O'Hare Hilton Hotel Review

Excellent location for that expected (or unexpected) overnight layover in Chicago O'Hare. Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable. The view from the higher floors is enjoyable. If there are weather delays, book early as this hotel is the first to fill up.

My experience is not good. I have a disability I booked a wheelchair pick up till 5:30 in the morning because I had a 7 flight from Chicago to Indianapolis. The pickup was late so I missed my flights. Now I'm on standby all flights are fully booked the rest of the day so I may be here all day. Enjoying the beautiful surroundings at Chicago O'Hare Airport I will never stay at the Hilton Hotel again

It's overpriced. The WIFI is so slow it's barely functional. The towels are like sandpaper and the shower wails like a banshee when it's on. The room was clean though.

Stayed here for a LARGE conference at the convention center. Hotel is well kept, rooms are updated and clean. However, the front desk staff was not equipped to check people in or out and messed up charges twice. Customer service could improve for a Hilton.

Met family passing thru for dinner. Expensive, small portions, and just ok tasking food.

Conveniently located within walking distance to airport. Clean comfortable rooms. Looks a bit dated.

Wife & I have started staying here the night before our outbound trips. It makes it so much easier/relaxing than fighting the traffic on 90. Check in was easy. Staff is friendly. Room is clean with a nice 10th floor view. Food in the bar was actually pretty good.

The bed was comfortable. The ristaurantes were tasty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me book my room even though I had some trouble with my debit card. Highly recommend the hotel.

Worst Hilton ever. The check in line could be very very long. The heat in my room doesn't work very well and the customer services are way to under expectation. I gave two stars because its location and a staff bought us a heat.

Got a room on the top floor with a fantastic view, great salmon dinner, and topped it off with Guardians Vol. 2 (thought it was still only in theatres!). Pretty excellent stay (check-in was super fast too). Will stay again next time I'm in town!

Location is amazing if you're flying out of ohare. The room was fine. Beds we're comfy. We waited in line for about 20 min to check in though.

This airport is one of the worst airports I've ever had the misfortune of having to pass through. I have yet to arrive and depart on time in either direction at Chicago O'Hare. Last trip had me delayed by 3 hours on arrival and over 6 on departure.

Great service and a warm welcoming they gave us after they welcome my sailor thank you the food was delicious and the service is outstanding thank you

Great location. The rooms are comfortable however the bathrooms are tiny. The bathroom door nearly hits the toilet. It's a great business hotel connected to the airport which also is connected to the blue line. Amazing!

Hotel was great for location being able to walk from the airport directly there. The rooms a bit outdated, but beds comfortable. No uber out of the hotel can work around it if needed. Unclear on which restaurants you can eat at to get the hotel honors discount, as I didn't even know about it was told about it then twice never got it.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great food option inside the hotel. Walking distance to domastic terminals by underground walkway. Great gym but not free, not even for regular room guest.

Suite didn't have working TV. Random cabling under the carpets. Definitely not the best Hilton I've been.

I found bed bugs under my pillow and the staff is rude there were hairs in my bathtub and in my bed sheets so I recommended not to stay here if I was you because it just gross.

Good place to stay. I liked it because of the location. Very clean.

Had lunch in the restaurant. Pub burger was excellent.

While this hotel has a very convenient location if you have an early morning flight, it's convenience stops there. Rooms are small and not soundproofed very well. Our last room had extensive condensation on the windows, dripping down on to the carpet. We also noticed what appeared to be water stains/mold on the ceiling near the thermostat and vent. Food is very expensive and service is so-so.

Great experience. I love that the hotel is basically in the same building as the airport and the blue line. Will go again.

I stayed at this hotel on 12/31/17. The staff was friendly but our room was filthy (hair in the tub, tooth paste on the wall, hair in the sink, toilet was pretty nasty). I tried several times to call the front desk but I sat on hold for more than 15 minutes at a time so I gave up. I needed to get to my flight early the next morning so I wasn t able to alert them. Very disappointed considering this is a Hilton and also considered a 4 Star hotel. The only reason I rated this a 2 was because the employees I encountered were very nice.

