I was contacted and everything was gone over in a clear and professional manner. When Abiola delivered the needed machine she was a great communicator and arrived on time. She also gave me full instructions for use age and made sure I knew what to do each step of the way. I recommend Nulife highly.

I'm not sure about all the negative reviews. But my experience thus far has been exceptional! My surgeon referred me to NuLife Medical for the cold and compression therapy machine following foot surgery. The rep who assisted me with all my needs was Ms. Alexa. Talk about going above and beyond! She is the epitome of what great customer service should be! From her first phone call, to training me how to use the machine to checking in on me to ensure everything was running smoothly...I couldn't ask for more. She made me feel at ease and I could tell that she genuinely cares for the clients she works with. Overall, Ms. Alexa provides excellent service!

I can t say enough about Carmine. He was extremely thorough and helpful through the entire process and extremely funny as well! Nulife is extremely lucky to have him on their team. Husband had surgery on June 17, 2019, so his doctor order a machine from NuLife Med LLC, within hours of surgery we get a call from Carmine saying that our doctor order a machine to help with recovery, when Carmine came in he is very professional, Genuine and Confident always answered my our questions, days woould pass and Carmine will call to check up, as soon my hubby recover, we called Carmine to take the machine away and was very polite, would love to work with him again.

My physician referred me to NuLife for post- surgical care for a reverse shoulder replacement. Yolanda, NuLife representative in CT visited and introduced us to a cold water circulating machine which was also outfitted with cuffs for lower leg circulation. The fitted shoulder pads were wonderful for pain and i believe made a significant difference in my comfort level. Yolanda was knowledgeable and professional yet her approach was friendly and empathetic. I recommend the machine highly and certainly the company if Yolanda is representative of the high calibre of employee. Thank you NuLife and especially Yolanda.

NuLife Med was great. I had a slight mix up in the scheduling and a supervisor contacted me and made sure that everything was being handled quickly and efficiently. Carmine delivered my equipment and I couldn't ask for a nicer or kinder representative. He took his time and explained everything to me. He also let me know that he was available if I had any questions...and he was.

After my knee surgery, Mr. Phillip Herbert delivered the ice machine to my house. He completely went above and beyond all expectations. Not only did he show me how to operate the machine etc., but he also was a very nice man who was very sociable. Overall, he did a great job! The cold compression machine I had for my shoulder surgery was wonderful. It helped me with the pain and swelling of my shoulder. Agnes fromConnecticut was especially great and answered all my question in a detailed manner to make me feel happy and relaxed about how the machine was going to be after my surgery. As well as showed me how to use the machine. I am so grateful to NuLife Medical for providing me with their Cooling and Compression machine for the second time in 6 months! This machine is once again helping me through a very painful recovery from foot surgery... I don't think I would have made it without it! No ice packs that are too cold; not worrying about the timing of how long to ice and how long to rest in between... it's all programmed as prescribed by the doctor! Agnes from NuLife brought the machine right to my home and gave clear directions as to how to operate it, and has even called to check in, see if I have any questions and to see if I am happy with the results. I know my recovery from surgery #1 has been accelerated with use of this equipment and am counting on the same results again. NuLife Medical called me prior to delivery to explain the terms and conditions and at a time when insurance coverage is expensive and uncertain, NuLife Medical took the time to make sure that I was aware of all charges and made sure that I was fully aware of all aspects of the transaction. Everyone I have spoken with and worked with has encouraged me to call with any questions or issues. This is true customer service in the truest sense: stand behind your products and treat your customers well! Their approach is also conducive to good healing! Too good NOT to write about!!!

The Nulife Med cold machine was fantastic after my knee surgery. I used the machine as explained to me by Agnes from CT, the use of it kept the swelling down so I can move my leg. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great communication between rep who delivered/trained/picked up my icing machine. James Booker was responsive and helpful. They need some sort of system in place for the water that leaks out of the machine when they set up though, gets a little messy. Overall amazing experience with the icing machine. More helpful than the pain meds after surgery at certain points!!!

Don't listen to any of these reviews. They're customers they had to beg to review them positively to get their horrible rating up. Sure, the customers are treated well by SSRs but management is absolutely terrible and disorganized. My co-workers were great to work with but company policies were constantly changing. They push for both quality and quantity so hard that it's stressful to meet their demanding metrics they desire. One particular supervisor was always looking for some kind of dirt on other employees so she could get you in trouble in some shape way or form. I have never worked under such an immature supervisor before and was appalled when not much was done after a couple complaints about her were made. Don't even bother working for them. They'll be closing their doors in a few years.

