For my spouse's birthday, we went to La Belle et la Boeuf - Gatineau

Spicy ground beef, hotdog sausage, bacon and peperoni.

In my opinion, the height of poutine. The spices in the ground beef mix with the brown sauce to give an oral orgasm with each bite.
The fries are cooked to perfection, the sauce is liquid and sufficient to cover the entire dish, the cheese is fresh and tasty, the pile of meat on top is a bonus. The peperoni is above the mountain of meat !!
Small note, the poutine sauce is more standard for other kinds of poutine, I doubt that it is the spices of ground beef that make this poutine so special!
For $ 14 + taxes and service, I would eat it every day. The portion is generous and the dining experience is to try.
