The underground passageway allows direct access to the airport or the Chicago Underground, and the location is great!

The price of staying for one night is not too expensive, and business people are also very suitable to live here.

But overall, the speed of Check-in is a bit slow. At 7:00 in the evening, the lobby counters are long queues, and it takes about 20 minutes to get there!

The next morning, as long as you leave the room card directly, it is regarded as a direct Checkou, you can go directly to the airport to take the plane!

It was OK. It was nice to be by the airport. But the restaurant looked like a diner. People with small kids were just letting them run around screaming. That couldn't really enjoy your meal so I took it up to my room. The booths are so worn in that when you sit you practically sink up until your chi. The room was nice. The bathtub plug didn't work. The room was adjoined to another room so you could hear their TV. which would of been ok but they had it on until midnight and I had to get up at 3am. So only reason I would go to this hotel is because it right next to the airport otherwise I wouldn't stay there.

I stayed here for two nights recently, my visit solely for business purposes. My first room was great except one side of the bed was lower than the other. They quickly moved me to a different room and it was smooth sailing from there. I didn't use the gym but was told from coworkers the $20/day fee was ridiculous (and I agree). I didn't order room service because the prices were insane, almost as insane as the $18 I spent on water and trail mix from the gift shop. But the conference rooms we used were well maintained and the steak I had at that weird burlesque restaurant was perfectly cooked. If you can't expense food, grab grub at O'Hare before you leave security because, crazily enough, that will be more reasonable. And since it's a short stroll from the terminal, you won't have to lug it far.

If you can possibly avoid it, don't stay here. Check-in line was about 50 people so it took an hour of waiting in line to even check in, the reception staff was rude, wifi is somehow not included in a 300$ room... conveniently located with clean rooms, but the customer service is horrendous.

The staff at the hotel was just lovely. Especially the hostess in the restaurant and the woman who checked us in. Our rooms were filthy though. Sheets and towels seemed clean but used q-tips on the floor in the bathroom, plastic cups under the nightstand and a half-full glass in the closet on the floor covered in mold. Convenient but gross.

Very conveinently located across from terminal one about 50 yards from car rental shuttle pick up area. Stayed one night due to cancelled flight courtesy of United. Good part was they held our bags while we went out at 8am and said there will be a room for us when we got back after 3pm check in. Unfortunately when we got back it was only a king size room and we were a party of 4 but they did get us a very comfortable roll away. $20 per person to use the gym which is unheard of for a travelers hotel. Room was fairly modern with a fridge as well. Water pressure in shower was lacking and so was the drain. There was about 2 inches of water in the tub during my shower. Otherwise very quiet room despite being located in an international airport.

Overall a nice experience but when checking in the supervisor at the counter was rather snippy and rude despite us being diamond members. And even though it's included as a diamond member $78 for 2 for breakfast is the biggest joke I've seen in a while. Even for being at an airport. The food was great, but just as good as HGI the next night where breakfast is $13 a person.

Internet doesn t work if it did it s not complimentary. Room tv doesn t work remote is broken. Guest services are completely unhelpful. If not for a comp room from the airline I would never stay here again.

Didn't really have a good experience. Hotel stuffs are arrogant. It looks like service is not a priority to them. Not sure if it is an issue with management or just individuals. Would not come back again for sure.

Worst customer service at checkin that I have ever experienced. No water in my room (fee or free) and was advised I wasn't entitled to that as I wasn't a diamond honors member. Decades of Hilton honors not worth a bottle of water, even at a charge.

Just what I needed at the end of a long travel day. Who stays at the airport Hilton if not having a long travel day?

What in the world has happened to Hilton??!

I can assure you I will not become a diamond honors member.

Conveniently located inside the airport property. Very nice staff. Not many amenties for the modern day traveler. No mini fridges in the rooms ($25 charge), nor are there community microwaves for guests to use. Nowadays, many business travelers, like myself, meal prep. It is unfortunate that this hotel doesn't make it easier for guests with dietary needs.

Sprawling airport with non stop connections to almost everywhere. This is Chicago's International Airport, while Midway is focused mostly on Domestic carriers. Many good restaurants, and all are terminals are accessible post security. Very functional train to downtown takes about 40 minutes to central "Loop". Other forms of ground transportation also available.

I wish I can submit this review with zero star - The guy on the reception ( didn't get his name bc he talk really fast) is very rude. He didn't let me speak a word and transferred me to the accounting office which is closed just so he can get rid of me. Very disappointed with the service!

Disappointed with the service. Look carefully at your receipt and check your bank statement after staying here. They charged me double the rate by mistake - a $325 mistake. They even put in a sneaky $6 charge for the complimentary water bottles they gave us at the front desk when we checked in!

Their "stake house" (Gaslamp Club) is by far the worst restaurant I've ever experienced... the food and ambience included. It's decor is like a 1920's brothel (literally), and the waitresses dress the part (really). The clam chowder looked and tasted like a Campbell's soup done with water instead of milk, and the duck breast was passable, but flanked by an overcooked rice pilaf with also overcooked and wilted asparagus spears. Awful, awful, and expensive.

