Every time we go here, the place is always hopping with people. Usually busy. It s the best burger bar in Gatineau. The food is delicious. I always have fun going here. Brings back the past with the music they play and the atmosphere. It s a really nice place. It s located in the Promenades in Gatineau. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended! You won t be disappointed!

Ate here on the recommendation of a co-worker. He said it would be "the best burger you'll ever have."

Spoiler Alert: It wasn't. Probably would rate it seventh best. I know that seems high but there are 18 other places ties for sixth. So technically it's actually 24th.

Love this place. The food is always good, a bit expensive for burgers. But when it's good who cares. And the music can be a bit loud

For my spouse's birthday, we went to La Belle et la Boeuf - Gatineau
"Union" poutine
Spicy ground beef, hotdog sausage, bacon and peperoni.
Score: 9.5 / 10
In my opinion, the height of poutine. The spices in the ground beef mix with the brown sauce to give an oral orgasm with each bite.
The fries are cooked to perfection, the sauce is liquid and sufficient to cover the entire dish, the cheese is fresh and tasty, the pile of meat on top is a bonus. The peperoni is above the mountain of meat !!
Small note, the poutine sauce is more standard for other kinds of poutine, I doubt that it is the spices of ground beef that make this poutine so special!
For $ 14 + taxes and service, I would eat it every day. The portion is generous and the dining experience is to try.

Good good good food!!!!!!!! The only thing I didn't like about this meal was the koolaid pickle. Drinks were good, fries were good, burger was gooooooood!!

Great food choices, the poke bowls are interesting and nice, but definitely come here for the burgers, local friends took us here and the bacon wrapped burger was incredible for the wife, I had the one with 3 kinds of cheese on it, also amazing. There are some massive burgers for about $40-60 but they are about 5lbs of meat , I think is just for the picture ....great decor, onion rings were really good.

Good food and a nice ambiance! Do not go there if you want to catch up with a friend, as it is a very loud place, but otherwise, great for groups getaway! They also have boardgames for you to play with while waiting for your order!

Great decor, food was amazing, our server was fantastic. Only down side arcade machines were non functional.

Their burgers are sick !! Mind-blowing! And what about their unique Bloody Ceasar !! Delicious!

First of all we were 4 people they did not bother to ask for booth table we asked that can we get a booth. Also the waitress just threw all the cutlery and went away. After she came to get drinks she gave drinks in different cups both the times like the same drink twice in different cups which was weird. We had gift card she tried to steal the money from us the gift card said balance left and she said the same balance left was the amount we had to pay so we paid and then we gave tip in cash so she took the cash the left over amont plus the gift card with balance as well very smart. Seriously service was slow plus you try to steal money from people who do not understand French. We were talking for a bit and then suddenly we caught this called her back cleared everything she gave the gift card back also the amount we paid which we were not suppose to because it was a gift card and kept the cash understanding her tip. How mean and how smart you steal money from people. If I write numbers it's clearly she tried to take almost 40% tip of the total amount we ate food for. The waitress I dont know the name but she was having sharp jawline and a ponytail .

Very good trendy place to eat a good burger and have a drink. The restaurant is well located in the Promenades, the atmosphere is dynamic, the restaurant is airy and well appointed. A safe bet for happy hour children.

Food wise, what a disappointment. It falls very flat to the expectation all the ads across towns seems to indicate. The franchise seems to be in some kind of path to search for it's on personality only to be deemed "I'm cool and extreme" with there food only to be a false image. Very overpriced (if you think your good, you'll charge what ever you want) for what you get! Can't seem to get the basic of a good burger so it just overwhelm you with different "crazy" topping. A
good burger would keep it simple and search for a specific taste. Go get meat at your favorite butcher, get the topping you want, Youtube recipe to make the best burger and you'll have an easier time. Maybe the franchise should do the same and redo their menu.
I doubt this review will affect their way of doing their food but who knows...

Shame because the staff are very friendly ... and aren't surprise that we weren't impress with their food, which speaks volume.

Excellent burgers. Nice atmosphere, music is good but not too loud. I had the Big Jack, one of the best hamburgers I ve ever had. Bring a beach towel... wow are they messy. Restaurant should supply wet naps.

Arrived for dinner at the time of our reservation for 7pm and it put us on two different table as another group took our table

Friday nights, the DJ plays great music to go along with the delicious burgers and sides they serve here. Also, the server I had here was one of the most intuitive servers I've ever had without being annoying or intrusive, just pretty awesome. The food is, as usual, very good and very enjoyable. I've been before and I'll go again, thank you very much!

They won me ... It is now my favorite restaurant. I am not of the gourmet style and they delighted me with their traditional burger with cheese accompanied by excellent fries served on a beautiful plate. I tend not to digest this kind of dish too well, but not this one, I could eat there every day ... The quality of my plate was perfect. I regret not having discovered this restaurant before!

Review is reflective of the service/owner itself and not the food, as I unfortunately have never successfully been able to order. We try to support local restaurants in today s climate, but every time I order via UberEats, my order is cancelled 45 mins later. They also don t answer the phone to order. The owners response lacks professionalism, and accountability. They had the audacity to ask me to reconsider my rating, so I did. Went from 2 stars to 1. People are entitled to review their experience with the business, including how difficult you make it it to even order/contact the establishment. It s not just about the food.

Awesome food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I always enjoy coming here. If you're looking for a place with good hamburger, grilled cheese and poutine options they're bound to hit the spot! My favorite is the King Kong (a burger patty topped with bacon, an egg, between two grilled cheese sandwiches). They also have an amazing selection of very tasty cocktails, so this is also a nice place to stop by for drinks.

Manager taking selfies with customers, waitresses without smiles problem water debuillition so we ask for free water satisfied we got it but we were staring for all the staff sitting at the bar it really was not nice as situation. We were supposed to have very long glasses of ice before they arrived but 3-4 waitresses who chatted and joked at the end of the bar. Staff was cold we were a group of 7 and no tips were left. The food was good.

First time there, and we both loved it. The food and the restaurant itself was awesome. We are anglophone, but our waitress spoke to us in English and was pleasant, service was great. Will definitely go back.

One of the new additions to the newly renovated shopping mall in gatineau, Promendes Gatineau. This restaurant is always coming up with something new and original to serve. I rate the food a 5 because the quality is always there. The staff is great!!!

This place is not for a small snack, bring your appetite cause the portions are huge and delicious. Not only that but the atmosphere is great with nostalgic items throughout the place and a foosball table to play at.

The food is excellent, the atmosphere is unique in the region, the staff are attentive and professional, always pleasant!
