I have had my Nuvoh2o system for over eight years....

I have had my Nuvoh2o system for over eight years. I love it! No slimy water, my pipes are clean, easy maintenance and the service folks are great. When ever I have had a rare problem with my system I gave them a call and they are always polite, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I do have one suggestion for the technical folks at Nuvoh2o. The first few years I had my system I found that after several cartridge changes the O- ring around the outside canister would become dry and crack or stick to the upper housing and lend up leaking. I would call the friendly people at Nuvo and they would send me out replacements under warranty. First it must cost the company quite a lot of money to send out all these O-rings around the country plus you have to do the extra work of re-opening the system and replacing the ring. I own a pool and I found that if I take a dab of my pool O-ring lube and run it around the o-ring upon instillation it far reduces the problem. I do that on every cartridge replacement and I have not replaced a O-ring in years. I would suggest that the Nuvo Company put a small lube sample perhaps in a small foil squeeze package in side their units for instillation with a addition to the install instructions recommending the use of O-ring lubricant. The lube is inexpensive and sold every where so Nuvo should not have to supply it after the initial instillation. Thank you for your time, your warranty is awesome! J.A. Kolly

I have had my NUVO H2O system for over five years. I am very satisfied with the product. A couple of weeks ago, the system started to leak. I called the customer service department to find out what I could do to fix the leak. They asked me to send a couple of pictures, and said that they would get back to me. Within an hour, they told me that I needed some new parts and that they would send it to me for FREE. Now that's what I call a company that backs their product!

We live in northern Arizona and even though we have city water it will leave crusty residue on faucets and appliances. When building a new home we installed NUVOH2O. We change the filter every 6 months and have no issues with build-up and NUVOH2O does not affect the taste of the water like salt systems do.
Only issue I have with NUVO H2O is their website. They have no way to log in to access my account. I have to call.

I had to update a credit card for an auto-ship and the young man I spoke to was very nice and even remembered my name. That is a big deal to me since giving him my name was the first thing I did without him asking before telling him what I called for!

Then, the install was easy - again, detailed information provided. Finally, the follow up phone call for warranty registration and to see how things were going. We were sold on the taste of our water now and we instantly saw the benefits from how clean dishes were and shower glass. I could go on for days. We are very pleased.

I have say it keeps all our Surfaces pretty Spotless, even our Shower Clear Glass walls, have no Water Stains. I wipe the Walls off from Excess Water, but it is Spotless. I can say for the Money one pays it is a good Product Water Softener.

We had a leak in our water softener , Nuvo sent a replacement head , but it still leaked. After some phone interaction the Nuvo folks we were able to guide me to fix the problem . The service and follow up was excellent. I would recommend Nuvo to anyone.

My sister started me on this system because she had very sensitive skin and I have very hard water. We have been using it now for maybe 4 or 5 years and it has made a tremendous difference in my water. I can definitely tell when I am not using it because my soap does not suds much. I enjoy this system very well and it is easy to replace the cartridge myself.

We live in an area where hard water minerals severely affect our hot water heater since adding NuvoH20 to our house it has reduced the amount of times I've had to replace the elements in the hot water heater. Before Nuvo I had too replace the heating elements multiple times. I can't say enough of how Nuvo has benefited softening the water in a household

We have had our Nuevo Home System for 4 years and couldn t be happier with it. It has improved the quality of our water for drinking and bathing and has protected our fixtures and appliances from mineral buildups, thereby extending their life. It requires no maintenance save for replacing the filter every 6 months, a simple 5 minute job. I had a recent question for them for which I received a prompt, detailed and informative response. So the support is top notch as well. The System is probably the best dollar for dollar investment we ve made in our home.

A few weeks ago I spoke with Derek who help me to correct an issue with an erroneously mailed set of filters for my nuvo system. I have the home system and I received the replacement filters for themanor system. Derek got me the correct filters and neglected to include the return mailing label for the erroneously mailed cartridges. I called Zack today Friday, March 27th and he corrected that error and set it up so that I received the email that would enable me to print out the return mailing label so that I could receive a refund for the erroneously mailed cartridges. His attitude and overall courteous nature made the experience quite pleasant and the fact that I am truly enjoying my nuvo system is the greatest bonus.

