Belke atmosphere, beautiful improv evenings but the basement is so badly shaken

Great bar to unwind with friends! Bonus point there are alcohol games on the tables!

Great discovery, nice surprise. I often pass in front of the Watering Bowl, I was persuaded to find no vegetarian place and yet! Two beautiful proposals are offered on the map. The place is very friendly, the staff more welcoming, when our choice of dishes, super good.

Paid my entry at 10PM and took the bar tag. Went outside a 1st time to get some fresh air and went back in. Went outside again to get more fresh air around 1:30AM, but that time the bouncer would not let me back inside. I was tipsy, but not causing any trouble, so he asked me to wait, and i did. 15mins later, he never let me back in, despite i had the tag.

So far, one star. We will see as the night progresses.

I went there many times: to have a chill drink with friends, to dance, for a date and for Wednesday comedy shows ! Comedy shows are great and not expensive at all. There's a discount for students (check website). Come early if you want to have a seat. Sit, drink and enjoy :)

I loved the club! I lost my cell during the evening, I was looking everywhere and the next day they called me and we managed to join my boyfriend to say they had found my phone! 10/10 for the atmosphere of this club and for the staff !!

Really loud, really crowded and a rowdy crowd. Over priced food. Not worth it at all. Save yourself and go to one of the many better bars nearby

The place is nice, you can chill and drink at the first floor and move to the basement for the dancefloor. The staff is on a big power trip and is always agressive. If you simply ignore them, you might still have a good time.

Very large bar with a terrace heated in winter! Choice of standard beers.

If I put a star, it is only for the frame which is rather nice.
However the bartender the bartender I obviously like neither his job nor the tourists .... very rude and aggressive

Really rubbish! The staff is really hypocritical, they do everything to make you consume but in the background we have nothing to do! To avoid an emergency!

One of the worst clubs in montreal ! The drink was good but the place is so tight with so many people it almost smells like a toilet. And the bouncers dont know what are they doing , my friend bought a whiskey bottle in the basement side and when he went out for a smoke , bouncers wasnt letting him to enter again. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The girls at the check coat no respect at all I would like to know what it's like to shut up their big mouth off this service anyway ok decent music too but I would never go back to celebrate it safe

The customer service is very bad. We waited 20 minutes to order 2 beers that cost $ 18 and then they say you have to pay cash because the minimum is $ 20. We had to go elsewhere. (I advise you the same)

The venue is divided into 2 parts, upstairs a classic bar and downstairs nightclub section. It is very easy to communicate between the basement and the ground floor. The space nightclub is nice even if the decoration is not extraordinary. The fact that there are 2 entrances is a good asset and the security guards are respectful and friendly! I recommend

Way understaffed most of the time, so there's slow service. For some reason smoking cigarettes is allowed on the enclosed terrace area and it's the worst thing ever!

The place is good! They improved a bit since last time I was there. They increased the number of microbrews on their menu and the ambiance/decor was better. Service was good and the recommendations given were as well. The music from downstairs was a little too loud though so we could hear and feel the floor vibrating on top of the music upstairs. We could feel the cold air from the seating beside the entrance as well as more people were coming in so we had to move.

Went on the terrace for the Superbowl LII at the beginning it was pretty cool, heaters and nice vibe with activities but during the match...
There was no sounds from the channel and they put some rap/hip hop songs with so much bass so that was the downside but after I asked them for a table inside where there was the sound and they agreed and apologies at the same time so it was nice but guys:
- During big event like this, you should check your equipment ;-)
otherwise chicken wings and nachos was long to order and to receive as well

Not a bad hangout spot. Wouldn't plan to go there again though.

I have been to this establishment a few times in the last year but only for the recurring "Burning Sun Terrace" event. I can not speak otherwise than for this event but it is a success in all respects, decor, atmosphere of fire, quality music. To put without fault in your agenda.

Nice bar. The terrace is superb! The ambiance is good. The service is good. The prices are good.

The terrace is very pleasant and the service is quite fast. The music in the basement is good and allows us to dance.

-Drinks not so expensive
-Various music (80s and early 2000s)
Weak points:
-My clearly staff to serve alcohol can wait really long
-Sometimes there is too much world and difficult to find a place to sit

Wednesday nights are the best with the humorists!
The place is smelly and dark downstairs tho... but the terrace outside is outstanding and you'll have a great time!

Food was cheap but not great, drinks were good for $5 (on Tuesdays) but the service was horrendous. We were the only ones there and the waitress came to see us once and as we were halfway done with our first round of drinks, she asked if we wanted the bill (??) we then understood that there were some of her friends coming over and they wanted to bar to themselves.

Excellent cocktails, friendly staff and a pleasantly festive atmosphere. Fairly reasonable prices. The basement, dance floor, is entertaining and offers a beautiful atmosphere!

Good cocktail, nice place, but I do not recommend the Mac & Cheese if the spicy is not your strong lol

A place to have a good time, humor Tuesdays are the order of the day. The basement of the trough opens its doors for a small contribution $, you will come out better guaranteed

I went there about 60 times in 3 years and at the time it was filled to capacity on Friday and Saturday. Unfortunately, the fact that some porters were disrespectful to young people (including me) and they changed the type of music played in the basement did drop dramatically customers and change the atmosphere in recent years ...

Nice place to have a beer. Many events are held at the bar and beer is cheap ($ 5 was). So, we can spend hours talking without emptying his wallet. Even a terrace and a small auditorium in the basement. Friendly owner :) !!
