NuvoH2O Review

This is a really great system that is easy to maintain reasonable to install and customer friendly. I have it in both my houses.

Started with NuvoH2O due to ads on TV. From Missouri nd we are called "Show-Me" state. Boy did they!. After using, hot water heater put out hot water better then either of us remembered. I would recommend this product to anyone. Get off the fence. This will save you money in the near future. They did not make promises they could not produce!!

Great product and excellent customer service. I would recommend this system to anyone we have been very pleased.

Signed up for auto ship of water softener filter 6 months ago. They charged my credit card correctly. Shipping out filter. It will come with instructions on how to install. Customer service was outstanding when I called to confirm everythng since this was the first pass through. They will send me an email with local installers for reference if I ever need them. Overall great experience.

Service rep Zach and I spoke at length on US rapid freshwater depletion, overpopulation and the critical need to lower US numbers, and most importantly to get the masses in a conservation mindset. We agreed that Nuvo H2O filters are the first and perhaps most practical, immediate step in this process. Having switched from a GROSSLY wasteful reverse osmosis/backflush softener system (it came with the house!) to a passive citrate-based passive softener system reduced our daily water consumption by 200 gals/day. That old softener required THAT many gallons every day to backflush accumulated solids. And we are on a well!!
So Nuvo is the very best option for people who give a damn about dwindling freshwater, conservation and sustainable living!
And Zach, thank you for your insights and professional assistance in putting this order to bed. Let's get the Nuvo system in every home in America!

A small error on the credit card information caused a rejection. NuovoH2O sent an email with a phone number. I called and the error was corrected. They ran it while I was on the line to ensure all was correct. Quick, friendly service.

I called in trouble because my Nuvo water softener cap had broken and my water was turned off. It was a Friday and to get one it was either buy a whole new unit or call and see if I could get one from Nuvo. I called and Tyler (A super nice young lady) answered and was very helpful in getting me hooked up with Jacob at their warehouse where I was able to meet there and Jacob walked it right to my truck.
I have worked in customer service for more than 30 years and must say Tyler and Jacob were top notch service oriented and left me very highly satisfied. Thank you kindly!

A lot cheaper than buying salt for softener, cartridge is easy to change. I love my NuvoH2O system.

the head on the Nuvo system developed a small hole causing a water leak. I called Nuvo and a replacement head was sent quickly at no cost to me. The replacement worked as planned. I was pleased with the prompt response to my issue

I purchased a NuvoH2O for better water taste and quality. The product came as advertised and we used a plumber to install while some other services were performed. Works well!

I like the NuvoH2O water conditioner but I would like the water to be a bit softer! I still use more soap and cleaners than I did with a traditional water softener. The bonus is convince and no salt to deal with.

Customer service was fine. We love the Nuvo system. Does what it's supposed to do.

I really like the NuvoH2O water filters. We have extremely hard water where we live, so we change the filter every four months instead of twice each year. We still experience some hard water deposits; however, they are minor and easy to clean. Customer service is always terrific, quick and efficient. Last of all, I like how compact the unit is. It is simple to change, and I am not having to lug around big bags of salt. I highly recommend Nuvo.

we got rid of our water softner and had a nuvo system installed. we love it and only wish we had done it sooner.

Easy to self install, easy to read instructions, needs very little room, no more cycles from the water softener or the noise from it.

Water conditioning system is excellent with zero effort other than changing a filter every 6 months

I love the Nuvoh2o system. I have had it for over a year now and the difference is like night and day compared to a traditional salt system. I was skeptical at first, but their 90 day money back policy made me comfortable enough to try it. Glad we did! We love it!

This company bent over backwards to help me get what I wanted, how I wanted it! I was wanting the smaller system with a carbon taste filter, and it wasn't available in their site. I emailed them, and they said they did have it, but it hadn't been added to their website yet. They said I could purchase it over the phone. I also wanted their financing option, but this was only available online. These lovely people went above and beyond, setting up my account over the phone and then sending me a link to place my order, so I could get the system I wanted with the financing I needed.
They've scored a customer for life with their service!!

