I have been to a number of shows now and have enjoyed them all so far. Sound and acoustics are very good. Atmosphere amazing. The acts have been pretty decent. Only the comfort of seating loses a star.

this structure started off as a massive white elephant and waste of tax payers money -Issues relating to the Dome damaged the political careers of Peter Mandelson and John Prescott. The scheme was seen as an early example of what some saw as Tony Blair's often excessive optimism, .---the project was regarded as a massive failure -however a major redevelopment of the site that retained little beyond the shell of the dome, paved the way for the dome's transition into an entertainment district including an indoor arena, a music club, a cinema, an exhibition space and bars and restaurants and is now a fantastic place to visit -in the greatest city in the world the arena is great for concerts and boxing but there is plenty to do besides =restaurants cinemas etc -you can even walk over it which i can recommend and their is the emirates airline over the thames and back
The O2 is a one of a kind experience and the world s most popular entertainment venue. I ve been working here since November 2017 and a guest since 2011. Just fantastic!!
Lots of places to eat, a whole variety of different cuisines. Prices range from average to expensive. Family budget to exquisite fine dining. There's something for everyone. Book the more popular places online to guarantee a table. The place is spotlessly clean with a great modern vibe to it. Security could be tighter though - no bag search upon entry. Not enough staff around either. Fix those problems and you'd get five stars!
This arena is so HUGE ! Come ahead of time if you want to eat in there are plenty of restaurants there. You will of course have to queue if you want to use the toilets there. I was there for Florence and the Machine show. There are screens on each side of the stage and the sound was good. Wonderful time !
Nice Venue Overall... Shame About The Surrounding Eatery's & Transport Connections... I Prefer My Concert Venues To Be About The Venue, The Music & The Atmosphere!!!
Expensive Drinks & Food Within The Venue As You Would Expect, Bag Checks Holding Up The Journey As You Would Expect...
Overall Good Sound For Rock Concert, Comfortable Seating & Clear View Of Stage!
(02 Indigo) Top class white collar fight night. Varying from novice to champion fighters. Security handled everything well Easy to get to the venue and back. Chain restaurants - you know what you're getting.
The o2 is a fantastic events arena, lots of places to eat and drink. Good tube service or Thames Clipper if you prefer. Sky have a Sky bar for pre event drinks and food which was very nice too! On this occasion we went to see Michael McIntyre who is truly awesome
Did the "Up at the O2" dome walk. Great experience. All coveralls, boots, and safety equipment provided. You need to be reasonably fit as the steep inclines can make your joints ache a bit afterwards. Fantastic views all around the dome and surrounding area. Would recommend to anyone looking for an unusual and moderately strenuous activity.
Great live venue, easy to access and navigate. My only concern is that the system with the hiring of pint glasses for beer needs to be refined as we were given incorrect information by staff which ruined the concert we were at. Other than that it is a great venue.
The best place to watch movies and do shopping. The food court is excellent. Parking is a difficult to get and costly. The best for shopping of branded items there is separate shopping mall. Ambience is good. Best place for entertainment, food and drinks and shopping of branded products. A place to see all Hindi and Punjabi movies in london.
Great place, very friendly and helpful staff to guide you in the right direction.. it's an amazing place and literally next to the underground to guide the crowds off quickly and quietly.. well organised
Great place to spend time off even with kids. Full of restraunts also its got brand new outlet be side all the activities that you can get such as gigs, tennis, cinema as well as movies. Reccomend it.
Went to see Michael McIntyre.. seats were worth it, lots of restaurant choice, fast 02 priority queing, staff handled crowds very well, the safety checks make you feel safe!
Great venue great gig but for VIP'S it was handled poorly and the staff basically never communicate with each other... we were pushed pillar to post and really we had to make our own way there. And for first timers to the O2 that was hard, and very time wasting!!!
What a beautiful place to be. The Ozone2 has been expanded and revamped to a more friendly shopping experience and event arena....it's awesome to be there. Visit again guys if it's been awhile you've been there..
It was amazing. So well staffed, great food outlets. The arena is fantastic and easily to navigate to your seat. Lots of loos and very clean. Would definitely go again
The O2 is a great venue with excellent restaurants and facilities there is a choice for everyone.
The up the O2 experience is all good fun giving a unique view over Canary Wharf this is not for the faint hearted at 52 meters high and with a 28 degree incline it s pretty steep but don t let you put that off.
The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the constant building work going on and sitting in a restaurant on a Sunday and hearing people hammer metal and working loudly is very off putting especially on a Sunday evening. Other than that the experience is very good.
