Expensive. I bought 5 items: 1 adult size sweatshirt, 1 child size sweatshirt, 1 child size t-shirt, 1 water bottle, and 1 sticker. The child size t-shirt and sweater were on sale. 5 items totaled to $145.

A good place to buy nyu gifts and find textbooks. I also like its stationery section.

Go to place for NYU students. You find almost everything here from books to electronics to apparel to stationary. And more this is a apple certified store.

Great Customer service, hard working students, inventive NYU Swag. I purchased an adorable fuzzy vanilla colored zip up that was on sale, Score!!

Great place for NYU merchandise for students and alumni. Bit expensive though. Pusheen merchandise is a nice addition.

It's a college bookstore. Only of interest if you are an NYU student.They do have a mini Apple store in the back.

Horrible textbook buyback program. Online they said they'd give me 50% of the book's price; when I arrived in store, they said they'd give me $5 for it. What a rip off.

The Best. Most college bookstores have few textbooks to browse but there thousands to browse here.

The kid at the checkout was to happy I paid in exact change. Very cute. Coffee shop inside, sales table, books, games, stationery. Spacious and clean and quiet.

Never seen a college shop with so many products. T-shirts and sweatshirts for all wireline or sports, items for eating, writing, entertaining in the colors of the NYU, a stationery department also supplies.

They had a wide range of NYU spirit wear and were very helpful in making sure I found what I wanted.

It is what it is, NYU branded memorabilia, accordingly priced, you can buy your Apple or Samsung gear as well.

Very nice staff! It is quite expensive and most of the Textbooks can be found elsewhere for a better price. They do have a good option where you can buy used books at a discount price.

Huge store. Not as much variety in the NYU apparel choices as I had expected. Pricing is comparable to other university bookstores for officially licensed, branded merch.

Your one stop shop for all things NYU - shirts, sweaters, hoodies, mugs, magnets, and more! Also has textbooks, a mini Apple store inside, and plushies. Only small downside is that everything is ridiculously expensive. A T-shirt that has NYU slapped on it for $30 is outside my wallet's comfort

The store is always clean and the staff is very nice. The store is very nice to shop in, I just wish they had a bigger sale area or some less expensive items because everything is ridiculously expensive. And the book buy back program is a joke! The most you can get for a book is $4.75. It's not even worth trying.
They switched to Follett so it would be more affordable but it just got more expensive.

Modern and clean, retail atmosphere. Came here for a gift and found something suitable. Counter staff was friendly. Clothing collection is vast and generally pricey (for example: golf polo for $150, cardigan for $100, t-shirts for $30).

Not much to say. Your typical university bookstore. Great place to buy your NYU swag. Other stuff are fairly priced or as expected from a university bookstore.

Meh. Overpriced NYU T-shirts. Just wait until you go to an NYU event to get the free ones.

I went in to pick up a t-shirt for a friend. This place has everything. It s a huge store with lots of college apparel, books, cards, computers all sorts of stuff. It appeared over priced. I feel bad for those college students. I got my shirt and got out of there. I probably could have gotten the same thing in a NYC souvenir store.

An important American university, walking in its places makes the students' lifestyle well understood and the importance that this university has for the city of New York.

The setting of several films, it makes the difference to be inside this gigantic arsenal of books, to sit, read, buy, enjoying a cup of coffee or better a cappuccino.

It has a nice selection of items that one may want to purchase as a souvenir after a visit or purchase books and other materials that are necessary for college study. Certain books that are not shown on the website can be found if you visit, this is more true for different editions of books. Books for some Cooper Union HSS courses can be found here.

I love the store. It's so big and the have so many books for colleges and clothings too

It's one of the best universities in the world with outstanding infrastucture. This corona pandemic has not deterred them but made them work harder to bring students to in person classes. I'm currently attending the same way and i feel very safe following the precautionary measures. It is sequentially opening all it's facilities such as gym, libraries and laboratories installing the precautionary measures at each facility.

There is so much to choose from! Shirts of all types, regular tshirts, dress shirts and performance shirts. Athletic clothing, sleepwear, shorts, caps etc and not only just with NYU but with the names of their different schools and programs!

Amazing merchandise for a great university. Wish there were discounts for students though.

I stopped by here after going columbia bookstore. I think Tee of NYU is cheaper than columbia one. Especially, I bought a hat and half sleeve Tee just in 20dallars.

Huge place with great selection of books and clothes. Just about everything you need for school spirit and curious minds.

At the checkout, the clerk only talked, forgot to remove the tile, and only went again the next day.

Don't be scared of your kids book cost $256 rented all 16 books we needed for five classes this semester

I love the NYU bookstore! My daughter is a student at NYU and the bookstore offers an amazing array of school merchandise. They also offer a lot of items that may be forgotten when setting up a new dorm (like fans, organizers, etc). Prices are what you would expect for a school merchandise store. Don't plan on getting out of here on the cheap.

They have everything a typical campus bookstores has, plus a lot of NYU apparel.

Good bookstore but for the majority of books you will find better pricing in Amazon.

I appreciated the pricing of books on this site, but I was dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I paid $18 for next business day shipping, and my book wasn't there the next day.

When I called to resolve the issue, the woman on the phone was not well versed in customer service skills. She initially hung up on me "because the call was echoey" despite the fact I had only said hello. When I called back, she informed me that she wasn't certain why the book hadn't been processed. She put me on hold to investigate the issue. After being on hold for five minutes, I was informed that I had placed the order "too late in the day to have it arrive on time," even though there was no disclaimer online when I ordered the book.

After waiting a week and still having not received my book, I called to cancel my order. When I first called, I was immediately put on hold. I hung up and called again. I was again put on hold again for 10 minutes while the woman on the phone "investigated the issue with my order." The line began to make strange sounds, almost like water running. I hung up and called back. This time, I was finally informed my order was cancelled.

I never received the book, and it took lots of my time to fix the issue. I would not order from this bookstore unless you like having your time wasted.
