Second time I've been to an event here brilliant venue and great amenities the shopping centre wasn't open when I went the first time but is now a great selection of shops plenty of places to eat and drink. The staff were all approachable and very helpful so well worth a visit
Great for shows, now with some shops & a good selection of places to eat
A lot has changed over the last decade or so. It has a fairly swanky section of fashion outlet shops with high end brands like Tommy Hilfiger, GANT, as well as a wide range of sportswear outlets like Adidas, Nike, under armour, asics etc. A lot more choice on the food front as well, as I recall it used to just have a nandos. Now it has a wide variety of lesser known contemporary food chains, as well as a five guys and a Gaucho's. The cinema remains too, with a load of screens. With food, cinema and shops in one place, its a much more pleasant experience than the far too busy stratford westfield on a peak period like a weekend. Although if you're going for shops alone, westfield is still the go-to.
Great venue, with wide access ways reducing exit times after a major event. Seating a little cramped though.
Great venue, organised and efficient despite the large number of people involved.
This visit was to celebrate Adult sons birthday. Chose O2 because accessibility drink food and entertainment. Enjoyed Mario Kart then close to Golf driving range after.
Visited last February to watch juice wrld and Nikki minaj. We purchased VIP suite tickets but didn't realise we'd have 10 other people using the bar and be seated in the same open plan area. Probably great for groups but could have had the same experience being seated just 1 row down for alot cheaper. The Show was great and we deffiantly enjoyed ourselves
The new shopping outlet within the O2 is worth a visit. Very nice chilled experience. Get there early to enjoy all the shopping restaurants and then cinema or the main event ! (Or climb over it!)
Great place to hang out with toddlers and kids. Many many restaurants and bars are also available. The new Icon outlet is good but very quite and it is missing some feeling there, plus some kids play area would be nice. Lots of shows to choose from, too.
Great show, seen a few times now and always something new (Impractical Jokers). Staff are always eager to help should you need to get somewhere. Always been busy and queues for the bigger chains but other places always has something else to offer
Watched Kaiser Chiefs. Brilliant atmosphere in the concert hall. Also plenty of restaurants to pick from. There is food of all kinds. Only wish there was maybe a mixed foodhall so we can eat different kinds of food together
Huge venue, but good sound for large venue. Lots to do before gigs as well. Have seen fair few bands here and never really had a bad seat. Can be way up high and need to put on my glasses lol.
Loads of shops in the o2 and some really nice food outlets.
Great new shopping experience with all new design outlet@the icon
I was only able to purchase tickets using AXS. They have taken my money and are refusing my right to a refund. Terrible service and I am embarrassed that the 02 are partnering with AXS.
I went to The O2 Arena twice, and it was incredible. It's the best avenue in London. It's huge place for a big amount of people.
I went there to see Iron Maiden, Megadeth and Scorpions.
There are a good range of restaurant too.
Incredible and fabulous place for any people who like life music
Great venue for watching The Young Voices last night. We were able to make out our daughter's school using binoculars and even found our daughter.
There are plenty of places to eat and shop beforehand and although the parking isn't cheap I'm glad I pre-booked it in advance. We managed to leave within a few minutes of finding our car.
Pricey overall but great value for money. Good hoice of foods and drinks. Parking is a good bargain if you can find a space if not, it's a nightmare.
Young Vouces Choir 2020 concert. Amazing. Great set up' plenty of eateries. Good venue.
Great selection of shops including Skechers Outlet with up to 40% off retail.price.
Great dome, still has that millennium feeling around it. Good places to go inside as well.
Busy, expensive, took over an hour to get out of car park. That said I could entertain myself for several hours while my son at a concert.
Saw Hans Zimmer live, it was utterly mind blowing! Seats weren't bad either.
Only called in while passing, huge venue, would be great to visit for a show/concert.
The O2 is always a good place to go plenty resto now plenty shop good cinema and very good place for show and concert.. Love the place Go have a look and you will be surprised by what you see
Let's not mess about. This is this is the best music venue in the world. Absolutely epic. So well designed and the area is well designed to handle such huge volume of people efficiently.
Best advice to anyone planning to go is use the tube. Uber will be crazy expensive (10x surge I can only imagine) parking will be expensive and congested. The tube is really efficient and walking distance. Was so surprised at how quickly the flow went through.