I spoke with Holden today from Utah. He was very helpful and answered all my questions about the Nuvo water softening systems. I bought the Studio unit for my RV. I traveled for 6 weeks on well water at an RV park. My skin was so soft..no cracks, shaving was a dream. This system works better than my home system. Water contains no sodium which is harmful for your blood pressure. I will definitely replace my home system with a Nuvo product.

We have had our standard house size NuvoH2O in place for over 8 years. We have very hard water here in Tucson, AZ. Because all my plumbing fixtures are original and in like new condition because of the NuvoH2O system, some of my friends have had them installed in their homes as well. I personally recommend having one installed in your home. Plus no salt or the after taste either.

I redid my pipes my plumber suggested this system he didn't try and sell me on it I went ahead and got it and I am very very happy with it.. in fact now I'm going to add a filter to the system.. whenever I call customer support they're very helpful they go out of their way it's funny I actually just spent an hour talking with somebody from there they were very very kind and nice so that says a lot about a business..and again as far as the product it seems to be working I feel the difference so I would definitely say do it. I would suggest getting the water conditioner or softener as well as the filter trust me.. the filters for refrigerator are 50 bucks anyways so you might as well get this filter system..

have had this for a few years now, keeps the buildup off the faucets and the shower head doesn't clog up any more. towels seem softer. it doesn't soften the water but it keeps the minerals from sticking to things.

We are very happy with our unit. Not only does it work well for a water softener, it also has a carbon filter to eliminate water orders. It takes up little space & no heavy bags of salt to deal with.

We ve had our NuvoH2O system for 4-1/2 years and have had a marked improvement in the water quality with less scaling, although glasses still have to be polished to prevent water spots. Overall worth the investment!

Our NuvoH2O system is great. It was so easy to install. The system takes up hardly any space, and the filters are easy to change.

I have water from a nearby lake/reservoir as my water source. Often it has an odd smell, and not a great taste. It is tested and has safe levels of all elements, but not really pleasant. The Nuvo Manor filter system has made a huge difference. Now my water tastes pure.

Wanted to thank NUVO for their wonderful customer service department. After springing a leak in the cap fixture of the filter, they promptly sent me a new one (got it the next day), and even called a couple of days later to follow up on whether everything was fixed up OK. It was and I'm very grateful for their great customer service...thx....ted

I've been very happy with my NuvoH2O since it went into service in March 2018. West Texas water tends to be hard, & having had some experience with water softener systems that require regular flushing with water & salt. It's a help never to need to wrestle heavy salt bags & use more precious water to clear the system. The Nuvo citrus refill cartridges keep lime deposits off my fixtures with minimum effort on my part.

the cap had broken and when I contacted them they sent a new cap right out and they were really great. Best customer service ever.

The system keeps my pipes in great shape. Replacing the cartridge twice a year is so easy. Had a leak with my system and customer service sent me a replacement quickly and hassle free. Been a great product.

I called NUVO H2O to change my auto ship schedule since we (my husband Dale and I) find that, with just the two of us in the home, we aren't changing the cartridge every 6 months. I spoke with Derrick who took care of that change immediately and asked if I had any other questions. I realized I that I did, and since he was so willing to help I asked them.

Derrick was VERY knowledgeable about the system, how it works, what the principles behind it are, and more. He was professional, yet friendly - and provided excellent customer service.

When he first answered the phone I had a moment of concern because he sounded so young, and I often find that youth working in a service industry lack what it takes to do the job. I was quickly surprised and very impressed. I don't know how old Derrick is but he won my confidence immediately! If I was working in human resources I would hire him in a minute to work for my company as a front line contact with my customers. Whether Derrick is as young as his voice sounds or not he gets an A++ in my book for customer service. Don't let this man get away!