It was great my first time seeing a WWE event and it was incredible event. Love the Entrances and Stars. Needs to have more different merchandise. FIRST TIME WATCHING A WWE EVENT. WHY did you guys say it was a criminal offense to film, but then have hundreds of people film it!! Hahah. By the way the sitting plan is awful. Me and my gf had to get up several times and I suffer from back issues..so this made it Worse. There is little space for people to go past once u sit down, so everyone had to get up. Stupid! Anyway wwe live Was Great!
Great place for events, lots of places to eat and now a shopping outlet. 4 stars as the event security banned you taking in your own food or drink forcing you to purchase theirs once inside. Even boxes of chocolate I'd bought as gifts had to be stored in the external bag check areas
Very nice shopping centre with great brands. Really liked it. Very clean and great food options. You also have Greenwich Pier next to it and can do a walk. Emirates cable car is also next to it. A lot of options to spend full day.
Great time! It's an easy to access venue with great public transport links. There are so many features and places here to keep you busy. We stayed next door in the intercontinental hotel so we used the o2 on our nights for food and entertainment. It's a huge all in one venue now with lots of restaurants bars and shops and a multiscreen cinema and bowling complex. As a music venue it was easy to navigate and the staff are very friendly and helpful and there are lots of them to make it easy if you do get lost. We watched Britney spears and the layout and seating was brilliant for her show. It was very easy to leave the venue after the show which is a bonus when it's sold out to 20,000.
Went to watch Post Malone! There was very little to no waiting time to get into the venue. The reason for one less star is due to being unable to redeem my 02 priority 2 for 1 drinks at the bar. The staff seemed unsure about it which was disappointing. Other than that had a really enjoyable evening.
Last time I went to 02 was 10 years ago and it's amazing what they have done with the place. I felt safe because of the guards and so many shops and food place. Looks amazing. Still surprises me how much shops there r in a big tent.
The o2 is evolving into a shopping destination not just for entertainment events. Spacious for children to run around. Great family day out. Car park tickets are expensive I must say.
It's hard to imagine the feeling of being here. To me it feels like a small walled city of its own, with loads of different things to do all under one roof along one long circular street.
The O2 Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the centre of The O2 entertainment complex on the Greenwich Peninsula in southeast London. It opened in its present form in 2007. It has the second-highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the United Kingdom, behind the Manchester Arena, and in 2008 was the world's busiest music arena.
Good place to visit. Also do try the Emirates cable car which is very near to O2.
One of the mall which we reached by discovered without knowing about it! We use Emirates Airline cable as something new and then we found us on the O2! It s big mall and should get some inspection before entering, it dose have many shops
The O2 is an amazing place. It has many eye-catching bulidings surrounding the actual arena. Sometimes the arena get used for the event of Young voices. It is an excellent opportunity to be at the O2. Especially to be at Young voices. I would recommend going with a friend or family member. Its a great place!
In the O2 arena you can get everything. It's very big and large. I think this is the best place for shopping. If you are in London I think you must visit O2 arena. The place is very neat and clean. Wheelchair accessibility is available. Overall my experience is very good and amazing. Thank you
It's a great mammoth of a venue. A little impersonal and have a drink before you go and after the show as not to waste time and money you'd rather not.
Queues weren't too bad for the event. Security checks were thorough which is great. Food inside arena expensive but that is usually expected anyway. Otherwise great experience. Being right at the top is definitely not for the faint hearted or people with fear of heights. However it was a spectacular view!
Went to see Rod Stewart in concert who was amazing. Had comfy seats quite high up but directly opposite the stage. Good procedures in place to get everyone out safely.
Absolutely amazing experience. To have witnessed world #2 v #3 Federer V Djokovic must have added to the experience but what an amazing spectacle this arena has the ability to produce! I would love to visit for more events and experiences only if the prices were reasonable.
Great venue, fantastic sound, just be prepared to watch the majority of your chosen event on a big screen if you're seated further away from the stage than you might like. Food and drink is pretty pricey here though, and as with most places like this you're not allowed to take your own in - and bags are searched as you enter. Security is good - metal detectors as you walk in and also detector dogs inside the venue.
Great adventure scaling the roof over the 02. The guide was very informative and funny. We went at twilight so we could see the twinkling lights of London. Tge whole adventure takes 90 minutes.
Easy to get to on the underground..nice surroundings. Went to Indigo. Lots of places to eat. Easily accessible if a wheelchair user. Didn't go into main arena.
