Love the whole experience of dinner drinks and concert all under one roof.
Love the whole experience of dinner drinks and concert all under one roof.
Always such a good vibe here, clean and friendly staff.
Advice for the ladies!!...always use the ladies loo round the back, the ones by the main entrance always have long queues! Noone ever seems to be use the ones round the back!...
Also, we saw The 1975... BEST GIG I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! they were incredible.
Great venue with easy transport links
Really big and you can engage in other activities such as trampolining.
There is an amazing choice if food to eat here as well.
Didn't go for live music I went to the 02 to walk over the dome yeah it's worth a look and it's a good view if you want want to do something on a Saturday or Sunday then off you go
Delivered stock very busy due to the brits. Normally love going there.
Extremely disappointed with the parking, we went to the cinema yet even though we were less then four hours parking the parking attendant was refusing to give us four hours free parking, he was very rude towards us and eventually called security on us, over 20 later he decided to ring cineworld who told him to give us the free parking, this parking attendant totally ruined what would have been an enjoyable experience
Need more ladies toilets. Had to queue for too long. Probably need 4 times as many. And they need better signage to show you where they are. For a venue holding so many people this was very disappointing.
Great fun. Great food outlets polite on the ball staff
Great place to eat out so much choice in great unique environment... my 1st time at 02 absolutely loved it
Very easy access good transport links. Has expensive beer and food . Good veriaty of entertainment although can be over priced. good disabled access. Staff excellent and helpful. Over all excerlant venue not the best but above average.
Okay so I was here since my employer has premises outside the actual O2 Arena. Even when the arena has no show on the shops and restaurants are a great place to visit. The atmosphere is a bit different from other venues. When shows are on the place is alive and very busy. The only downside is that it is mainly served by one rail line (The Jubilee Line). If that has stopped for any reason then you just have a river boat, the gondola across the river, or buses to get all the crowds home.
One of the best concert arenas I've ever been, with loads of connections (commute) available.
The arena is huge and the acoustic is not bad at all, which was a nice surprise.
Amazing place staff are friendly and helpful good range of shops and restaurants
Great for having something to eat and drink, as well as enjoying a performance.
Good one.
PSCK gathering was done on 15th December 2019.
Easily accessible. There are also a good selection of shops and restaurants within the 02. We thoroughly enjoyed watching Dancing on Ice here
Amazing place great restaurants, shopping and fantastic Stage
Great place with a good atmosphere loads of shops, restaurants and bars. If you are going into the venue for concerts the seating is well positioned but the food and drinks are expensive and remember all those people have a good way to leave it's a long way out.
Didn t really have time to explore all of the O2
spent just a little time at dinner and stopped by a few of the outlet mall shops! Yup! Great prices and deals! Was Really surprised!
Great concert and amazing atmosphere.. had a great time here and easy to get to using the jubilee line underground line..
Fantastic venue with shops and restaurants. You could make a day of it if you were going to the arena.
Great venue. Well organised for such a big size. All staff Ive ever encountered have been polite and friendly.
Disney on Ice show on 6-1-2019. Was so nice and energetic performances.
So much fun and a nice entertainment for kids. Once in a life must take the kids out on the shows like that.
We were on the first row next to the stage. Imagine to see the character's performances so closely. You feel for a moment to be apart of it.
Nice sounds and lightening during the show.
The O2 always manages to cope with the crowds and security staff always friendly and helpful.
I saw U2 and loved it. Lots of restaurants in side and outside the venue. The parking was very easy to find and very close as had my older mother with me. It is steep inside the venue so took are time to climb the steps to the seats.
Nice place to visit and get some food and drink and shop and see a movie
Perfect venue, worth getting there a couple hours early and have some food and drink if you're seeing a concert.
Went during the day when there was an outside market and entertainment, I don't know if this runs every weekend or just at Christmas when I was there. Inside is a range of foody outlets and a shopping centre.
Impressive arena with high street shops, theater and cinema. I certainly recommend visiting The O2 arena.
Me and my mum went to see Little Mix and OMG! The food was yummy, so glad Starbucks was there! The crowds were crazy. The cineworld was large and had great films. I would totes recommend this! Go if you want a family day out or you're a concert lover.
The Emirates ropeway gives panoramic view of london. Go one way with family friends 3.5 pounds debit card swipe both ends. Then catch DLR train to go back to hotel.
Always a great experience & now they have a designer clothes shopping centre
First time visiting the O2, I was impressed with all the places to eat there is a wide variety of different eateries. From steak to vegan also a new large shopping centre although I didn't walk round the shops. The cinema is massive and has 4dx screen.
What a fantastic place to enjoy your favourite events! I was there for the FiFa Consoles World Cup recently, my first time ever at the Arena and it was great. Helpful staff, great organization, fantastic setups for the event and awesome atmosphere all in all. Definitely be back for future events!
