I have Auto Ship arranged for my replacement filter with NuvoH20. Upon tracking my refill filter I noticed that my shipment stopped at the local UPS terminal and remained there for 4 days with no delivery or update. Tried getting UPS involved with not much luck so I contacted NuvoH2O and was helped by Mitzi. She was awesome! She got on the phone with UPS to get a claim rolling with them for the lost item. In the meantime Mitzi arranged to have another filter sent to me at N/C while the issue was being resolved. Once it was shipped Mitzi contacted me to notify me that it was shipped and made sure that I had the tracking number. Mitzi took a bad situation and made it a positive experience on my end. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT SERVICE from NuvoH2O!
