A great boutique hotel near the Palazzo Strozzi in the middle of Florence. Entering the hotel, you dive into an oasis of peace. The room in the tower with jacuzzi is highly recommended. Here you feel good. The beds are very comfortable. In the spa area you can unwind. The always friendly and helpful staff tries at any time to fulfill any wishes. The breakfast was ok.

I stayed in this hotel in Florence in the center for a relaxing weekend with friends and I must say that I have not seen anything more beautiful.
Strategic position, directly in Piazza Strozzi, wonderful room, perfect soundproofing, clean and equipped with every type of service, excellent bed, large and really comfortable.
The Spa of the structure is really the icing on the cake, relaxing, with a large Jacuzzi, showers, sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area, I also allowed myself a fantastic relaxing massage in the wellness area, truly exceptional.
The breakfast is excellent with a rich buffet that ranges from homemade desserts, hot croissants, fruit, an excellent selection of typical cheeses and cold cuts to drinks such as fruit juices, juices, coffee and so on.
In all this luxury it was really a pleasure to see a young and very kind staff, I take this opportunity to thank Elisa, Marco and Milena for the advice, thanks to them I traveled the whole city in just two days without hitches and saving time, I dined in the best typical restaurants.
I recommend this structure to everyone.

Great 5* hotel in the historic centre of Florence, only a few minutes walk from everything (Duomo, Arno river, Piazza della Signoria). The staff is very kind and welcoming, more than happy to help you in case of need. The rooms are clean and provided with WiFi, complimentary minibar, Handy (a portable smartphone with data and free calls) and bath products by Etro. The spa is cozy but big enough to be enjoyable. Had a great stay, would be more than happy to come back again!

Perfect stay, the staff give a lot of small attentions every day and they are all very kind. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes from everything and there was even a cell phone in the room that you could use outside, very handy for using Google Maps to not get lost and find places! The room is tidied several times a day. The breakfast is complete, there is something for everyone. We had to leave before 7am and they gave us a bag with things to eat and drink. Small attentions always appreciated!

This little gem was hidden down a side street, making it a little bit hard to find. This was easily my favorite of the three hotels on our Italian trip, and one of my favorites anywhere. The room was spacious and richly appointed with dark wood, gilded lamps, and elaborate ceiling decoration. The bathtub was big enough for both of us at once. If you open your window in the morning you can hear the beautiful cathedral bells from what sounds like every direction, but there's hardly a sound with them shut.
All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. We especially liked the bartender, Fabiola. She was very sweet and attentive, made good drinks, and friendly conversation. The lounge is comfortable and classy. They have a breakfast buffet and cocktail hour in the afternoon.
The spa here is interesting. A Turkish bath is kind of like a rainfall shower, except the water is at a higher pressure and comes out almost lukewarm. The idea is that the water will massage your shoulders. And if you prefer more heat, there are the saunas just beside it. It's nice to alternate between the two. They have water by the lounge chairs for you to recuperate.
We were able to walk here from the train station in around 15 minutes, though there was some cobblestone road. It was a nice way to see the surrounding area, though I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a suitcase with wheels.

One of the best hotels in Florence as far as room quality is concerned, true 5 star services. Nice quiet and large rooms. Great location. BEWARE that they will trick you into packages, like breakfast and massage and then be extremely limited with the times you can book the massages. I don t recommend buying a package offer. Breakfast is underwhelming with small selection.
Simply a superb Hotel with exceptional service and a bar to die for. Do not miss the welcome cocktail hour. You won't be disappointed!

Hotel in the heart of the center of Florence in a quiet street: ideal location for excursions in the city.
Friendly staff. Very pleasant little touches. We took a Junior Suite, which was generally very satisfied. Access to the mini bar was included in the service which is not generally the case.
The spa: very pleasant after a long walk. In addition, I performed a spa treatment (facial treatment), a sympathetic beautician and a relaxing treatment.
Breakfast: complete and varied. A waitress is very friendly and efficient.

I have stayed at many 5-star hotels through the years and this just won't do it, not for me. At their best moments they could reach a 4-star rating. The staff is friendly but they don't have a clue what 5-star rating expectations brings from the guests.

Delightful hotel, how delightfully friendly all the people working there are. Although not very large, nothing is missing, and perhaps this is to make it very comfortable. Excellent and plentiful breakfast and excellent dishes offered by the kitchen. Spacious rooms and, allow me, super clean! The building that houses the hotel is splendid. I highly recommend it.

Great location in Florence. Walking distance to everything within 15 minutes. Staff very friendly, room and bathroom finished nice. USB ports for phone chargers. Good breakfast and champagne is free with desserts for happy hour at 6:30 every night. Great hotel. I would recommend and stay there again if I have the chance.

The breakfast is fantastic to say the least. The imaginative chef who makes the perfect dinner with his dishes. The barman can recommend the best matching wines. All the staff very helpful and very nice. And last but not least a dream SPA.