Great arena that acts as a mall with gaming stations, shops and restaurants all around, and with a concert stage right in the middle used for some of the biggest musical and theatre performances held in the UK in the recent past.
Big Amazing And Entertaining place to be,
People from every where" traffic people", Clean environment, lot of shops like clothing, foods to eat, Yoga space, live music and many more...
Free sample like on my visit I had free cute side can Diet Coke...
Very busy enjoying day with my family,
Be kind to one another :-)
What i love about O2 is the code and atmosphere. Not to mention that place is filled with many restaurants and cinema as well. Must visit to see the brilliant architecture and if you have time and money you can also climb on top of O2.
Great atmosphere and lovely settings
Created the perfect night for me
Great venue. Good transport connections. Plenty of places to eat although if an event on very busy. Well run.
One of the best and most popular music venue in the world, the O2 has been an overwhelming success. There are also many facilities around the O2 also, therefore getting here early is no problem & all under a giant dome! Although the location is not the best for driving, the venue is well served by the tube, buses & boat services
We had a fantastic night with everything within a stones throw! Parking was easy and reasonable and everything was easy to find.
Concert was great, but the venue was a shambles. Even though we got there an hour and a half before the start it took us so long to queue that we missed the beginning of the show. The people directing the queue had no idea of how traffic flows, so since queues moved a lot faster than others, and once through security there were no signs to tell us where to go. Would avoid this venue in the future
Saw Slipknot here and they were great, the O2 however was not. Ridiculous queue to get in to the standing area that was managed horrifically. Needs a lot of improvement.
Great concert hall that everyone should visit when their favourite band is playing. Good organisation but the bars closed too early!
The O2 was great. I actually had to work as there was a MUSE performance but the experience was fantastic, my manager was very helpful and the till I was using wasn't working properly and had to call the manager frequently and helped me out on a few occasions. Whether it's work related or as a customer, the O2 has something for everyone.
Plenty of places to eat all inside under one roof. No need to worry what tbe weather is like outside, you are inside in the dry wherever you eat!
Missed first few songs at Liam Gallagher's gig as the queue entering the venue was so long. Security was very quick to sort out rows started by couple gig goers.
Amazing place for live events. Such a versatile space. Without a doubt one of the best arenas in the world!
Great shopping and food selection in a great part of London!
Good place for concert and there is a nice shopping mall.
I had been to the O2 when it first opened many years ago, then revisiting lately to watch the live fast and furious show. It's definitely changed good places to eat and shop staff were helpful and friendly and was actually impressed how clean it was considering how many people pass through each day. Will be returning when the next appealing venue happens
I don't any reason to hate O2..I had a fantastic time there.
Not a fan of the arena as a music venue as too big & impersonal - the IndigO2 on the other hand is superb
Love the o2 huge cavernous venue with the best ambience on the planet ..atmosphere amazing
Been here few times now. Big venue. Buy your tickets wisely. Recommend to see your favourites.
This is a cool venue been here for a few shows and have enjoyed them all immensely, main arena is massive but needs a better drinks serving system its too chaotic and busy. The boxes are great but due to the size of the place you are miles away. Security is abit mad one point saw a few people just jumping lines and no one was checking. Loads of good food places too and also has plenty parking.
Place is buzzing. More shops coming up now. Excellent eating options.
Another fantastic night with Pete Tong and the Heritage Orchestra. Roll on next year
Great venue to go and see concerts at, very organised and leaving didn't take too long considering how many people were there! The only thing I would say is if you're scared of height DO NOT sit on level 4 as it is incredibly high up and the stairs to get to your row are very steep without a continuous handrail. However considering how high we were we got a great view of the entire concert (MUSE Simulation Theory World Tour).
Live music and indoor sport venue. Easy to reach by tube (Jubilee line - North Greenwich stop). You ll see it as soon as you exit the station, on your left. Another way of getting there is by using the Emirates cable car (such an unusual experience for a Londoner) from the royal dock all the way to North Greenwich.
Once inside the O2 you ll have plenty of choices for food, and also a VUE cinema. If you want to experience the view from the top of the dome, then book yourself a ticket with up to the O2 . The view from up there is stunning. It s a 360 degree view of London.
I dont even remember how many times i went there, to eat, watch WWE match even for few concerts but the best thing i remember is watching a movies on sat's and Sunday's and just be there enjoy the time and comeback home.
Its is beautiful both inside and outside, anyone goes there will always remember it.
Loved the O2.
Easy to access especially by public transport there is loads of parking but it is expensive lt is best to prebook. There is now an outlet shopping centre within the O2 which looks good.