I was staying here because I had a business meeting. It was so incredibly easy to walk underground from the airport to the hotel. If I was a tourist I would probably prefer to be downtown but this was perfect for a quick meeting.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Food was spendy, $16 for 2 bowls of oatmeal with a small milk. I didn't dine at the restaurants because they were more expensive than the coffee shop where we got the oatmeal. They really should consider a complimentary breakfast for guests who don't want to spend 40 bucks on cereal and coffee. Staff was very pleasant.

They put me in a "Parlor Room". I was told that there was a Murphy bed, however when I got there there was no Murphy bed, only a couch. Then the phone didn't work. I went down to ask about it and they told me that the couch pulls out and it's actually a sofa bed. I've never slept in a hotel where the only bed in the room was a sofa bed. luckily, they did give me another room with a bed.

What a waste of money! My best recommendation would be to either stay at the airport, the ground or a chair equals the same comfort as the bed/ room or stay at another location; but do not waste your time and money here. The Hilton brand should be embarrassed for the building's condition. I was appalled by the bathroom and all the cracks in the ceiling. And what is with the wifi fee? Give me a break, Hilton. Bottom line, avoid this hotel at all costs!

Ive stayed here before for business meetings, previous experiences were 'ok' at best. Always just a one-night stop. I'd say its safe to assume this hotel caters to the business traveler 85-90% of the time.

Upon checking in late afternoon, I changed clothes, went to the healthclub. I was told it was a $20 fee to use the facility. Are you kidding me? This was appalling and insulting. I am traditionally a Marriott loyalist, but with meetings here, its hard to stay in other locations. I will not make that mistake again. I have stayed in literately hundreds of hotels around the world, and other than a true 'resort' style hotel that charges a true 'resort' fee, I have NEVER seen anyone charge for a basic service like a few stair masters and a few treadmills.

Hilton... this is an embarrassment. Get your act together and provide an appropriate level of service to your key customer base.

This hotel is a port in the storm when you miss your connection and have to stay overnight at O'Hare. Hallways and room were a bit worn but not awful. Room/bedding was quite comfy. Lots of amenities (restaurants, fitness club, etc.) and helpful and pleasant staff. I was happy to get a room.

This Hilton is a great place to stay for easy access to the airport. A couple of minutes on foot and you're in terminal 3. If the weather is bad you can also take the tunnels that interconnect the hotel, airport and the train into the city. The transportation center is just across the street from the hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean and spacious. My room had a queen bed, desk, recliner and a mini fridge. There are two restaurants with bars, and a little shop with sandwiches, salads and snacks. The food was good in both restaurants, although I recommend the steak in the Gaslight. My seafood was overcooked. They have without a doubt one of the best gyms for a hotel I've ever used. It's a real fun with an attendant, lots of machines, a room dedicated to free weights, a large pool and a sauna. You can even schedule a massage. Typical Hinton quality and service throughout. Great place to stay if you want to be close to O'Hare.

The planes taking off sooth you to sleep as the weary travelers stuck overnight bang and curse their way down the endless hallways. It is connected to the airport with a tunnel system that would rival the headquarters of the Viet Cong.

You're pretty much paying for convenience and access to the airport. Rooms are rather outdated. The floor to ceiling glass window had a view of just a parking garage, and poor insulation against the 15 F weather. Breakfast was good, though also expensive. Poor water pressure in the shower. Not much else stood out. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but if you have time, you'll get more bang for your buck a bit further from the airport.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Even though starting next to the airport, you could not hear the airplanes. Prices where high for almost everything from the room rate to a bottle of water. Rooms where spacious and comfy.

The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. The only issue we had was that there is no way to get breakfast before 5:00. Some other properties offer a bag breakfast if you have an early flight.

Perhaps the WORST Hilton ever. They live & thrive on people's misfortune - in missing flights and being stuck at the airport.
Obviously they don't care about room quality, and put no care nor needed maintenance into the dilapidated rooms and it shows in many places.
Oh yeah it is very convenient to O Hare as you walk through a tunnel right to it, but rooms are dysfunctional and disgusting.
Shower would not drain (see pictures), letting me stand in disgusting dirty shower water while taking a shower. And the shower curtain is still and stained with soap scum from the tub that refuses to drain. WHY wouldn t house-keeping (first line of defense as they should see and feel everything in the room) report this to maintenance when they clean out the tub? Maybe they do and maintenance just doesn t give a crap.
Disgusting, dirty, stained room carpet (see picture).
Waste baskets are shaped like small slivers so good luck getting trash into them and they have no trash can liners and are caked with crud and grime from prior guests. Disgusting!
AC unit would not blow any cold air so was stuffy and humid in the room all night.
All in all, a crappy, sucky, poorly managed property I would NEVER be stuck at again!

A delayed flight made me stay at this hotel which was a connected to the airport no external ride or Transportation necessary. The room was clean comfortable bed awful pillows could not sleep on them hurt my neck. The room service is costly and I do mean costly so be prepared to spend a little bit of money. But for convenience I would stay there again if I had to but not the best place I've ever been to. No continental breakfast free in the morning with your overnight stay.
