I think the customer service at this branch is poor, and you have to wait at least an hour after your appointment time to even be seen.

Over priced for very basic services. Most average facial. Won't recommend.

Highly recommended.. Dr. Ali Halawi is the best, he takes his time with each patient and listens to your concerns and what bothers you. He is down to earth and really great to meet with.

Rama was such a great help, she truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information about the treatments required to make the right decision.

Always love the results and would definitely return.

I went in for a Mesotherapy dermapen with Dr.Zeina. She is so professional and walked me through everything. I noticed improvemnet with the first session and was so happy with the results after my third session. The staff is also very helpful.

Best derma clinic , I've been coming here for 4+years especially for dr Mohsin. He's the best for all sorts of cosmetic and non cosmetic issues. Also Aya at the reception is my favourite always a joy to come here for facials and other cosmetic procedures

I was persuaded by a colleague to have the velour shape program done at Obagi Spa to reduce the cellulite on my legs. I had a consultation with the doctor who was very nice and seemed to know what she was talking about.

The doctor said if I signed up for 6 sessions she would give me a extra 2 sessions free. Although I did not have the money there and then they started the treatment..

The staff member who did the treatment on my legs did not take a photo before the treatment - they claim to have miraculous results so it would have been good to see a before and after. The treatment was excruciatingly painful.

I paid for my session and left. I was told to come back in 4 days which I did. The treatment was the same as the first. I asked the Filipina therapist to take a photo of me on my mobile phone which she did.

I went for a third treatment and saw there was absolutely no difference at all. In fact my legs looked more dimpled than before I started. I complained to the Manager at the time and showed her the before and after photos. She actually thought the before photos were the after photos and visa versa.

I was told to pay for all six sessions in advance and when I told the management that I was waiting for my salary and would be in to pay them in a day or two they kept my Emirates ID. I felt like a criminal. The next day I went in to pay them the balance I owed them and had a huge struggle to get my Emirates ID out of their safe as the Accountant was not in and he was the only one with access.

I called several times to speak with management over my concerns but could not get through to anyone. I had to go back home to my home country after a family bereavement and never went back to Obagi again. AED6000 wasted - washed down the drain.

I still feel very aggrieved by this and only had 3 treatments of something that clearly did not work missing out on the 3 treatments that I had paid for as well as the 2 extra treatments I was promised.

I would not recommend the spa nor would I recommend the treatment I had. An absolute waste of time and money!!!

Based on a friend s recommendation, I booked a hydrafacial with Jade. The facial was great, I felt Jade was very thorough and she knows her stuff. I also need to mention that she is lovely, unpretentious and I felt very comfortable with her.
However, at the end I had an issue with the bill. I had the price confirmed to me on Instagram prior to the facial, however they were charging me for almost double the amount. The explanation was very confusing about price increment and different categories of hydrafacials. I booked hydrafacial period without anything extra. Anyways, they were able to honor the original price confirmed to me without too much fuss. If you are thinking of booking, make sure you confirm the details 150%, so you don t end your treatment with an unpleasant surprise.

It is a pity that a visiting doctor/s ruin the customer experience and the brand for such an establishment with long positive history. My experience is with Dr. George Z. who has no respect for his patients or their time. On more than one occasion, we were made to wait for a prolonged period of time just to see other patients let in ahead of our appointment. And what makes it worse is that he does not have the courtesy to apologize for making his patient wait for more than hour as if it is expected to wait or as of it is a privilege to be served by him. As the saying goes, you hire for skills and fire for attitude. In this particular profession, it is all about the attitude, word of mouth and respect. There are plenty of similar physicians in the market rendering similar or better service. So, I recommend keeping the head down and close to earth, perhaps respect will be rendered in return.

I want to thank Deena for making sure my wife and I are always taken care of when coming to the Clinic.

I have done beard laser with Clarisse, facials with Jade and skin treatment with Dr.Ali. My wife sees both Dr.Elias and Dr.Ali. We are so happy with the services and loving the results!!

The treatments offered at the spa draw attention of ladies young and old. The spa claims to offer discounts and specials on multiple treatments, and offers special discounts for flight crew.

On many occasions the treatment is started before price agreement, and client is told that a special rate will be offered.

Customer is forced to pay full amount of treatment at the end of session.

Highly un recommended place, think twice before you choose this spa.

