Review is reflective of the service/owner itself and not the food, as I unfortunately have never successfully been able to order. We try to support local restaurants in today s climate, but every time I order via UberEats, my order is cancelled 45 mins later. They also don t answer the phone to order. The owners response lacks professionalism, and accountability. They had the audacity to ask me to reconsider my rating, so I did. Went from 2 stars to 1. People are entitled to review their experience with the business, including how difficult you make it it to even order/contact the establishment. It s not just about the food.
