It is a pity that a visiting doctor/s ruin the customer experience and the brand for such an establishment with long positive history. My experience is with Dr. George Z. who has no respect for his patients or their time. On more than one occasion, we were made to wait for a prolonged period of time just to see other patients let in ahead of our appointment. And what makes it worse is that he does not have the courtesy to apologize for making his patient wait for more than hour as if it is expected to wait or as of it is a privilege to be served by him. As the saying goes, you hire for skills and fire for attitude. In this particular profession, it is all about the attitude, word of mouth and respect. There are plenty of similar physicians in the market rendering similar or better service. So, I recommend keeping the head down and close to earth, perhaps respect will be rendered in return.