Now, regarding our NUVO H2O system - I am so grateful to have been able to get rid of our salt water system and R/O tank under the sink. As I told Derrick, I take lots of calcium citrate and vitamin D supplements for bone density because I can't take the prescription preparations for osteoporosis. My most recent bone density test shows that my bone density is not only holding its own but is actually improving. I feel that the NUVO H2O system is contributing to that improvement. I also love the way I feel when I shower. I don't feel 'slimey' like I did with our salt system, but I feel silky and all of the shampoo and body wash rinses completely. My hair feels softer too, and since I have very thick, coarse hair that is a definite plus.

With Derrick's help we are going to be doing a process of elimination to see why our dishwasher isn't performing its job to our satisfaction. He gave us several tips on what to check on, so we will be doing that research to improve the way our system performs.

Bottom line - we love our NUVO H2O system. The water tastes great and I even carry my own into a restaurant because theirs can't compete.

Very convenient to have auto-renewal so you are reminded of when to change the cartridge. Small profile of product also nice for aesthetics. I have extremely hard water & this helps.

This works! Forget those heavy salt bags.... This actually does what it says. Soft water,It only takes 2 cartridges a year. Easy to install... Gotta say, I saw a man lugging a bag of heavy salt.. I had to chuckle, stop and tell him. This is too good to pass up.

I have 2 NuvoH20 systems. They both work pretty well with our well water which is full of mineral. They do not create completely soft water but they don't use salt so I am happy with the compromise. Without them our water will leave heavy rings of rust and mineral deposits in each toilet if left for even 2 days without scrubbing and lime away....This system makes it much less of a chore to keep them clean

Wish I had done it a long time ago I think it's beautiful I don't have to go out and buy bottled water anymore it's great

I love my NuvoH20! I have them automatic ship my filters which Keeps me on schedule to change them. I don t have the hard water on my Faucets and glass shower doors any more and the water taste is Great!

This is a great product. I've had mine up and running for over a year. Definitely works as advertised. Customer service is great, the people are super friendly. I cant say enough good about it. And I cant say anything bad.

The sales staff always gets it right, often offer helpful suggestions, and deliver on time. NuVo's citrus-based water-softening system works superbly, without adding salinity and it's so easy to install a replacement cartridge that even I (a 90-lb senior lady) can do it.

Installed Manor system on a newly remodeled house (including all new plumbing and fixtures)- after 1.5 years, no hard water deposits- which was my main concern after living in a previous house with terrible hard water problems in the same neighborhood. Didn't want to install a salt system as I am on a septic tank, and very little maintenance. Great alternative for me; happy with system.

We love this system, it solves our hard water problem in an easy and effective manner. No salt to deal with and the NuvoH2O system is much smaller than the large soft water units. No maintenance as well, simply change the filter periodically. We always recommend this product to our friends. Customer service is great as well, we signed up for auto shipment and the filters arrive on a set schedule. No hassle, easy and effective.

NuvoH2o is the best! My filter housing over the years developed a crack...I called to order a new one(expecting to pay for it)..Mitsy, the customer service rep took care of my problem immediately..I live in Yuma Az. where the water is terrible...she got my filter housing shipped and in a couple of days I received it and was back in business.
No charge for the part and no charge for the freight ..these people know how to take of their customers.
She followed up to see if I received it and wanted to know if there was anything else I needed..

I love this product! I have a private well and the water is so hard that calcium deposits build up so quickly on all of my faucets. I tried traditional water softeners with salt but the softener broke all the time and I hated lifting all those heavy salt bags . I am so happy I purchased this product, it works great and is so easy to use. I called customer service today to order a part, they picked up the phone right away and mailed my part in 10 minutes.

Have had this system for several years and love it. While it s not like the typical salt system, it does exactly what I wanted and expected. My water is very hard and it really showed on my glassware, shower stall and sinks. The Nuvo system solved about 90%, maybe more. Glassware is clear and with regular, normal cleaning there is no hard water buildup in the shower and sinks. Another great feature, change the cartridge twice a year, lightweght...no heavy salt bags

I didn't expect that broken system can be replaced for no cost but it happened. I really appreciate your help.
