!! I have to admit the best part was the michelaguas! OMG! great! They were 8$ but it was so worth it. I recommend cucumber water with the mango and chamoy ! great time!

Rock Wall gets wines from various wineries and bottles them with their labels ( I think that's how it works? Correct me if I'm wrong ), so they have a variety of labels and varietals of wine from multiple brands to choose from. Neat concept!

Lived in SoCal for 15 years before moving to the east coast. There is NOTHING like the OC Fair!!!! Took my daughter to Disneyland for 3 days... still whines about wanting to go back to the fair. We have fairs in Virginia, but they are significantly smaller... Felt like a kid again holding a gigantic corndog while walking around looking at the exhibits, attractions, and merch... even caught the Hawaiian dancers and the hypnotist Mark. Better than LA county Fair and San Diego County Fair by miles. Traffic situation is a bit bananas but once you're parked (DON"T FORGET WHERE YOU LEFT YOUR CAR!!!) and making your way in... the corndogs are over by the blue gate entrance, come hungry and wear comfy shoes!

I attended this year's OC Fair here. Being a local I knew certain tricks that worked well. For parking let's just say I parked off site somewhere close for free and that works quite well. Every year for the fair they have specials and this year I took advantage of the early bird special on Sunday for a $3 entry fee. If you come when they open there's less people and you can get out of there been two hours or so with less hassle. There is a large variety of food available that's slightly inflated prices but it's worth it once a year. And of course there's the carnival games and rides as well as Crafters Village animals and the farm. I also have live entertainment here. As usual this was a great experience and much easier to deal with than the La Fair.

Fun

I come here every year with the wife and kids and we always enjoy our time here. Parking sucks, just like every event in Southern California, but just arrive knowing you'll have to walk a little or Uber to the front.

Not that many unique products and services at bargain prices. In fact ot feels more like product and srvices you could find anywhere for a higher price. Did enjoy the scented salts and oils booth, got myself some jasmine salt.

Had a great time at the Orange County Fair! My family came to enjoy the food and fun and were surprised to see a live band at one of the many stages! After about 30 minutes I found out the band is called THE FALLEN ELECTRIC from Montclair California! Hope you all can check them out. We loved them!

Went for the night market. They charge $8 for parking, $5 per person to get in. Pretty much every food item is $7.50 to $10. It's a good place to splurge and cheat on a diet but not good if you're looking for a simple healthy meal. If you're going all out you must try the fried chicken skin nachos. OMG!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They called me a week ago to come get my check tomorrow and I didn't come until the next week to get my check and they still didn't have my check printed. Worst company ever