Brilliant shows. Our seats were high up but we could see everything
The Arena was spectacular, and the show was incredible, such a good experience. I didn't know the 02 had so much to see an do plenty of eating places before you go in to the Arena
Could of spent the day walking about
Good restaurants, nice arena, but expensive to drink there. Keith urban was great to see though. Also a good performance from Brett Eldridge.
Fab day, great place to visit and Highly recommend the Mamma Mia house party
Slowly coming back to life.
A lot of eating, and now, shopping can be done under the Dome.
I highly recommend.
Been loads of times to see bands and always have had a good time. Went last on the 29th march 2019 and spoke to a guy outside the ticket collection who was very very helpful. He was tall, big build and helped us with our ticket issue. Can't thank him enough. Was a great night.
Amazing arena. Most well built full of service, mall, cinema, restaurants
look its the O2 ... nothing to really rate the place overall, its all going to be about who you are going to see
drinks prices are on the high side at the pubs inside and the bars for the venue itself
restaurants are all a bit so-so I've eaten at a few and they just don't try very hard, all middle of the road basic chain eateries but its a 'captive audience' and that really shows in service and quality levels ... i.e. they don't seem to care much
The arena itself is massive. I went to watch my daughter during the Young voices concert. First time I have been to the Arena since it changed from the Millennium dome!
Good music venue, even being high up we still had a good view and the sound system coped admirably
I have only ever been there to make deliveries, so I'll review it for others doing the same.... You have to first go to the vehicle management office which is in the coach park, a little hard to find as it's not on the O2 site, but once you have your pass validated (stamped) it's plain sailing, just drive to the gate, they Scan your pass, and you drive in, everyone on site is really friendly but don't expect anyone to help you unload as only your contact company can do that for security reasons, but the whole experience was great! Been there six times now and never had a problem.
Great place! Love the restaurants, shops, pubs, etc,. Inside the arena everything is extremely expensive - it would be good to have more variety and better quality food, coffee/cakes and beverages @ reasonable prices.
The O2 continues to evolve and is fast becoming a multi purpose venue where you can shop, eat, go to the cinema, climb up the outside or my personal favourite, watch a concert in the 02 arena. It's almost a complete day out in itself.
One of the best facilities in U.K and around the world you can find all you need and one place and you can make good time waiting for tennis, concert or any event there
The place is nice . Gives you good vibes. The access is quite easy with the jubilee line and river bus. There are a lot of eateries inside with cuisines from around the world. You also have Cineworld and indigo , popular cinema and music venues. In addition , you have also got the glossy shopping area with all high end brands . Recommended for a weekend visit.
Very impressed with the O2. Lots of places to eat. Could do with more toilets so don't wait to go until you're desperate! The arena is fantastic but you do need to pay a lot for a decent seat.
The O2 is such a great place to see the best bands ever, play Bowling, watch the latest film or do a bit of retail therapy.
Good security, clean, great choice of food and drinks whilat waiting
Huge Space for creativity and energy outlet. Postive vibes and you can bath in the weekend fun and culture mix of the vital O2 atmosphere. 'Senseurround' feeling on the spirit..
Fantastic place with lots to do. Was amazed at how much was in there! We walked over the top, so had some pretty decent views too.
Very quiet but good to see that everyone respects the Covid-19 protocols in bar and restaurants
This was only the second time I've been here, and it's a fantastic music venue. The sound in the arena is crystal clear with no echo or distortion. We were here to see Jeff Lynne's ELO and what a gig it was!!
The venue itself is brilliant for places to eat as well, a huge choice.
I'd definitely come back
The venue is located in a rather nice surrounding with ease of public transport. A nice selection of restaurants, but nothing too fancy.
My father and I went to see Professor Brian Cox. His show was incredibly interesting and a very good presenter, but unfortunately the event was let down with the venue.
The seats feel like a cross between Easy Jet and an American school bus. The quality of seats are awful and didn't feel securely in place, with plenty of rocking and squeaking. The room you get is terrible and you are constantly interrupting the peoples spaces next to you. There is no where to put your drink or food.
Also, the tickets, emails and website stated the event would start at 6.30pm, but it did not actually start until 8.30pm, with no apparent delays stated.
Overall, for the money I paid, I will certainly be looking at going elsewhere to see events as it may be worth driving that little more to avoid the O2 and try somewhere new.
Big variety of options for food and drink, things to do and shops, I was surprised by how much there was. The seats I had were on the highest level and to the side, but my view was still very good and we could even see a bit backstage which was interesting.
It's a lot different than when I last visit 18 years ago!!
Very nice location...and specialy now..the Christmas decorations are amazing..good team coordonation...
We went on Dec 23rd to do Christmas Shopping. Devoid of atmosphere - no Christmas music or mulled wine. One shop windiw dresser was even taking their Christmas Tree down!
