Of course it depends on the show but great experience overall. 3 star because the staff in the VIP Boxes could be more accommodating and friendly.

An amazing evening seeing Hugh Jackman. We arrived early and ate. Very easy to get there by tube. Lots of food options and shops on site. Took a little bit of time to get through security but sadly unavoidable these days but a good system and team were working to get everyone in. Next time I'd get there a bit earlier to avoid the rush.
Excellent venue. Sound quality is always great when watching concerts and when there's a stage in the middle the viewing is very good. Plenty of places to eat and drink before and after the shows.
So much to do and oxygen was soo much fun! Great family fun at the 02 always!!
Fantastic local place for food, drinks, shows, movies and all the local trappings of an evening out with the family. Always a safe place to go with the family and a wonderful venue for great memories. Don't forget to try some of the buffet food options onsite, and a Starbucks right at the entrance of the O2. Strongly recommend for local visits.
The security at the the O2 airport style so take care when entering and avoid carrying too many or too big a bag. It will serve you well!
Great day out at O2 to see Disney on Ice. Grandson loved it. Never been before. Parking was great as we pre booked, great options for eating before the show & the O2 angels were so helpful & happy. Super post xmas day out. The show was excellent
Great venue with amazing staff. See a show here for a great experience.
Well organized place. Lots of service. Shopping mall, cimena, restaurants, Ice cream, coffee shops and lots of lavatories. Lavatory was really clean and accessable. Lots of bars at the venue providing drinks and popcorn for attendees. There is direct entrance from North Greenwich underground station.
Good variety of food and people. Just stay away from " jimmys world". Dog food disguised as human. Poor quality.
Good place to visit at lest once (shopping stores and restaurants)
Or for events like concert or sport mavhes3
Huge complex with loads to see and do lots of restaurants round the edge you can also walk over the top which is well worth doing they also have some big sport events and other music events etc well worth a visit if you have never been. You can also try the cable car over the river well worth doing as the views are amazing much better than the London eye
Atp semi finals with Roger Federer! Great venue but super expensive drinks and food.
Awesome night at O2, ate at the hollywood bowling alley. Picture is the chicken burger & chips. Burger was really good, chips weren't that hot. Querky decor, 5 pool tables & arcades also on site. Really fast service at bar, cash & visa payment accepted
Well organised, clean, they just accept cards and not money, not a lot of options of food, but easy acesses to everything.
Excellent sound coming from the O2 arena! Great experience. Only thing to remember is that you can't bring any foods or drinks inside. Also, the suits at level 3 are brilliant with a lounge area and seats facing the stage.
Amazing place 1st time and I will definitely be back
Awesome indoors arena. Shops and restaurants a plenty. Much better than Earls Court! Easy to get to and get back from.
I did the walk over the O2 was real fun and would go do it again lol
Watch mrs brown boys the musical absolutely loved the show, VIP lounge was lovely and so was the staff cant wait till our next visit
Visited the retail outlet: great range of high end brands expected at such a location. Great setting too.
Great venue. Easy to get too. Pearl Jam were incredible.
Loads of amazing restaurants. . And loads of entertainment for young and old.
As always, the O2 was brilliant. So much choice for places to eat beforehand and all safety measures in place to keep your mind at ease. Panic at the Disco were fantastic, a show like no other, and the O2 was the perfect venue to showcase their stageshow. Shout out to the stewards and friendly bar staff who work tirelessly through events like that.
I went to see Tame Impala with a couple of my friends and it was amazing. We first went to ASK Italian to wear then we went to the sky lounge and they were both great quality. It was amazing experience and I had a great time.
Great place to see an event. Easy parking. Good selection of restaurants and bars. Minimal queue s to get in and out. Better than Wembley.
Climbed the O2. Cool experience, not difficult, no issues for people with fear of heights, fairly short. Nice views and unique experience for sure.
Excellent venue, excellent services, excellent staff. Always a good night out when visiting The O2! If you are on O2, make use of the Blueroom! VIP bar and lovely place to relax before the show and in between acts.
if you get the chance- in the evening - climbing the o2 gives you a lovely view of london with a great sunset!
