I am so appreciative to have a sales representative like Brandi. She calls to check up on you and make sure the medical equipment that was ordered is working well. Anyone can sell but you can t teach how to care about someone, and it s quite obvious she has both gifts. Thank you again Brandi for traveling on a Saturday to make sure the medical equipment for my knee was working perfectly, and for fixing the issue with the compression calf cuffs.
