A few weeks ago I spoke with Derek who help me to correct an issue with an erroneously mailed set of filters for my nuvo system. I have the home system and I received the replacement filters for themanor system. Derek got me the correct filters and neglected to include the return mailing label for the erroneously mailed cartridges. I called Zack today Friday, March 27th and he corrected that error and set it up so that I received the email that would enable me to print out the return mailing label so that I could receive a refund for the erroneously mailed cartridges. His attitude and overall courteous nature made the experience quite pleasant and the fact that I am truly enjoying my nuvo system is the greatest bonus.