Went too see Kylie at the O2 arena. Wow amazing place. Top security thanks guys. Good amount of toilets and refreshments. Friendly helpful staff
Loasds of shops and plenty of places to eat and drink and great concert venue
Perfect location. It was an amazing fun to walk over the o2-Arena. Great thanks to Nick and Brian our climbing guides.
I visited the o2 Icon shops and really enjoyed the range of shops, it has got better since I visited last year. It offers lots of great discounts!
Great night at the darts! Amazing atmosphere. Comfy seats. My only negative would be how expensive the drinks/food are.
Great ambience. Designer outlet just opened up in the O2 and has lots of shopping options from a lot of brands. Lots of places to eat and do stuff in the O2.
Plenty of quality shops, the arena clean and has LOADS of seats been a couple of times just seen slipknot yesterday. We ate at Jimmy's it's an all you can eat and it's prices are very good the food is brilliant and it's very clean too.
Went to the Indigo arena (not the main arena) to see the legend that is Norman Connors, with support from Lonnie Listen-smith, Martha Witney and the starship orchestra. Classic funk n soul - awesome!
Be aware if you purchase standing tickets to a gig....one entrance only... hour's of queing!!! Need to have more entrances and More than 6 scanners!!!! Missed half of chemical brothers!!!!
Fantastic helpers everywhere. I went to the 02 Arena to see the one and only Elvis. Unfortunately there were a lot of steps to the lower seating area. A nice man helped me and a nicer steward took me to my seat. The atmosphere was phenomenal and we all bonded. Priscilla Presley was so pleased to see all of us standing and singing along to Elvis she broke down and cried. I would recommend the 02....10 out of 10
Great shops and venue with lots on. Can easily spend the day here, tho the prices are higher than normal. Parking is confusing for first timers. I would recommend carpark 2 as it's really close to the venue and reasonable price.
Worth getting here early as the venue has lot of restaurants, bars and shops. Direct access via tube and bus links.
What an amazing arena! The energy and the management was nice. ATP Finals was simply amazing. And the selection of restaurants is great as well!
But quite surprisingly Baby care rooms were a disaster.
Amazing venue with only high class artists. The seats have really good panoramic views of the stage. In fact there's all sorts of events that happen there, I've seen Nitrous Circus there live as well, really amazing.
Great place for shopping and dinner! Had a wonderful time just hanging around even with out attending to a concert.
good atmosphere, lovely mix of people if you are up to a good time
Fantastic day out with plentiful, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loads to do - shopping, eating, bowling, cinema, trampoline park and scrupulously clean. Suitable for all ages and highly recommended.
Good variety of stores and restaurants. Can be pricey though.
Great venue, lots of places to eat, easy transport links
Not all shops are open yet due to COVID-19.
Most eateries still closed.
The seats are comfortable and reasonable legroom where we sat in section 114 fir the ATP tennis finals. The view of the court as always was very good. My dislikes and the reason for a 3 star mark was because of the following reasons.
Place seems much better than the last time, nice and friendly people especially the last time i came was not good at all, just because of a kid who no longer works there called Rizwaan very rude and acts like a wannabe roadman, would not employ him anywhere.
It's ok. Unless you are watching a show. Shopping area is good.
Absolutely phenomenal evening, amazing event put on by the team at O2 and UFC.
Somehow the bars in the arena managed to run out of Budweiser on tap by 19:00 so it was bottles or nothing which ended up being more expensive that it already was. Queues are always going to be a bit chaotic at an event like this but the staff behind didn't seem to have much of a system going on which ended up making it look like a bit of a free for all being the counter. Staff fighting each other over burgers and hotdogs.
Great atmosphere, plenty of things to do and places to eat. You'll be spoilt for choice!
Amazing atmosphere, friendly ppl and a good night had by all.
Love a good stroll round the o2, too many people though should have some sort of system to reduce human traffic. Nice choice of places to eat.
I could not visit all places but great choice of eateries
A great experience to sit along with thousands of people and watch the finals of a tennis match!
