I Called today & unfortunately I needed to cancel my order as I was going to install the NuvoH2O in one of the rentals I have that have a well. City water officials are running water supply to our homes in the area. I spoke to Mitzy when I called & was very pleasant to me & was sorry to here I had to cancel the order by took care of me without question.