Easy accessibility from all terminals of the airport. Right place for a short stay in case if u missed your flight.

terrible internet speed. i wasted $20 for Wi-Fi. when i told this problem to the front desk. they said "call at&t"good location for the airport. That's is it.

The stay was unplanned but I didn't regret staying. Was a great experience

Great spot if your flight gets cancelled. They also have a nice restaurant that you can get to really easy if your flight has a big layover.

Some elevators don t work well even with an active room key

Spacious rooms, full service, reasonable price, walk from terminals at O'Hare, train service to downtown in the basement...this would easily have been 5 stars but for the terrible wifi. I am talking AOL-dialup soeeds. There is no excuse for poor wifi today.

Not impressed with the room and I can t believe they charge to use the gym!!!

Stuck at O'Hare because of a flight delay? Then the Hilton is the place to go. An easy walk without going outside, clean rooms and a fairly quiet space despite its proximity to the airport. When massive cancelations take place at the airport, then I have found the hotel to fill quickly. But at other times, places were to be had. The Hilton is clearly benefited by its location.

The sports restaurant to the left of the lobby really had a fun and tasty menu. The room had a stocked fridge that was not on.... $8 for a can of warm beer?

horrible service, i am hilton gold member. They did not offer the benefits that i should have as hilton gold member. I will never choose this hotel anymore

I was through security quickly. There was a last minute change with my gate, but the app was updated with the new number and I was able to get to my new gate with ample time.

Room was nice but the first room they gave me was occupied. Also, the Hilton O'Hare website says that they have self parking, which is partially true. I parked in the O'Hare garage instead of using the valet. Furthermore, the self parking price quoted on their website is false. Overall a very expensive hotel ($15+ for Wifi) but I can't complain about the location.

Great Gym, biggest I've seen at hotel. Room was clean. I did digital check in and used the digital key so I can't comment on the staff. Overall, would stay again.

Decent accommodations for being right on site at O'hare - especially when you need to fly out in the early morning.

Hilton's are not what they use to be, Hair in the Tub. Dirty Tub!

Located in the O'Hare airport, the Hilton offers their guest every amenity of home. The gym located on site is the best that I've seen for a hotel. Public transportation is close (the blue line will take you to every must see place in Chicago). Onsite dinning was amazing and offered every option possible (vegetarian, seafood, etc.). Overall it was an amazing visit, I highly recommend this Hilton location.

The Gaslight Club is a warm friendly place that has outstanding food.

We stayed here after a flight got in late. I flew in and my husband was picking me up. It was 80 dollars for him to park there for the night on top of the hotel cost. The room was a wreck. The cleaning supplies were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper. The shower was one that you could adjust the height but it was broken and was at about waist length and could not be raised. Really fun to try and wash your hair. It seems convenient but for the price and the additional parking cost, getting a cab to a better hotel would give you a much better experience for your money.

They dont have free parking for their guest. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Hideous Room, way too small. I had to stay here so I wouldn t miss my flight. Heating was overbearing, the noise from Elevator was interminable. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The second star is for convenience to O'Hare's sake... But let's be clear: this property, like too many Hilton properties, is in huge need of renovation and has fallen into blatant disrepair.

Reviewing the twelve years using this property, I can generally say the staff seems to be almost always consistently friendly and welcoming, housekeeping is consistent, and their restaurant expectations seem to be met, but at some point even an airport property needs TLC attention from their corporate counterparts.

Great service they've really set the bar high for other hotels. They also have great reliability.

I was very surprised with this Hilton. We had to stay overnight for a very early flight and this made it way easier. Very easy in and out with friendly staff. Not overly expensive. If you need a hotel around O'Hare this is the place to stay. The location is beyond amazing.

Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is pretty pricey, but after a canceled flight, not much choice. Friendly staff
