It's renovating and we went on open doors time, it's great to explore here
I like the place but I fell on the * FAKE ICE
and it not even skating but over all the place would deserve a lot of money
Nice scenery, right on the water. Went here for an event.
One of the best places to catch a concert- Budweiser stage.
A shame that the city could not keep this beautiful place in good condition.
Great outdoor venue. Prices were insane tho! Saw Iron Maiden there on Aug 10, 2019.
Lovely place to go for a concert at the amphitheater
I have lived without power or water and heat since may. I cook in a community bathroom if I want hot food no one cares. Please help me show this place isn't what it seems I still have no power water or heat.
Dont let Doug the Ford turn this place into condos with a casino.
Came here for Cirque du Soleil. It was a nice venue. I liked that there was a clear designated area for Uber/Lyft pick up/drop off point. However, coming out of the venue, they only had a narrow path way for exiting patrons while the entrance for patrons had several wide aisles. During emergencies, this would be a problem. Something to consider.
We went here for a paddle boating. This place is really amazing with parks, lake and so on. It is one of the best places to spend quality time.
Nice christmas light display second place to Niagara Falls light festival that featured many animated light displays.
The revitalization of Ontario Place has proved auspicious. The scenic routes are amazing.
Wonderful outdoor place to walk, share with people and friends.
We went there for the winter light exhibition. Very beautiful and creative. We had such a lovely time.
Nothing to do except see a show. Just got a reply from ontario place that there is lots to do,but I saw nothing. The word now is Rogers and the lying Doug Ford government are thinking about tearing apart ontario place and building a new stadium for the blue Jays because the one they got from the PC government for a song isn't worth the up grade. Shame on all of you especially the government for not thinking about the people, just the business that helps them
Great paths along the lake shore that could be biked or walked.
Waste of Time...Another flip by the government. Great opportunity wasted
This place used to be Ontario place and now there's events there! Digital dreams, pizza fest, movies etc. It's nice but would like to see it used for something daily. Nice spot by the water to take photos at least!
I came here when they had the taco fest. The ticket which allows you to just get to the festival was pricy ( sorry for my blunt opinion) but super great vibe. Wanna come back next year!
Went to the Aurora Winter Festival. Went on a weekend, great stuff but too many kids. Wish it was more of a mature crowd with larger firepits and more brews with a vendor that sells hand warmers :)
Excellent organization. Excellent COVID procedure.
Winter light show was a nice walk on a dark night, a few people enjoyed the ice rink and bon fire. Bundle up it gets cold! Could do with more refreshment stands, some entertainment perhaps? The light displays were not very impressive, but the trees along the path created a nice ambiance.
This is one of the best parks in Toronto. Great views of the lake and the skyline. If your visiting Toronto or you live here, check this place out!
Great place to rest "in the green" in downtown Toronto. Cycling, jogging, rollerblading ... or just a romantic walk.
On the website for Ontario place it said that the place was open and thriving with fun and activities.
When we got there, we soon discovered that the place was a ghost town with nothing to do. What used to be kiosks, shops and more are now just empty buildings. We walked around for about an hour trying to find something to do, we came across a boat rental shop, the price for a four person paddle boat was 35$ for one hour, it was honestly the highlight of our day. After a long morning we soon became very hungry so we set off to find some food. We came across a snack shack but, it didn t really have much to eat meal wise, so the clerk gave us directions to a place that would have more options. When we got there we figured they had a pretty good menu but, when we ordered they told us they where sold out of a lot of options. When we finally got food we where highly unsatified, not only was it expensive the food was premade, somewhat tasteless and the they tried to cram kale in to meals where it just didn t fit. In conclusion I wouldn t recommend Ontario place to anyone it is dull and bound to be disappointing for everyone.
I worked here never had an issue with any staff. The Oktoberfest security I will report them they are horrible. Kicking everybody out cause he thinks you are to drunk, he wasint even the head of security who btw is very respectufl came up to me and confirmed I was not drunk. BUT I still get kicked out? This place is lacking in etiquette, I was neither jumping around or roudy literally standing have a beer and he goes on a power trip and I get kicked out. when you have a party that spends over 3 thousand dollars you tend too not piss them off. Waste of money last year was 100% better will never go here again.
Open to the public. Great Toronto Skyline views. Nice and quick detour off the waterfront bike path. Worth the 15 minutes detour.
Came to see the Barenaked Ladies and Hootie and the Blowfish. It's been years since the last time I was here for a concert. They've done a few improvements for the better. Parking was pretty easy as well.
Had a great time as usual ! Love being able to sit and walk as I please on the lawn area, while listening and watching a concert.
Poor old run down Ontario Place. Sitting on one of the most valuable pieces of real estate in all of Canada this forgotten spot has been left to slowly disintegrate into the water. It never really had much to offer and was used as a rich mans marina and a place for concerts. At least the lack of crowds makes looking around easy.
Ontario govt closed Ontario place park. The still have events at Molson Amphitheater and there is a marina for yachts avalable
located on the shores of lake ontario this complex is the ideal place for outdoor activities: boating, jogging, biking, rollerblading, walking, romantic walk etc ...
parade during the beer festival and carnival, not to mention the music festival there is always an event going on, so in the end a must for tourists.
the place to be for outdoor activity / recreation.
This address is wrong mr google maps!! it's a warehouse at this address!! Update yourself!
Saw Blade Runner there. Was surprised they have a snack bar. Popcorn was good. Movie was awesome on the big screen. Sound was louder then I would prefer but I'm a wimp.
Its back. Great place to attend an event see a concert or go for a walk.
Pretty terrible overall. Not much to do and what is there looks pretty half assed. There were people sleeping on the ping pong tables and the ice rink was small, dirty and empty. The food stand by the water had staff who didn t seem to be trained properly as it took forever to serve 6 people and the food was reheated from frozen which is disappointing given the city has so much amazing food. Some ethnic flavour would be nice. Not a fan of Doug Ford, but hopefully the new government does something to fix this place soon as the people running it now seem to not have a clue what they re doing. Sad that my taxes are contributing to this
Visited Ontario Place during Winterfest. It was simply beautiful. If you have kids, definitely bring them there next year.
Great place for so many things. Especially love bringing my dog there for some relaxation!
Love this place loud n proud!
The only HUGE downfall is...
If you have a lawn seat you SHOULD be able to smoke considering it's OUTSIDE uncovered.
This place is so fun for those young and old! The shows that play here are top notch
Always a great place for concerts, and Cirque du Soleil too!
Love it here! My family and I went here just last 2019. We had a blast. It's a bit crowded but we expected that so no problem. People here are having fun, which was nice feeling. The exhibition was great! We visited and shopped some plants like air plants and many more. I like the rides alot! My kids loves the long slide which was so fun! We had a great day! Expensive but worth it!
very fun place to walk and bike mostly in the summer
A fun family hot-spot for many generations, Ontario Place provides folks from all walks of life the opportunity to get out and enjoy the blissful sun-drenched days of summer at the edge of the lake in the beautiful city of Toronto, Ontario. Enjoy live concerts in the open-air, boat rides, picnics, water rides, food and entertainment of all variety. Visit Ontario Place and escape the stress and worries of everyday living.
Did the Famous Canadian 5K Beer run. Beautiful course with some amazing views. Highly recommend!
This place really needs a major overhaul, it's embarrassing to our tourists and residents. We are a major city in North America and most of our waterfront looks like garbage.
It is a place to enjoy the lights turned into art and recreation.