I found the customer service department to be very responsive to answering all of my questions regarding the NUVO water softener and drinking system. Not only were they quick to respond they provided me with current PDF manuals, where replacement cartridges could be purchased and related cost.
Good people to work with and I would highly recommend them!

NuVo H2O has been an excellent answer to our hard water issues. We started using NuVo on our home. We have been very pleased. We have placed two more units in our ranch house and guest home. The price point is great. Installation is not complicated. The units performances have been excellent.

The water has no more chlorine taste any longer which is nice. I'm not so sure that the system cleans the pipes as stated. I'm still seeing residue on my faucet in the guest bathroom, looks like the same type of build up as before. It doesn't seem to keep the shower heads clean as stated. Not sure maybe it takes more time. I've had the system for just a little over 6 months, time to change the filters lets see how that goes.

Was very happy with the order program they have. Was able to set it up to have a filter sent to my house every 6 months so it was something I didnt have to remember on my own. The only reason I stopped service was that I moved into a house that did not have a nuvo system but when I upgrade it I will definitely be starting up my services again.

I live in an area with hard water, and this softener works great at reducing mineral deposits and protecting my appliances. It's extremely hot here, and after five years and a few months, my unit failed due to the heat in my garage where the unit is installed. Even though the product was out of the five year warranty, Nuvo graciously replaced the unit free of charge. I highly recommend this product for its performance and for the company's excellent customer service.

After moving to Oklahoma City for the first time about a year ago, I immediately noticed how hard the city water was in comparison to my hometown in North Carolina. I quickly had the water tested, and it came in at about 15 gpg (very hard). Unfortunately, my new house had no basement or garage, so a conventional water softener was realistically out of the question. Thank goodness for the NuvoH2O system! It fit in my bedroom closet comfortably and looks attractive too. While it certainly does not nearly eliminate all the minerals from the water, there is a noticable improvement from before. Thanks Nuvo.

I contacted support and was quickly given assistance and they replaced the system with absolutely no hassle. I have used NuvoH2O since I moved into my new house in 2012. Saw the product at a home show in Houston. Love it, it is easy to put a new cartridge in every 6 months and works perfect. Would highly recommend as an excellent solution for water filtration.

I love my NUVOH2O Water filtration system. I had the system installed 5 years ago. It produces great tasting drinking water right from the tap. The system also reduces the hard water deposits in my house as well as outside. Using the auto-ship service for cartridge refills saves a lot of money on the filters, reminds me to change the filters and I don't need to leave the house to get filters.

I am so happy with my NuvoH2O and how it helps with this horrible hard water here New Mexico. That would be enough to recommend this product and this company but it's not all. While away from home for the month of December my heater stopped working and some pipes froze and busted so the city called me to let me know they cut off the water. When I got home the temp in my house was 28 degrees! My NuvoH2O canisters were on the floor broken in a solid block of ice. The plumber cant turn my water back on without the water system being operational so I called Nuvo! Zack was so helpful and courteous. I sent them pictures and in 2 days I had replacement parts at no charge to me. Zach has called me and emailed to keep me informed and check on the status of the system. This young man and the company works for have renewed my faith in companies that actually care about their customers and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Thanks Zack and NuvoH2O!!

Excellent customer service with timely/convenient cartridge replacement and billing. The system works well, but we've found that we need to replace every 4 months, rather than every 6 months. I suspect that this may vary based on water characteristics in different areas. Overall, we are very pleased with the system and service

I have Auto Ship arranged for my replacement filter with NuvoH20. Upon tracking my refill filter I noticed that my shipment stopped at the local UPS terminal and remained there for 4 days with no delivery or update. Tried getting UPS involved with not much luck so I contacted NuvoH2O and was helped by Mitzi. She was awesome! She got on the phone with UPS to get a claim rolling with them for the lost item. In the meantime Mitzi arranged to have another filter sent to me at N/C while the issue was being resolved. Once it was shipped Mitzi contacted me to notify me that it was shipped and made sure that I had the tracking number. Mitzi took a bad situation and made it a positive experience on my end. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT SERVICE from NuvoH2O!