He consistently provided great customer service and constant feedback on the new equipment we had to rent. He is a great asset for your team and very knowledgeable. Had My second knee replacement surgery on my left knee and in both surgeries I used the Nulife device to keep the swelling down. It is a great aid especially in the first week after the surgery. I highly recommend the device and the company service that Nulife provides. It will reduce the recovery time. Get it! Get it!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. They provided me with medical equipment and I sent all checks from my insurance to them BEFORE i deployed and now they are harassing me saying they never received payment. I contacted my previous insurer and they assured me the checks were cashed. I sent a record of my bank acct statement to Nulife Med and intend on a counter suit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I was so thankful to have the ice machine after my rotator cuff surgery. I was able to use the machine for 4 weeks and It helped tremendously! The CT team, and Agnes in particular, were reliable, easy to contact, and flexible. The drop off and pick up of the machine went smoothly.

My surgeon's office placed a late request to NuLife for the cold & compression machine. Even though they received it last minute, Phil called me and was very flexible with my schedule and diligent with the information. Phil dropped off the equipment and thoroughly explained how and when to use it and how pick up would go. He was very friendly and we made good conversation while he set it up. He went over the paperwork pretty quickly and left none of my questions unanswered. The customer service provided was great! And the machine was very helpful with my recovery.

NuLife Med was honestly so perfect for my recovery. I ve never heard of a electric cold compression system like this before until my surgeon recommended this company to me. It was so nice not having to worry about having a ice pack cold and ready because this was always ready to go. And it was set to the perfect temperature so I never had to worry about it being too cold on my skin. The rep who assisted me, Mrs. Derma came to set it up before my surgery and picked it up once I was recovered. She was such a sweet woman and talked me through everything and even checked in on me during my recovery. I definitely recommend this company and product!

Phil Herbert is the epitome of outstanding customer service!!! He attentively listens to his clients to develop an understanding of their needs - and with this information - he is able to adjust and customize the equipment based on the clients injury. Mr Herbert also performs periodic customer calls to ensure that the equipment is providing optimal performance. In closing, not only does Phil have amazing bedside manners, he is extremely knowledgeable about the product line - which makes him a wonderful blessing to work with!!!

Steve (CT) is a total gem! He was helpful, flexible, thoughtful and available to help with our numerous questions and snags with the ice machine. Post-surgery is a very vulnerable time, and Steve has just the right personality for the job. He even helped me in my kitchen! Thank you!

I have had a stellar experience with NuLife and in particular with Phil. We coordinated (coming in from overseas) for a big knee surgery to pick up two pieces of post op medical equipment for rehab and he was flexible, upbeat, and so very personable with me and my family. My experience with Agnes from CT was wonderful, she explained everything to me in detail and was very helpful. The cold compression device machine had helped me with the swelling, inflammation and overall recovery. I enjoyed the DVT foot wraps for the circulation as well. She was very pleasant and professional.
I would definitely recommend this machine for other patients.

The device prescribed was amazing!! It came preset with cycles of cold water and compression and already filled with water. The shoulder sleeve was also all set up, so all we needed to do was put it on and plug it in! At first it took a little getting used to with a sling and shoulder sleeve and having a "dead arm" but I came to rely on it to help manage pain and keep it isolated while reducing inflammation. Loved the combo of cold water and compression - it was comforting and really felt good following surgery, so much so that I kept it the second script of 16 days. I can't imagine recovery without this and would highly recommend it to anyone having surgery (in fact I just did yesterday to someone expecting same surgery as mine).

Due to COVID-19 a rep was unable to come to the house to set this up. Agnes was the company representative and was incredibly helpful and available for questions by phone. She was knowledgeable, professional, understanding, and respectful. Agnes followed up a few times to see how things were going and answered questions about shipping, continuing the RX etc. and I always felt like she was available to support me in this process.

Yes the running of the machine takes getting used to when using it overnight, yes you need to unplug to move around, but the pros far outweigh any cons. Really can't say enough good things about this machine and the company.

I had rotator cuff and bicep tears repaired surgically. My physician prescribed/suggested using the cooling machine which I did use. Afew days before my surgery, Yolanta brought the machine, set it up, & explained it thoroughly. Not only did this machine do what it was intended to do to reduce swelling and pain, because of it, I used much less of the prescribed narcotic pain relief and used only acetiminophen after day 4.5. My particuar machine began to have a tiny leak of water at the cap, so when Yolanta called to see how I was doing, I told her and she came right over with a replacement machine which worked like a champ with no other problems. If you are having surgery and your doctor suggests using one of these machines with this company, by all means do it!!! If you are lucky enough to have Yolanta as your service representative, you will be very satisfied.