I had a horrible experience at this clinic, the doctor was over confident while talking but not professional at all, she performed derma-pin without applying a proper anesthetic cream, althoughI told her that am in pain she ignored me an continued her 3 minuets treatment

Being in the beauty industry for the past 5 years, I visit clinic very often, but honestly Obagi is one of my favorite clinics. Dina is always my star to get in touch to book my appointments, she is incredibly professional and kind (gives you the VIP vibe) moving on to treatments I must say, to everyone that my Lips are made in Obagi, Dr. Zeina have done the incredible job I have never had so great and long-lasting results before,
Let me not forget the Incredible Ali you can have those beautiful conversations with him so humble great like you can feel that you are in safe hands, I have also done laser recently and I must say the results were so flawless, I am so in love with this place that whenever I pass by the lower ground floor in Dubai mall I do say hi to the team, as they are genuinely the best.

Receptionists at Dubai Mall are rude and snobbish .They cant greet when you arrive and always book appointments really poorly -Today I had a laser treatment booked for 11h30 and only had it after 12 even though I arrived early .The last time I had an appointment I was a few minutes late but after waiting 20 minutes I simply went to the receptionist to ask when Michelle the therapist would finish .she called Michelle in front of me and told her to hurry up as I was 'nagging' which was not true.For the price of the expensive treatments the customer should be treated exceptionally ,not only if you are Arabic .The Therapists are very nice on the other hand but I wont be visiting this branch ever again due to the bad approach of your reception staff

I just wanted to share my experience and say how wonderful Dr.Ali is and so is their team. They try their best to help accommodate their patients even when there a some delays which i dont mind waiting. But i felt i needed people to know that if they are going for a natrual look then Obagi is the place to go. They also have some great offers. Thank you guys for making me feel great!

I had plenty of facials in the past 2 years but by far I had my best facial experience with jade. She ensures to walk her patients through what to expect through the session and after. Her passion is clearly obvious and the products she uses are top of the line.

Can t recommend Obagi enough. Great results, excellent communication and pricing is fair. Wish I had discovered years ago.

Disheartened and extremely dissapointed with them. I would not recommend anyone to visit them for any treatements. Its a waste of time and money. Dr Natalia recommended laser resurfacing and dermamelan peel one of the expensive treatment on the list of services they do.The scars and marks on my face still remains. My skin looks completely drained out, tired, scary and puffy after such a heavy treatment. Please do not go anywhere near laser resurfacing from them. My face was lot better and glowing before this laser resurfacing treatment. I regret going to Obagi Medi spa Dubai mall. Beware and be cautious of what you are getting into please. Its a disaster!!!

Because of my skin type and tone, I used to struggle with random treatments and products...but having had the initial consultation with Obagi Medispa and specially their facials, I have seen great improvements that I haven't had before. Thank you guys so much!

The Doctors are amazing but unfortunately the admin lacks the management of their clients appointments. They should respect their clients time.
I had to wait for an hour after my appointment to get to see my doctor. Why take appointments if your going to make your clients wait.

I am just amazed about the disrespect the spa had towards me. Some time ago I went for fillers and in the middle of the session the dr mentioned " I'll apply a bit more on you, I believe you need it ". And never told me the bit more would cost me double the price. On my way out they charged me for the price of one filler session since that was what I went for. After that they called me and said that the dr had applied it twice and it was double the price and I should go back there and pay. Of course I refused since they can not charge me for something they never told me it would cost more, I was never given the chance to decide if I was willing to pay for that bit more since I was unaware of it. Besides that, it was a horrible job, the dr made a huge mistake and put too much fillers in my eyes. They looked super puffy and even one of their helpers when she saw me she said it was too much and they had to fix it. I came back there several times to try to fix it and it was only getting worse and bruised. At the end I just gave up and decided to never go back there again. I wasnt going to put a review but then TODAY, after several months they called me again to charge me for that amount of money again. What a disrespect! After the horrendous job done on my face they should be apologising and giving me my money back... not calling me AGAIN and asking me for something I don't ow them. I will never go back to that spa again.. never!

Respect for privacy ... Reception cereal .. Dr. Mohsen Masha Allah ... pills and good and follow his patients ... And credibility ... About myself and supported benefited from the center ...

Dr. Halawi was amazing had the 50% discount on the botox and he listened to what I wanted. They even asked me to come back if I wanted more for a free touch up.