It's the 02. What a place to visit! Great restaurants and bars. There's a cinema in here, bowling and much more to do. But the main attraction is of course the arena which is absolutely huge.
No matter what seat you get you will have a fantastic experience! I was pretty high up and had great views and atmosphere
Excellent venue with great facilities all under one roof. However some of the staff lacked good manners .
The acoustics for this place are very good for live music!
Fantastic venue, easy to get there easy to get away too. Price for food and drink is extortionate as you would expect dro this type of place especially as they do bot allow you to enter with your own food and drink. They are very strict on that when being searched at entry. Beer 7 pound chips a 5er you get where I am going with this. Seats are comfortable and spacious and the views all round are great
Was here for the BDO darts world championship, cracking afternoon and evening
Great few days at The O2. Star Wars Exhibition and walking over the dome was amazing.
There are a loto of restaurants and places yo enjoy with friends , family or whoever...LOVE It!!
Impressive place! And you can vape indoors (not in the main arena) on the outer circle during intermission so that's good!
Great venue but you have to be choosy about selection of seat. Staff let patrons drink to excess and don't do enough when they become antisocial and spoil others from enjoying the experience.
Lots of shopping and food options. My favourite place to go for concerts.
Great shopping variety, nice eateries/restaurants and looks good since being done up, haven't been to the O2 in a few years and it had changed a lot!
We watched Disney on ice admit was entertaining and really magical for kids. For adults like me it just brought back the good memories of my childhood favourite Disney movies and their theme song. It was lovely that they encourage you to sing and dance with the characters.
Love the O2! Been to many concerts here. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good place to eat too.
Best arena venue London for concerts. Recently saw Harry Styles with really good seats. Must go to if visiting or living in London.
Had a great time at the O2.
Must remind anyone going there if there is a big gig on book a table if your gonna have dinner as queues can start at a 2 hr wait. Especially on a saturday night. There is a tesco near by outside 02 for snacks.
Great place lovely atmosphere amazing staff very supportive and helpful with a great knowledge of the place to assist customers reasonably priced for such a big venue in London
Loved it there and so much things to do from shopping to eating. First time at the Icon Outlet - bigger than I expected. A nice day out.
Great venue, excellent seats. Food and beverages are very over priced
Went to see Disney on ice with the boys. The whole process was well organised. The atmosphere was one of excitement. Security presence gave a sense of safety as the crowd was a rather large one. O2 arena boasts many lovely restaurants with amazing foods.
The O2 is a restoration of The Millennium Dome, the largest domed building in the world. It is located on the Greenwich Peninsula, London. There are many ways how to get to The O2 arena. The easiest way is to take the subway. The only underground route that is connected with all other routs is Jubilee line. There are 8 entrances to The O2 arena. People with disabilities or those in a wheelchair can easily reach The O2 arena. All buildings in The O2 are fully equipped with lifts and wide entrances. A highly qualified security team works day and night to ensure visitors safety and security. The O2 arena offers assistive listening devices for those visitors who have hearing disorders. There are many food and drink outlets on level 1 and level 4. The promotion of the venue is provided all the time. The owner of The O2 arena is AEG Europe. The O2 arena is the most acoustically and technically advanced arena in Europe. The floor seating area of the arena can be transformed according to the type of event. It hosts many concert and sports events such as dancing shows, theatrical and ice performances, tennis, basketball, boxing and hockey matches. Thus, The O2 arena is always in use.The arena will host both the basketball and gymnastics finals during the 2012 Olympic Games. The O2 arena is one of the most visited landmarks in London.
The best indoor venue I have ever been to! Such a huge place and make sure you arrive before any event by at least 1 hour as it can be a long walk to get inside the the O2 and then to go through the security and to your seat. Nevertheless, the staff are very informative, friendly, and helpful.
The atmosphere was amazing as we attended The Script concert.
A night to remember!
Great venue Bit chilly inside. Very tight security gives a feeling of a prison visit or going through an airport and probably will be a better experience if the security is less visible rather than in your face.
There are some nice shops and very good deals.
The sound was poor on this occasion, I think because we were sitting up in the gods, thought The script were as good as ever, due to its size the 02 is not my favourite venue.
Magnificent place to watch shows and shop and eat. It's very big.
Up at the O2 really worth the effort of the climb. Great views over London. But the cost of parking does take the biscuit there should be a discount for climbers.
Good variety of shops, restaurant and bars but Parking expensive
Saw Travis Scott here and it was crazy!