Great post surgery experience! After receiving surgery on both feet I was prescribed the ice/compression therapy machine from Nulife. Right from the start Carmine reached out to find a convenient time to set up the machine and was a complete lifesaver throughout the process. He was patient in setting me up and teaching me how to operate the machine and answering questions, and quickly responded via text (or even a house call!) to remedy any issues. Couldn t have asked for a more personable/helpful representative to make me feel comfortable post surgery and the machine itself worked wonders making the icing process easy and painless. I haven t dealt with any of the financial/billing aspects yet, but the experience thus far has been seamless and would I highly recommend. Thanks for taking great care of me!!

I used a cold compression unit for post hip replacent surgery. Agnes, from NuLife here in Connecticut, delivered the machine. Her explanation of the machine and directions of use were clear and concise. She is absolutely wonderful to work with.

My mother had to get an ice machine for after her surgery. The service rep was William Kenyon. He was so pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain fully the workings of the machine to mom (she can be a handful). I hope all the other service reps are just like him.

SCAM. They lend broken & outdated medical equipment to patients, while charging your insurance company a fortune. Renting their broken equipment costs twice as much as the 2 surgeries I got done. I have reached out quite a few times about my issues and concerns, but didn't receive a response. They harass you for payment and avoid addressing the issues. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Alexa is the best! She is so kind and caring and really takes the time to explain everything to you. NuLife med provides awesome service, the therapy really helped in my recovery, making me comfortable and pain free. But really, Alexa is a treasure, I can t stress that enough!

I was prescribed a cooling and compression unit following ankle surgery. There were some adjustments to the initial setup that had to be made and I spoke with Agnes over the phone. She was so very helpful and patient with me that we had no trouble getting the proper settings in place. I used the machine with the recommended settings 24/7 until my first follow up appointment, my pain was well controlled, and upon taking down my surgical dressing, I had minimal swelling. I am grateful for this company and for their products.

I honestly can not recommend the cold compression machine enough!! I had bunion surgery and it was a life saver. I almost opted not to get it but I am so glad I did! I really can't imagine going through the recovery period now without it! I am very grateful to NuLife Med for getting me set up at home, it was all so easy! Derna, my contact at NuLife, was so helpful and kind. I feel my recovery was fast tracked because I had this machine. It's so nice not having to deal with ice packs!! Shoulder reconstruction surgery was set for Tuesday. As of Monday, no preparations were made for a cryo machine or any form of cold therapy. I was going to cancel surgery and reschedule but was told that NuLife Med would come through for me. I went ahead and had my surgery after speaking with Mr, Phil the evening before. He assured me that he would come to my house the same day as my surgery to supply, set up and go over everything. Phil did just that!!! He drove from DC to close to Baltimore at the end of a busy day for me. He called ahead and arrived as promised. He set everything up, showed myself and my wife how to run and make any necessary adjustments for comfort. It was such a great experience and a great tool that is still helping me recover from surgery. Phil is an absolute kind and caring professional who took care of me. I am eternally thankful to Phil for his caring! Say what you do and do what you say! Thank you!!!

I am so appreciative to have a sales representative like Brandi. She calls to check up on you and make sure the medical equipment that was ordered is working well. Anyone can sell but you can t teach how to care about someone, and it s quite obvious she has both gifts. The cold compression machine was a nice component of my recovery from bunion surgery. Mr. James Booker provided excellent service and was responsive and helpful when I had a question about operating the machine.

Just had my second hip replacement and used an ice machine from Nulife both times. Agnes was great explaining the machine use and was prompt when we need a service call. This machine is great for swelling and I used it several times a day right after surgery. After a few weeks I was using the machine just in the evening after a full day of activity. It is so easy to just wrap this on your hip and watch TV

He came to our home with medical recovery devices, demonstrated specific features, reviewed troubleshooting strategies (just in case), and made us feel at ease with managing post-surgery requirements. I got compression machine from Phil. He delivered it a day before my right knee surgery. He explained how to use the machine and answered my questions. I found the machine a great help in my recovery. The machine helps reduce swallowing and pain from my knee. It helps both legs recovery after being on them all day. I used the machine every day for 10 week. I recommend this equipment and Mr Phil too. Note Mr Phil provides excellent in home delivery service that's flag service. I could tell he loves helping people.
