I am so grateful to NuLife Medical for providing me with their Cooling and Compression machine for the second time in 6 months! This machine is once again helping me through a very painful recovery from foot surgery... I don't think I would have made it without it! No ice packs that are too cold; not worrying about the timing of how long to ice and how long to rest in between... it's all programmed as prescribed by the doctor! Agnes from NuLife brought the machine right to my home and gave clear directions as to how to operate it, and has even called to check in, see if I have any questions and to see if I am happy with the results. I know my recovery from surgery #1 has been accelerated with use of this equipment and am counting on the same results again. NuLife Medical called me prior to delivery to explain the terms and conditions and at a time when insurance coverage is expensive and uncertain, NuLife Medical took the time to make sure that I was aware of all charges and made sure that I was fully aware of all aspects of the transaction. Everyone I have spoken with and worked with has encouraged me to call with any questions or issues. This is true customer service in the truest sense: stand behind your products and treat your customers well! Their approach is also conducive to good healing! Too good NOT to write about!!!