Great venue, sound seems to have improved in recent years
Probably my favourite live music venue! Great for concerts, comedy and various other shows with a versatile space and good seating all round. Staff are courteous and professional. Food and drinks prices inside the arena are extortionate!
Beautiful place which also shows the tennis live outside when the ATP finals are on
Great Khalid concert. Very mature soul on young shoulders. A very gifted artist
Big venue but no screens for people seating at the upper seats. Almost impossible to see what happens on stage. Staff is helpful but could have a bit of more training. Facilites and amenities plenty but not great sense of logistics and orientation. Need to install some maps around to make walking and sense of direction easier.
Always such an incredible time! Love the atmosphere and memories made here!
Better then the average arena as there is shops/cafes inside the area (that you can access for free) if your going. I would recommend going to kick town.
I went to see Panic! At the disco a few weeks back here the place is amazing now! Spent a bit of time in the new outlet also, again amazing. Lots of eatery's and restaurants, bars too. Definitely recommend.
Large music events centre well set up for hosting huge numbers of visitors. Some great restaurants nearby and access is relatively easy! Very expensive for food and drink inside the arena though and due to extensive security checks you won't be able to take your own food and drink inside! That's the only reason it's not a 5 star review and to be honest I'm glad the security checks are so extensive!
All ways good for live music. Was there to see panic at the disco first time going VIP in box. Had very good view from box and staff where very nice.
The show was great but venue was f f f cold and f f f expensive!! Suggest drinks & food not bought here unless you are very well off or starving!
First visit indoors and pleasantly surprised with the range of good shops, as well as places to eat.
Wonderful place to hangout with friends and family, food, cineworld, cable car, shops, all in one place!
Me and my doughters went to O2 for a concert of Shan Mendes. Everything went well. We get here with a bus 188 from Greenwich Village. Although it was our first time here, it is very easy to get around. There is a hudge shopping area of all known brends (don't expect H&M or similar), so you can spend a time here. Our concert start at 18.30 (written on the card), but as usuall this is the time, when they open the doors of the hall, the contcert actually started 1 hour later. So you have enough time to go to the toilet or to buy some food and drink (soft drink is around 3 pounds). We also bought some merchandise inside the hall with no time for waiting (so avoid buying stuff outside, because there is a lot of people waiting).
The concert went well, the sound was great, since we were at H section, we also had a very good visability.
At the end, there was a lot of people going out to underground, but with a help of staff, it went very smoothly and we were quickly going to a tube.
All in all a great experience, which my doughter will never forget
I love the icon shopping because the shops are cheaper
Good place to enjoy your evening lots of food shopping options
Andrea Bocelli concert was fabulous. Thank you Maestro
Amazing. So huge and they aloud to bring beverage rather than just buy it inside.
Such a great venue, good shops and restaurants, just remember don't take any food or drink to the arena, it WILL be taken off you by security and thrown away.
Awesome place to be for a concert! Should definitely explore the many bars and restaurants within the arena!
We easily prebooked a space in car park 1 so only had a short walk to the arena. Lots of security and customer service staff around to guide and advise. It did take 30 odd mins to go through the security gates into the actual arena but once through easily found our section and seats. It's a slick operation. Lots of staff again to guide and advise exit from the arena and easy to exit car park. All in all a great venue to visit.
Got here on a Wednesday. Must have been a wrong day because there are NO crowds. Pretty empty in terms of visitors. Parts of the venue are not open yet. There are various restaurants to choose from. We got the Brazilian grill, which is a great place to go if you have a craving for meat. The shops inside the O2 are pretty common, so it's dining over shopping for me. The O2 can be reached by bus, tube, or the Emirates cable cars. Of course, taxis and Ubers are a choice. They do allow you to climb up flights of stairs onto the roof of the O2, but March is not a good month as the winds are pretty chilly. So if you do take this selection, a warm hat is strongly suggested.
Watched a John legend convert, it was my first concert great experience can't wait to go back
Lovely venue booked by granddaughter to see strictly dancing loved everything about it
Fantastic venue with shopping outlet attached. Beautiful building very light and airy
Great venue, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. We went to see the boxing and was in block B1 the view and atmosphere was great.