We arrived quite a view hours early to queue up and the system they had in place to get in the venue was very well managed with a lot of staff. They allowed us to leave and rejoin the queue as we were in it for a long time so occasionally went to get food or go to the toilet.
As for the actual concert, it was incredible! The sound, lighting and effects all added to the show and it was definitely one of the best I've been to.
Great music venue that has the atmosphere of a massive arena but is actually smaller in scale so you have a great view pretty much anywhere so long as your not the tier above the corporate boxes. Typical queues at bars and toilets
Absolutely loved it. A great experience. Highly recommended. Thanks to Ozzy and Nat for a fun day. They made the climb so fun. When you got to the top they offered to take photos of us on oir phones. Very sweet of them.. Me and partner are planning on doing the climb again sorry. Thanks for a lovely day guys. You both are awesome. J & D

A great place to shop, eat and have fun. Oh and off course event space.
It's nice place to hang out.. I will go regularly to have nice food and for movies
Brilliant seats in the kings row, however more bar staff are needed in the VIP bar as the queue was too much. Angie Stone was good.
The O2 is a lovely venture: restaurants, a huge concert hall, climbing , you can find a bit of everything there
Saw Cher on Sunday night, she was brilliant when on stage but the costume changes were tediously long. Sadly she left the stage after one number, the house lights came on everybody started to leave, which meant there was no encore or finale losing us 15-20 minutes of the concert, with no satisfactory response from the O2 as to why this happened.
Great event place now have a great collection of outlets as well
Great place to be to have a walk around, some good food options, movies and also possibly for a gig. I usually visit there few times for movies. I guess it s one of the best for movies in London.
This was our first visit to the 02 to see Tears for Fears in concert, which was brilliant!! we were also amazed at what was available inside the dome, from restaurants, shopping, bowling and trampolines, this is one excellent entertainment venue that is worth a visit either attending a concert or just for a day out.
Great place to go see a show. There are lots of fast food stalls and toilets inside and around the entrances to the event hall. There are also designated areas to vape inside so you can go for a quick vape during intermission, no designated areas to smoke though.
One of the best places in London for a live concert performance. Helpful staff especially for people with access issues.
Enjoyed Razorlight and the Kaiser Chiefs here!
Only minor negative was that the Merchandising Stands had pretty much run out of stock (or put it all away) after the concert so recommend that you get your T Shirts early!!
Saw drake on his assassination vacation tour. It was incredible. Got floor standing tickets.
OMG such a big place. I was there at a Metalica concert. It was really amazing. Before the concert we went on a walk to Thames. We eat at a nice restaurant, very tasty diner. The organization of the concert was so good, it was really impressive. It's also possible to see the City from the roof of the venue, I heard it's a must see. Had a great time there, will go again.
Great experience seeing all sights from above didn't feel like we were moving but were
Fantastic venue! Have been a couple of times to see the ATP Finals and every seat in the house has a great view. Very much recommended, has a great atmosphere
Really good professional service. Food is tad expensive for what it is.
Great location, lots of places to visit, nearby public transport. O2 Arena is iconic!
Excellent 20,000 arena for watching bands, sports and stand up comedies. I'd say the best in London. There's not a bad seat in the house. Excellent views due to a great design, however avoid level 4 if you don't like heights or taking young More
This is a much better mall than any mall in the centre of London as its not that much crowded and has great views.
Great venue bars a bit over priced. Fab sound in the arena.
Well organised from the carpark to the places we were sitting. Those guys doing great job! Very helpful too! Arena is full of life with many places to eat or just have a drink. Great experience:)
The O2 is a mega mall, a lot has been done in the inside, many shopping out let's can be found within the o2.
A great place to take family or a date, many restaurants and drinking bars, with cinemas and the actual arena to attend concerts and shows
I went to see Fall Out Boy at the O2 arena on the 31st March. My advice, don't have food in there. It's sooo expensive and really crowded wherever you go. But it is nice. Just eat before hand
Went to see walking with dinosaurs, it was excellent.
Surprising how this place seems bigger on the inside than the outside. We went there to see the Premiere League Darts final & it has a great atmosphere.
Amazing arena, went here for WWE Live and it was amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Be careful on what seats you choose as the seats I chose, staff would always be in front of you. You can get ear muffs if you re sensitive to loud More
Always come here to watch brilliant concerts never come away disappointed
