When I made my appointment I was told there were only 3 people ahead of me and the employee assured me that I could come on my lunch break. I get there and there were 6 people ahead of me and the doctor was "running behind". I planned ahead and was given misleading information, it was a complete waste of time and I got nothing accomplished. The point in making an appointment is to be seen close to the time you're scheduled, not an hour and a half later. The doctor is very inconsiderate of clients time. ***The office opened at 10am on the day of my appointment. My appointment was at 12pm. In a 2 hour window you had 7 people scheduled including me. If you know you need to be thorough, why cram so many people into a 2 hour window just to keep them in the lobby waiting for an hour or more to be seen???? It is inconsiderate and only someone that has time to waste should come to your office.

Didn't like anything about it. The people who work for him are young, lazy, rude, and obnoxious.

It was alright they actually gives me the wrong glasses so I had to wait almost a hour for the right glasses

Very bad service the girls are very nasty and rude I got there one time at 1:45 and they told me they were all in lunch to come back at 3:00 and there's three girls there rude with nasty attitudes

My son had an eye injury right before labor day weekend. I was able to book an appointment the same day I called and, the doctor was able to see him again that evening. The entire Labor day weekend the doctor was in constant communication via text with me to follow up on my son's eye. He gave me instructions on what to do depending on the symptoms and saw him on Tuesday to check everything was ok. Exceptional service and the girls are helpful. I am glad he actually provides jobs for these students which helps them gain experience. I had to order glasses for my son as well and won't get them until a few days because it DEPENDS ON YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER not the office itself, also it takes time to get the proper lenses made and installed on the frames. I could not be happier with the service my son received.

Despite being extremely backed up they did not rush me at all. the staff was super helpful in going over my plan. Only complaints are that they unfortunately had two call outs, causing them to be extremely backed up and that the door was a little confusing to find.

Very rude to my mom and my brother who has autism! He kept telling him to sit down and turn down the volume from his phone. Excuse me? He cant control it he has autism. Never going here again. Disgusting dr.

I have been going to Dr.Goldberg since i was in middle school and i am a college graduate he is a great doctor. i love that he speaks spanish and english. He listens to you and make conversation. The staff is so funny and friendly. He takes his time and I absolutly love this place wouldnt change it for the world. Highly reccomend everyone to go here.

At first I had issues with the eye glasses service but the doctor was able to resolve my situation and problem solved immediately.

I'm shock at some of the reviews. Ive been to this office twice ,the staff and the doc were very professional.

0 stars, this place is ridiculously unprofessional. The doctor is rude and clearly does not know what he is doing. Please do not go here, they are all over the place!!

Unprofessional rudest place i have ever going to. They don t even provide with the right information and still you end paying for everything even though you have guarantee on your glasses shady people working here.

We would make a opomint and wait 1-3 hours and as i am writing this I am wating for the doctor. The tv is as big as my phone (lg k10) and the prices are way to high. The staff are so lazy and will not help you. Please choose a diffrient eye doctor or eye care!

He a great doctor!!! I have been going to him since I was 8 years old. But the girl at the front desk which I never seen before. Which is my first time seeing her was so rude to me an unprofessional. I m talking to her and she busy on her broken crack screen and answer my question unprofessional. Only reason why I go there is because of the doctor.

Great experience he was very helpful an thanks to him i was able to get diagnosed with fabry disease for his rare finding in my eyes .
